Bilaterally Simultaneous Medial and Lateral Discoid Menisci

원판형 반월상 연골은 대부분 외측에 발생하고 드물게 내측에도 발생한다. 양측성 외측 또는 내측 원판형 반월상 연골에 대한 보고가 있었고, 한쪽 슬관절의 내측 및 외측에 동시에 발생한 원판형 반월상 연골에 대한 보고도 매우 드물게 있었다. 특히 양쪽 슬관절에서 내측 및 외측에 동시에 발생한 원판형 반월상 연골의 경우는 1예만 보고되었다. 저자들은 양쪽 슬관절에서 내측 및 외측에 동시에 발생한 원판형 반월상 연골을 자기공명영상과 관절경으로 진단하고 반월상 연골 부분절제술로 치료하였던 증례를 보고하고자 한다. Most discoid menisci are lateral and medial discoid meniscus is very rare. Several articles have reported on bilateral lateral discoid menisci as well as bilateral medial discoid menisci, and a few articles have reported simultaneous medial and lateral discoid menisci in the same knee. Only one case of simultaneous medial and lateral discoid menisci, bilaterally, has been reported. We present another case of a male patient with bilaterally simultaneous medial and lateral discoid menisci, diagnosed with magnetic resonance imaging and arthroscopy. The patient was treated by arthroscopic partial meniscetomy.

영문명과 한글명의 데이터 정제 과정에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 금융 거래의 특성상 대용량 자료에서 발생되는 데이터 품질의 문제에 대해 살펴보았다. 그 중에서 가장 중요한 거래 주체 정보인 한글 및 영문 성명에 대한 데이터 정제 과정에 대한 다음과 같은 정제 규칙을 제시하였다. 첫째, 데이터의 일관성을 확보하기 위해 존칭에 대한 부분을 제거하였다. 둘째, 영문이름과 한글이름을 모두 한글 풀어쓰기 형태로 변환시켜 이름을 저장되어 있는 데이터의 언어에 무관하게 동일인을 인식할 수 있는 형태로 변환하였다. 기본적으로 이름은 "음운(音韻) 대 음운(character-by-character)" 변환 방식을 사용하여 풀어쓰기 형태로 변환하였다. 셋째, 한글 이름이 영문 이름으로 표현되어 있는 경우 성과 이름의 순서를 변환시켜서 성과 이름의 순서에 상관없이 동일인임을 인식하도록 하였다. 이름 중 성을 나타내는 부분을 찾아내기 위해 성에 대한 데이터베이스를 구축하고 그 내용을 활용하여 "음절(音節) 대 음절(word-by-word)" 방식으로 변환하였다. 영문이름과 한글이름은 성과 이름의 순서에 차이가 있으므로, 만약 영문이름의 뒷부분에 성으로 사용되는 문자열이 존재한다면 이를 앞으로 위치변환을 시킨 경우에 대해서도 동일인 인식이 가능하도록 하였다. 마지막으로 이름에 특수문자 및 괄호 안의 문자 등이 존재하는 경우 이를 제거하도록 하였다. In this paper, data quality which is natually resulted from huge datawarehouse is investigated and following data cleansing process rule is found for identifying subject name. First, English honorifics are eliminated for consistency of data. Second, English and Hangul names are converted write-in the form of unpack regardless of the language to recognize same person. Basically, the name are converted under the rule of character-by-character. Third, it is converted regardless of the first and last name order when Hangul name is written in English name to recognize same person. To find the portion of the last name among the full characters the database about the ratio of Korean last name are used and the last name is converted in a way of word-by-word. Finally, the names including special characters are converted to the names removed the special ones.

요골 원위부 골절에서 수장 금속판 고정술 후 돌출된 원위부의 나사못에 의해 발생한 장무지 신전건 파열에 관한 보고는 증가하고 있다. 그러나 저자들은 국내외 보고가 매우 드문 근위부 나사못의 돌출부에서 발생한 장무지 신전건 파열 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. As volar plate fixation of distal radius fracture becomes more common, reports of ruptured extensor pollicis longus tendon by a protruding distal screw tip are also increasing steadily. Authors have experienced a rare case of ruptured extensor pollicis longus tendon at the prominent proximal screw of fixed volar plate for distal radius fracture, and we report it herein with a review of the literature.

빅데이터 분석을 통한 보유비용모형에 근거한 주가지수선물의 가격괴리에 대한 분석

This study investigates the relationship between stock index and its associated nearby futures markets based on the cost-of-carry model. The purpose of this study is to explore the existence of mispriced futures contracts, and to test whether traders can earn trading profits in real financial market using the information about the mispriced futures contracts. This study suggests the concordance correlation coefficient to investigate the existence of mispriced futures contracts. The concordance correlation coefficient gives a desirable result for trading profits that results from a comparative analysis among profits from trading at the time to indicate trading opportunities determined by the degree of the difference between the observed market price and the theoretical price of a futures contract. In addition, this study also explains that the concordance correlation coefficient developed from the mean square error (MSE) has a statistically theoretical meaning. In conclusion, this study shows that the concordance correlation coefficient is appropriate for analyzing the relationship between the observed stock index futures market price and the theoretical stock index futures price derived from the cost-of-carry model.

청소년 환자에서 대전자부 삽입 대퇴골 금속정의 제거 실패와 실패의 원인 -2예 보고-

전자부 삽입 금속정은 삽입구를 찾기가 쉬워 대퇴골 간부 골절의 치료에 널리 사용되어 왔으며, 젊은 환자들은 골절이 치유된후 보통 금속정을 제거하게 된다. 저자들은 대퇴골 간부 골절을 전자부 삽입 금속정으로 치료한 두 청소년에서 골절이 유합된후 1예에서는 금속정의 제거에 실패하였고 1예에서는 금속정을 제거하는 데 어려움을 경험하였다. 금속정을 제거하는 데 어려움을 겪은 예에서 교합나사가 삽입되지 않은 근위 및 원위 교합나사 구멍을 통하여 신생 치밀골(compact bone)이 형성되어 있었으며, 이는 제거에 실패한 예의 전산화 단층 촬영 소견과 일치하였다. 이에 저자들은 교합나사 구멍을 통하여 형성된 신생 치밀골이 전자부 삽입 금속정을 제거하는 데 실패한 원인으로 생각된다. 치밀골이 형성된 경우에는 금속정의 제거가 쉽지 않음을 시사하는 소견으로 제시하고자 한다. Trochanteric entry femoral nails have been widely used for fixation of femoral shaft fractures because of easier identificationof the entry point. Young patients usually request removal of the nail after healing of the fracture. We experienced a failure and difficulty in removal of the trochanteric entry nail in two adolescent patients. In the patient in which the nail could be removed with difficulty, dense compact bone was formed through the empty interlocking holes and the nail was held just like a latch. This finding was quite similar to the computed tomography findings of the patient in which the nail could not be removed. In order to remove the nail, the newly formed, dense compact bone in the interlocking holes must be broken and detached from the femur itself. We suggest that dense compact bone through the empty interlocking holes might be a clue for difficult removal of the trochanteric entry nail.

한쪽 슬관절에서 내측 및 외측에 동시에 발생한 원판형 연골 - 1예 보고 -

원판형 연골은 주로 슬관절의 외측에 발생하는 것이 보통이며 드물게 내측에도 발생하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 내측 및 외측에 동시에 발생한 원판형 연골은 보고된 바가 없다. 저자들은 슬관절 동통을 주소로 내원한 15세 남자에서 자기 공명 영상 및 관절경을 이용하여 한쪽 슬관절에서 내측 및 외측에 동시에 발생한 원판형 연골을 진단하고 양측 모두에 대해 관절경하 부분 절제술로 치료하였기에 보고하고자 한다. Most of discoid menisci are lateral and medial discoid meniscus is very rare. There is no report about simultaneous medial and lateral discoid meniscus in one knee joint. A 15-year-old male patient was diagnosed as having a complete medial discoid meniscus with horizontal tear and intact incomplete lateral discoid meniscus by means of magnetic resonance image and arthroscopy. The patient was treated by arthroscopic partial meniscectomy for both discoid menisci.

극상 건 파열을 동반한 극상근 근육 내 지방종

견관절의 극상근 내 침윤성 근육 내 지방종은 극히 드문 증례로 저자들은 극상건의 부분 파열이 동반된 극상근 내 침윤성 지방종 환자에 대해 수술적 제거 및 회전근개의 봉합술을 시행하였고, 1년 추시 자기공명영상 결과상에서도 만족스러운 결과를 얻어 이에 대한 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. Infiltrating lipoma in supraspinatus muscle on the shoulder is very rare. We performed open excision and rotator cuff repair on a patient who had infiltrating lipoma in supraspinatus muscle with partial tear of the supraspinatus tendon. We achieved a satisfactory outcome on one-year follow-up magnetic resonance imaging. We report on the case with a review of the literature.

슬개골에 발생한 관절 내 골연골종

골연골종은 원발성 골 종양 중 가장 빈도가 높은 양성 종양 중의 하나이다. 그러나 관절 내, 특히 슬관절에 생기는 골연골종은 매우 드물며, 슬개골과 골교를 형성하는 골연골종의 경우는 더욱 그러하다. 저자들은 58세 여자 환자의 슬개골에 발생한 관절 내 골연골종을 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Osteochondroma is one of the most common benign tumors. However, intra-articular occurrence is rare, especially in the knee joint; this is a case of osteochondroma forming bony bridge with the patella. The authors experienced a case of intra-articular osteochondroma of the left patella observed in a 58-year-old female, so we reported it with a literature review.
