공항산업 동향분석을 위한 텍스트 애널리틱스 모델에 관한 연구

Analyzing current trends and identifying future prospects is one of the important tasks to establish a successful strategy for airport development. In this study, we use latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA), a typical topic modeling technique, to supplement the traditional qualitative methodologies and find a major trend of airport industry. Specifically, we deduct major topic from three different data sources related to airport (academic article, policy study report and news article) and compare each topic to find out the differences of each topic. In addition, we investigate the changing trend in each data source through longitudinal analysis. Our results show that three data sources have distinguishing trends which reflect their own characteristics. We find that most of data usually focus on the future situation for sustainable development rather than concentrating on the current issues. This study suggests a methodology using large amounts of text data to explore future promising trend from sperate data sources and provide insights for stakeholders of airport industry. The analyzing methodology we proposed has also significant meaning in that it can be applied comprehensively for trend analysis of other industry including tourism and hospitality as well as airport industry.

항공정비산업의 효율적인 관리를 위하여 항공정비 수행에 필수적인 정비조직인증 업무 및 관리를 지원하는 소프트웨어(AMO업무관리시스템)가 국가연구개발사업을 통해 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 소프트웨어 개발 V 모형과 애자일 모형을 복합적으로 접목하여 사업과 정비조직 업무지원 소프트웨어 특성을 반영한 최적화된 소프트웨어 개발모형을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선 AMO업무관리시스템 개발 특성을 시스템 기능과 투입 측면으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 항공정비조직 관리를 위한 소프트웨어 개발의 요구기능은 제약이 많으나 단순하고 명확하며, 요구기능 변동성은 발생할 수 있으나 높지 않고, 인력과 사업비 측면에서 소규모 프로젝트로 분류되며, 국가연구개발 사업 프로젝트의 특징(단계 평가 및 검증)을 반영해야 함을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로, 연구개발 사업에 필수적인 검증과 확인이 가능한 V 모형을 기반으로 소프트웨어 요구 사항에 맞는 신속하고 유연한 애자일 모형을 접목한 최적의 개발 생명주기 모형을 제시하였다. 또한, 제시된 모형을 적용하여 소프트웨어를 개발한 성과를 확인하기 위해 실증과 감리를 수행한 결과 모형의 우수성을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 방법론은 국가 연구개발사업으로 수행되는 유관 분야 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트까지 확대 적용할 수 있어 환경 특성에 맞는 개발에 활용 가능하다는 점에 연구의 의의가 있다. An Approved Maintenance Organization(AMO) management system for efficiently managing and supporting required certification is developed as part of a national research and development project. This study attempts to build an optimal software development model reflecting AMO management characteristics combining the existing V model and Agile model. For this objective, we analyze systematic and functional aspects of AMO management system development. The results indicate that the system requires simple and clear functions with constraints; its required functions can change (but rarely); it can be categorized as a small-sized project in terms of manpower and expense; and it should follow requirements for a national research and development project (i.e. evaluation and verification). Based on the analysis, we suggest an optimal development-life-cycle model combining the V model for evaluation and verification with a fast and flexible Agile model. In addition, we confirm the performance of the model in an actual application, and find that the model works well. This study contributes to providing a model that can be extended for a national research and development project in the related field, and it is adjustable to different environmental characteristics.
COVID-19 시기 관광지 재방문의도에 관한 연구: 제주도 관광을 중심으로

The pandemic of COVID-19 has greatly affected the tourism industry by restricting the movement of tourists and reducing demand for tourism. For the survival of the tourism industry, it needs strategies to maintain tourist attractions based on the awareness of tourists. In particular, re-visiting tourists have a significant impact on the continuation and development of tourist attractions. It needs to understand the perception for re-visiting tourists to come up with strategies to revive the tourism industry. This study aims in understanding how tourists’ perception of COVID-19 affects the intention of re-visiting to tourist attractions. This study proposes a model to explain the intention of tourist for revision, based on the Theory of Planned Behavior. Since trust in the government in disaster situations affects the behavior of individuals, this study adds the tourists’ trust in the government and the tourists’ perception of risk on the revisit plan in the model. The proposed model is surveyed by people who had visited Jeju Island and 177 people participated in the survey. Results shows that attitude and perceived behavior control among the three elements of the TPB model have a positive effect on the visitor’s intention to revisit. The government’s trust has a positive impact on tourists’ intention to visit again, and the perceived risk of tourists has a negative impact on tourists. This study identifies the key influential factors for tourists’ re-visit intentions by investigating the perception of tourists during the COVID-19 and provides implications based on that. The results of this study are expected to present strategic directions for the recovery of tourism demand.
