全州川下流 細砂의 組立率에 따른 Concrete의 强度變化에 관한 比較 硏究

Construction cost depends very much on 脚e aggregate used in the concrete because of the shortage of coarse sand and gravel and the difficulty in obtaining it. The way using fine sand, when it is available, may be the vest one to reduce the construction costs. This theme is a study of testing made to compare the strength of concrete built by the use of fine sand with that of concrete built by the existing kind. Natural river sand came from Wan-ju kun in Chon-buk. The results of this testing program are as follows : 1. Strength of concrete using crushed gravel is stronger than that of river gravel 2. Strength of concrete using crushed gravel is always above the design stength. 3. Strength of concrete of Chon-ju river using crushed gravel is a]most equal to Chin-an river regardless of target strength but that of Chon-ju river using river gravel is lower than that of Chin-an river. 4. When fineness modulus of fine sand is 2.14, crushed gravel must be used as coarse aggregate concrete.

건설경비는 골계의 부족과 골재채취의 어려움 때문에 콘크리트에 사용된 골재에 의하여 좌우되는 경우가 많다. 細砂가 이용될 수 있을 때에 건설경비의 경감에는 최선의 방법이 될 것이다. 이 논문은 細砂를 사용한 콘크리트 강도를 비교하기 위하여 행해진 실험 연구이다.모래는 전북 전안군 죽도 하천에서 자연상태로 채취하였다.이 실험에서 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 큰 σck값을 원할수록 조립율이 큰 잔골재를 사용해야 한다. 2. 강자갈보다 碎石을 사용했을 때가 强度가 크고 잔骨材의 粗粒率에 거의 관계없이 σck값을 얻을 수 있었으므로 잔骨材의 粗粒率이 나쁠수륵 굵은骨材로서 碎石을사용해야 한다. 3. 굵은골재의 최대치수가 25m/m인 강자갈을 사용할 경우에는 粗粒率이 1.73이상인 잔骨材를 사용해야함을 알았다. Strergth of concrete using crushed gravel is stronger than that of river gravel, and strength of concrete using crushed grvel is above the design strength regardless of fineness modulus. Therefore, when fineness modulus of fine aggregate becomes more smaller, crushed gravel must be used as coarse aggregate. 3. When the concrete is made of river gravel having maximum size of coarse aggregate of 25mm, it must be used the sand of which fineness modulus is above1.73

A Reasonable lighting should be provided for doing night work. All works for construction site can be exposed to potential hazard at night work. The purpose of this study is to provide a standard of the lighting against accidents due to insufficient lighting at site. one pilot test, one at building work site, one at road work site of it have been conducted for figuring out illumination change depending worker's activity direction, using lux checker to show it as numerical indication. The direction are changed with a range of 30, 60, 90, and 135 degree to be checked at site. Tests results show that 10% and 15% of lighting could be decreased by changing the working direction of works at site. Therefore, steep slope place, cave work and backside of structural elements such as a column, deep beam should be considered for keeping sufficient and reasonable lighting. It is found that 50%more illumination Lux needs for civil work than for building work.

Slab formwork consists of sheathing, stringer, hanger and shore. There are several types of adjustable individual shores. In constructions site, pipe supports are usually used as shores. The strength of a pipe support is decreasing as it is frequently being used at the construction site. In this study, 2857 pipe supports were bought to find out the strength change of used pipe support and unused pipe supports according to aging. Among these pipe supports, 2337 pipe supports were lent to the construction companies free of charge. Compressive strength was measured by knife edge test and plate test at each 3 month. Test results show that the strength of unused pipe supports almost equaled to the strength of new pipe supports until 191 days, but the strength of used pipe supports at 191 days was lower than the strength of new pipe supports. So, the strength of used pipe supports at 191 days was not satisfied the specification of KS F 8001. According to these results, it shows that attention has to be paid to formwork design using used pipe supports. Therefore, the present study results will be able to provide a firm base to design slab formwork and test the performance of used temporary structure and prevent formwork collapses.

Recently, construction work's tendency has become a high-rise building, a complexity and a large size. According to the KOSHA data, construction work accidents have not been decreased. Looking at from the side of accident, accidents of construction industry are occupied over 1/3 among all industry accidents. Therefore, this study will analyze the accident of the building construction work from the data of KOSHA which were collected during 11 years(1992 -2002) data relating to serious accidents of the building construction work, suggest the counterplan according to the each work type in building construction work.
