점농어 , Lateolabrax maculatus 의 성 성숙에 관한 연구

1996년 12월부터 1997년 11월까지 전남 고흥군 일원 해역에서 채집한 점농어를 대상으로 생식소중량지수 (GSI), 간중량지수 (HSI)의 월별 변화, 생식세포 발달과정의 조직학적 조사, 생식주기, 난경 조성, 포란수 그리고 군성숙도를 조사하였다. 생식소숙도지수 (GSI)는 암컷과 수컷 모두 12월부터 7월까지 1.0 이하의 낮은 값을 유지하다가 8월부터 소폭의 증가를 시작하여 10월에 암컷 7.50, 수컷 2.98로 연중 최고 값을 나타내었다. 간중량지수 (HSI)는 3월에 암컷 1.97, 수컷 1.64로 최고 값을 보인 후 다시 감소하였으나, 9, 10월 생식소 발달시기에 다시 소폭의 증가를 나타내었다. 월별 생식세포의 조직학적 관찰 결과, 점농어의 생식주기는 7∼8월 성장기, 9∼10월 성숙기, 10∼11월 완숙 및 산란기 그리고 11∼7월 퇴화 및 휴지기의 연속적인 생식주기를 나타내었다. 생식기인 8월부터 11월까지의 암컷 개체들을 대상으로 난경조성변화를 조사한 결과, 점농어 난모세포군의 발달 및 이행은 분리되지 않은 하나의 mode를 형성하며, 동시에 성숙, 방란하는 한 산란기 동안 1개의 mode만을 형성하는 것으로 조사되었다. 개체별 절대 포란수는 1,726,242∼17,822,576개 였으며, 개체별 상대 포란수는 전장의 경우 29,458∼214,730개, 체중의 경우 938-3,363개로 나타났다. 군 성숙도 조사에서 암컷은 전장 50.1 ㎝, 수컷은 전장 45.1 ㎝ 이상의 조사 개체들 모두가 성 성숙에 참여하였다. The gametogenesis, reproductive cycle, frequency distribution of egg diameter and fecundity of spotted sea bass Lateolabrax maculates were investigated by histological observation. The samples were collected at Goheung, Jeonam from December 1996 to November 1997. Gonadosomatic index (GSI) was appeared less than 1.0 in female and male from December to July and began to increase from August and reached the maximum values of female 7.50 and male 2.98 in October. Hepatosomatic index (HSI) was appeared annual maximum value of female 1.97 and male 1.64 in March and then decreased from April. The annual reproductive cycle of this species can be divided into four successive stages: growing stage (July to August), maturation stage (September to October), ripe and spawning stage (October to November) and degeneration and resting stage (November to July). According to the frequency distribution of egg diameter, the development mode of egg was not seperated, formed one mode for the maturation and spawning season. The individual absolute fecundity ranges from 1,726,242∼17,822,576 eggs, and individual relative fecundity ranges from 29,458∼214,730 eggs in total length (㎝) and 938∼3,363 eggs in body weight (g). Female and male of L. maculatus were matured when total length were over 50.1 and 45.1 ㎝, respectively.
