하브루타를 적용한 실과 발명 프로그램이 발명 태도와 발명 문제해결력에 미치는 효과

The study was designed to investigate the effect of the inventive program of practical arts education’s lecture on 'technologies and inventions' with habruta on student’s inventive attitudes and problem solving ability with nine students(six male students, three female students) of one class of 5th grade at G elementary school in ㅇㅇmetropolitan city. The teaching and learning plans of the ‘technologies and invention’ unit program with habruta consisted of 12 classes based on objectives and contents related to inventive class of practical arts curriculum, achievements standards, learning methods, an analysis of plans’ units and times. The program was applied with 'teaching friends habruta' in the first time, from 2nd to 5th time and from 8th to 12th time’s 'question-centered habruta', and 6th time’s 'argumentative habruta', and program were offered two times a week, six weeks, totaling 12 times. After that, the attitude of invention and the ability to solve the problem of invention were analyzed. The inventive program of practical arts education’s lecture on 'technologies and inventions' with habruta showed a significant difference at the p<.01 level in improving the attitude of invention and in the sub-domain of ‘invention attitude’, 'cognitive attitude' showed a significant difference at p<.05 and 'emotional attitude' at p<.05 level. It was analyzed that the understanding of invention was generated in the process of teaching friends to investigate in a free class atmosphere and reminding them of what they did not know through interactions with each other. The inventive program of practical arts education’s lecture on 'technologies and inventions' with habruta showed a significant difference at p<.05 and in the 'inventive problem solving ability' sub-domain, there was a significant difference at the p<.05 level only in the 'evaluation' domain. This means that the ability to understand the strengths and weaknesses in the process of exchanging opinions with friends has been improved and the ability to evaluate ideas or inventions has been created. Therefore, the inventive program of practical arts education’s lecture on 'technologies and inventions' with habruta had a positive effect on improving students' 'inventive attitudes' and 'discussion problem solving'. ○○광역시 G 초등학교 5학년 1개 학급 학생 9명(남학생 6명, 여학생 3명)을 대상으로 하브루타를 적용한 실과 ‘기술과 발명’ 단원 프로그램이 학생들의 발명 태도와 발명 문제해결력에 미치는 효과를 알아보았다. 하브루타를 적용한 실과 ‘기술과 발명’ 단원 프로그램의 교수·학습계획안은 실과 교육과정의 발명 교육과 관련된 목표와 내용, 성취기준, 학습방법, 단원 및 차시 계획의 분석을 바탕으로 12차시로 구성하였다. 1차시는 ‘친구 가르치기 하브루타’, 2~5차시와 8~12차시는 ‘질문 중심 하브루타’, 6차시는 ‘비교 중심 하브루타’, 7차시는 ‘논쟁중심 하브루타’를 적용하여 구안하였으며, 1주일에 2차시씩 6주에 걸쳐 총 12차시 프로그램을 실시하고, ‘발명 태도’와 ‘발명 문제해결력’을 분석하였다. 하브루타를 적용한 실과 ‘기술과 발명’ 단원 프로그램은 ‘발명 태도’ 향상에 p<.01 수준에서 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, ‘발명 태도’ 하위 영역에서는 ‘인지적 태도’는 p<.05, ‘정서적 태도’는 p<.05 수준에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이는 자유로운 수업 분위기에서 조사한 것을 친구들에게 가르치고, 서로 말과 질문을 주고받는 상호작용 과정을 거치면서 모르던 것을 깨우치는 과정에서 발명에 대한 이해력이 생겨나게 된 것으로 분석되었다. 하브루타를 적용한 실과 ‘기술과 발명’ 단원 프로그램은 ‘발명 문제해결력’ 향상에 p<.05 수준에서 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, ‘발명 문제해결력’ 하위 영역에서는 ‘평가’ 영역에서만 p<.05 수준에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이는 친구들과 의견을 주고받는 과정에서 장점과 단점을 파악하는 능력이 향상되어 아이디어나 발명품을 평가하는 능력이 생겨나게 된 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서, 하브루타를 적용한 실과 ‘기술과 발명’ 단원 프로그램은 학생들의 ‘발명 태도’와 ‘발명 문제해결력’ 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다.

家兎眼의 Acid Phosphatase의 정제 및 분자량 측정

Acid phosphatase was purified from rabbit eyes homogeneously. The homogeneity of the preparation was checked by means of SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and densi-tometer trace. The isolation scheme involved a crude extract, fractionation with ammonium sulfate, extraction at PH 4.0, and chromatography on DEAE-cellulose. The end product represent about a 10.2-fold purification, and about a 19.1% recovery. The apparent molec-ular weight was estimated to be 48,000 by electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel containing sodium dodecyl sulfate according to the method of Weber and Osborn.

2, 3; 5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-D -mannofuranose(ManA) were oxidized to their cor-responding 2, 3;5,6-di-O-isoprolylidene-α-D-manno-1.4-lactone(ManB) using calcium chlorite as oxidant in a phase transfer catalysis system. But identified results were not obvious. V_2O_5 catalzed oxidation of primary and secondary alcohols to aldehydes and ketones respectively at alkali conditions under Solod-Liquid phase transfer conditions. This reaction affords good overall yields of products without formation of undersirable.
