        단일 조성 실온 경화형 실리콘러버를 지지체로 사용한 고체상 탄산이온선택성 전극의 개발

        소형 고체상 전극에 단일 조성 실온 경화형(one-component room temperature vulcanizing type) 실리콘러버 730(730 RTV)을 지지체로 도입하여 가소제가 필요 없는 탄산이온선택성 전극막을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 최적화된 탄산이온선택성 전극막의 조성은 85.75 wt%의 730 RTV, 11.08 wt%의 trifluoroacetyl-p-decylbenzene(TFADB), 3.17 wt%의 tridodecyl-methylammonium chloride(TDMACl)로 제조 되었고, 우수한 전기화학적 특성(감응기울기 (26.3 mV/dec.), 선택성($logKT^{pot}_{CO_{2},Cl^-}$= -4.00, $logKT^{pot}_{TCO_{2},Sal^-}$=1.69), 검출한계(4.0${\times}10^{-4}M$))을 보였으며, 이와 같은 조성의 막을 도입한 평면형 고체상 센서는 60일 이상 초기특성을 유지하였다. We developed a miniaturized solid-state carbonate ion-selective electrode (carbonate ISE) based on one-component room temperature vulcanizing type silicone rubber 730 (730 RTV) without adding plasticizer to the matrix. The optimized carbonate ion selective membrane is prepared with 85.8 wt% of 730 RTV, 11.1 wt% of trifluoroacetyl-p-decylbenzene (TFADB), and 3.1 wt% of tridodecyl-methylammonium chloride (TDMACl). This carbonate ISE exhibited excellent potentiometric properties (i.e., slope: 26.3 mV/dec; selectivity: $logKT^{pot}_{CO_{2},Cl^-}$= -4.00 and $logKT^{pot}_{TCO_{2},Sal^-}$=1.69); and detection limit for $TCO_2:\;4.0{\times}10^{-4}M$). In addition, the early potentiometric properties of the solid-state sensor with optimized membrane composition were not deteriorated for more than 60 days.

        The first electronic and vibrational spectroscopic evidences for the formation of the μ-fluorido dimer of 5,10,15,20-lron(Ⅲ)(tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl) porphyrin), ((TPFP)Fe)₂F, are reported. The addition of tetra-n-butyl ammonium fluoride (TBAF) to the solution of(TPFP)FeCl in dry THF significantly changes the absorption spectra of the system depending on the molar ratio of those two compounds: (a) when R=[TBAF]/[(TPFP)FeCl] <0.2 the λmax of the Soret band is blue shifted to 402 nm from that of the chloro complex; (b) when R <0.5, the Soret band is split into three distinctive bands at 402, 419 and 442 nm with varying absorbances; (c) when R>0.5, only the band at 442 nm is apparent. The absorbance at 442 nm increases with the molar ratio R to about 0.5 and levels off at higher ratios, suggesting the formation of the μ-fluorido dimer of (TPFP)Fe. The IR spectrum of the solid left after evaporating the solvent under nitrogen atmosphere reveals a new peak at 885 ㎝ -₁ in the region expected for the asymmetric Fe-F-Fe stretching (V? (Fe-F-Fe)). Resonance Raman (RR) spectra are recorded with the 441.6nm excitation line of He-Cd laser for (TPFP)FeCl mixed with varying amount of TBAF in THF solvent. As the molar ratio of fluoride increases, new band at 456 ㎝-¹appears, and both oxidation state sensitive band (v4; 1364 ㎝-¹) and spin state sensitive band (v₂;1560㎝-¹) of(TPFP) FeCl downshift to 1349 and 1548 ㎝-¹, respectively. In comparison with the previously known symmetric Fe-X-Fe stretching modes of ((TPP) Fe₂X(X=N, O or C) complexes, the 456 ㎝-¹ band which is strongly resonance enhanced by the Soret excitation of ((TPFP)Fe)₂F, the iron atom in the μ-fluorido dimer is believed to be of high-spin with formal oxidation state rather close to + 2.5.

      • Coextraction 형 음이온선택성 광센서에서 고분자 지지체의 영향에 관한 연구

        The selectivity, response time and reproducibilty, and adhesion property of anion-selective optodes are heavily dependent on their polymer matrices. We investigated the polymer matrix effect on those characteristics for coextraction type optodes, which are composed of TDMAC1, ETH2412, DOS or DOA plasticizer, and one of the following four different polymer matrices, i.e., PVC, PVC(50 wt%) /hydroxylated PVC(50 wt%), Tecoflex PU(80 wt%)/hydroxylated PVC(20 wt%) and CTA(cellulose triacetate). The selectivity patterns for all optodes tested follow well-known Hoffmeister series as expected. However, selectivity coefficients for each optode vary depending on the polymeric matrix employed ; CTA-based membrane has the highest selectivity coefficients for lipophilic anions(log K????,????=1.32) ; membranes with PVC and PU/hydroxylated PVC blend are almost same in their anion-selectivity. Response times and reproducibilities were examined by repeatedly changing the sample solutions containing 10??M and 10??M of the thiocyanate ion ; it seems that the response times for increasing concentration are delayed as the total weight percent of PVC increases. Adhesion test with Soctch tape and ultrasonic bathing show that PU/hydroxylated PVC has the strongest adhesion to glass surface. It is concluded that the anion-selective optode with PU/hydroxylated PVC matrix outperforms the most popular PVC-based optode.

      • 태권도 선수의 스포츠상해에 관한 실태조사 분석

        To provide medical materials that are needed to prevent the injuries and appropriate recover from injuries, and to prepare basic data to improve players ability, this study analyzed the sports injuries of Tae Kwon Players, clinically, who are injured and had a medical examination in the Yong In University Hospital from Jan. 01, 1998 to Aug. 31, 2000. On the results of examinations, I compared the frequency of each item and total frequencies and computed by a percentage. A conclusion was made out from the above study are as follows. 1. On the total injuries of 188 cases, the numbers of acute injuries are much many than chronic injuries in the ratio of 170 cases (90.4%) to 18 cases (9.6%). 2. When classified the total injuries (180 cases) by regions, the sprains are in large numbers than the other injuries. When classified the sprains by the upper and under limbs, the injury of the under limbs are in large numbers. 3. On the results of classified the injuries by sides, the left side is 77cases, the right side is 76 cases, there is not vary difference, and the center is 35 cases. 4. On the results of researched the causes of injuries, 173 cases are injured in training and 15 cases are injured from games, former cases are much many than the latter cases. On the injuries in training, 106 cases are injured from practice games and 67 cases are injured in free training. 5. On the period of medical treatment, 163 cases (86.7%) are needed less than one week. 6. On the result of classified the injuries by season, 66 cases (35.1%) are occurred in autumn, that ratio is the highest among of the four seasons, 54 cases (28.7%) in spring, 46 cases (24.4%) in summer and 22 cases in winter.

      • Coextraction형 음이온선택성 광센서를 이용한 인체 타액 내의 티오시안염 양의 결정

        동시추출형 음이온선택성 광센서는 티오시안삼염과 같은 지용성 음이온에 대하여 선택적으로 감응을 한다. 이러한 광센서는 음이온을 막 안으로 끌어들일 수 있는 양이온성의 4차암모니움염(TDMACI)과 전하균형을 맞추며 색의 변화를 수반하는 음이온성 pH 지시약(ETH2412)으로 구성되어 있다. 감응화학물질들은 DOA 가소제와 PU 고분자의 혼합물에 녹여서 성형한 것이다. 이 광센서 막의 선택성향은 음이온의 수화에너지 순서인 Hoffmeister 계열(CIO?> SCN?> I?> NO?> Br?> C1?> HCO?> CH?COO?> SO? ∼ HPO??)을 따른다. 본 논문은 이러한 광센서를 이용하여 인체의 타액에 함유되어 있는 티오시안산염의 양을 결정하였다. 고분자 지지체의 성분은 PVC와 거의 같은 선택계수를 갖지만 감응속도나 재현성은 훨씬 뛰어나고 생체시료에 대한 적합성이 우수한 PU/hydroxylated PVC이었다. 티오시안산염은 독성의 시안산염이 대사된 결과 생성되는 부산물이며, 이 물질의 양을 측정하면 흡연의 영향을 얼마나 받았는지 알 수 있는 척도 자료가 된다. 10명의 타액을 이 광센서로 검출한 결과는 비교적 복잡한 장치를 써야하는 이온선택성 방법으로 얻은 결과와 견줄만한 것이었다.
