대학생들의 모바일 앱을 이용한 금연정보탐색과 행위변화

The present study aimed to investigate the information needs and information seeking behavior of consumers who attempted to quit or maintain the ceasing of smoking and analyze the effects of the health information obtained at different stages. In particular, we examined how consumers use mobile health applications(health apps) as aids to change unhealthy behaviors and how their use of health apps influence health behavior changes. For 7 months from December 2017 to July 2018, the researchers observed changes in smoking behaviors of college students who use smoking-cessation apps and conducted face-to-face interviews. Regarding the effects of smoking-cessation apps, the participants in the action stage reported that they were encouraged to quit smoking by visualized information such as the number of days of smoking cessation, change of health status, and the saving of money due to smoking cessation. The participants in the maintenance stage highlighted that smoking cessation apps were helpful in recognizing the importance and achievement of smoking cessation by sharing experiences and social support with other attempters in the app community. The study provided theoretical implications in the field of information behavior in that it identified the particular types of information needs and information-seeking behavior of the consumers who were using mobile apps in their behavior modification process. In addition, those findings can contribute to designing the contents of the smoking cessation apps that reflect the information needs of those who attempt to cease smoking and further suggest practical insights to health information services that promote effective information intervention strategies in health behavior change. 본 연구는 금연을 실천 및 유지하는 소비자들의 정보요구와 정보탐색행태를 조사하고, 다양한 단계에서 얻은 건강 정보가 건강 행동 변화에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 특히 이 연구에서는 소비자가 건강에 해로운 행동을 변경하는 데 도움이 되는 모바일 건강 애플리케이션(건강 앱)을 사용하는 방법과 금연 앱 사용이 건강 행위 변화에 미치는 영향을 조사했다. 이 연구는 금연 앱을 사용하는 대학생을 대상으로, 2017년 12월부터 2018년 7월까지 7개월 동안 참여자의 흡연 행동 변화를 관찰하고 대면 인터뷰를 실시했다. 실천단계의 참여자들에 따르면, 금연 기간, 건강 상태 변화, 금연으로 인한 비용 절감 등의 시각화된 정보가 금연을 독려했다. 유지 단계의 참여자들은 금연 앱이 제공하는 커뮤니티를 통해 다른 금연시도자들과 자신의 경험 및 사회적 지원을 공유함으로써 금연의 중요성과 성취를 인식하는 데 도움이 된다는 것을 강조했다. 이 연구는 행동 수정 과정에서 모바일 앱을 사용하는 건강 정보 소비자의 정보 요구 및 정보탐색행태의 유형을 식별했다는 점에서 정보 행위 분야에 이론적 함의를 제공한다. 연구 결과는 금연 시도자의 정보 요구를 반영한 금연 앱의 콘텐츠 설계에 기여할 수 있으며, 나아가 건강 행위 변화에 효과적인 정보 중재 전략을 촉진하는 건강 정보 서비스에 대한 실질적인 통찰을 제시할 수 있다.

정부기능분류체계(BRM)의 재정비를 위한 사례연구 - ‘문화재’ 정책영역을 중심으로 -

This study investigated the administrative history, from the introduction of the “Standard of Government Function Classification” (BRM) to its development and application. Through the results of the survey, the causes of the problems observed in the current government’s functional classification system were revealed. The current survey examined the functional classification scheme of the central government and local governments on the “cultural heritage” policy area (9 major functions, 59 middle functions, 297 small functions, and 1,287 unit tasks). It confirmed the problem of the separation of functions between central and local governments as well as other problems. Among the problems, this study proposed an improvement model through four representative cases such as the “designation of cultural heritage.” In order to reorganize the “Standard of Government Function Classification,” it is necessary to design a business function with the reproduction of tasks, establish a system for management and operation in order to maintain the consistency of the business function, educate users, and suggest continuous improvement. 본 연구는, 문헌조사를 바탕으로 대한민국의 업무참조모델(BRM)인 ‘정부기능분류체계’의 도입에서 개발․적용에 이르기까지의 행정연혁을 통하여, 정부기능분류체계의 본래 개발목적과 의도를 밝혀내고, 현재 정부기능분류체계에서 관찰되는 문제점과의 관계를 밝힘으로써 현행에서 드러나는 정부기능분류체계의 문제에 대한 원인을 찾아보고자 하였다. 정부기능분류체계의 현황조사는 정책영역 ‘문화재’ 영역(대기능 9개, 중기능 59개, 소기능 297개와 단위과제 1,287개)을 대상으로 중앙정부와 지방정부의 기능분류체계를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 중앙정부와 지방정부의 기능 간에 분절된 현상과 그밖에 문제점들을 발견하였고, 이를 대표하는 ‘문화재 지정’ 등의 4가지 사례를 통해 개선모형을 제안하였다. 또한, ‘정부기능분류체계’의 재정비를 위하여, 업무재현성을 갖춘 업무기능의 설계, 업무기능의 일관성유지를 위한 관리와 운영에 있어서의 제도마련, 이용자의 사용촉진을 위한 교육, 지속적인 유지관리와 개선이 필요함을 제안하였다.

소셜 Q&A 사이트의 질문 분석을 통한 청소년의 성 정체성(sexual identity) 고민에 대한 이해

본 연구는 소셜 Q&A 사이트인 네이버 지식iN에서 성 정체성과 관련된 질문들을 분석하여 질문의 중심이 되는 주제를 추출하고 구체적인 고민들에 대해 이해하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 네이버 지식iN에서 2010년부터 9년간 작성된 2,120개의 관련 질문들을 수집한 후, 자연어 처리와 정보 검색 방법을 사용하여 질문들의 주제와 고민들을 추출하고 분석하였다. 분석결과, 주요 주제는 인간관계, 성 정체성 의심, 성적 지향, 감정 및 관계, 성 정체성 고민 등으로 나타났다. 나아가 사용자들은 주로 1) 일반적인 성 정체성, 2) 성적 지향, 3) 성 정체성에 대한 부정적 인식, 4) 감정 고백, 커밍아웃, 동성애, 5) 미래, 이성 관계, 군대에 대한 우려, 6) 성 정체성 혼란을 겪는 이유 등과 관련된 고민을 하고 있었다. 본 연구는 성 정체성에 대한 실제적 고민들을 수집하여 토픽 모델링 기법을 통해 정보 요구를 도출하였으며 exact match와 tf-idf 기반의 검색 방법을 비교함으로써 문헌정보학 분야의 방법론적 확장을 시사했다. 또한 특정 관심사에 대한 온라인 커뮤니티 이용자들의 정보요구 및 정보탐색행태를 관찰함으로써 정보행위분야의 학문적 성숙에도 기여했다. The study aims to understand major topics and concerns of gender identity-related questions expressed by the users of the NAVER social Q&A site. To achieve this goal, we analyzed 2,120 questions created from 2010 to 2018 using natural language- and information retrieval-based methods. Results indicated that the major topics discussed by the users include interpersonal relationships, doubts about gender identity, sexual orientation, feelings and relationships, and concerns about gender identity. In addition, users mainly expressed concerns regarding general issues of gender identity; sexual orientation; negative cognition about gender identity; confession, coming-out, homosexuality; future, heterosexual relationships, military enlistment; and causes of gender identity confusion. The present study effectively derives information needs from real-world concerns about sexual identity by employing topic modeling techniques, and by comparing the advantages of exact match and tf-idf-based information retrieval methods extends methodology of Library and Information Science. Further, it has contributed to the academic maturity of the study of information behavior by observing the information needs or information-seeking behaviors of online community users with specific interests.

There are lots of cultural property that consist of paper or silk. and structural strengthening named "bae-jeop" is carried out during conservation treatment. During conservation treatment, we use adhesive. This is very important as well as paper used during conservation treatment. Because it has a role to connect between paper and the work. Study on the making method of adhesive or the adhesive has been continued. However, research trend have been focused on the characteristics according to protein content and characteristics of the long soaking period. In this paper, we do research about physicochemical characteristics of wheat starch adhesive under two years soaking period which have not been studied and investigate the subsequent changes that occur during the manufacturing process for the adhesive.
