지하공간 설계에 있어서 자연채광의 활용은 쾌적한 조명환경의 조성과 함께 인공조명에너지의 절약을 통하여 실내사용 전력부하를 절감할 수 있다. 본 논문은 지하 실내공간에 있어 보다 효과적으로 자연채광도입에 따른 필요작업면 조도분포를 얻고자 개발된 채광덕트시스템에 대한 기초적 Guidline을 기술하고자 한 것이다.<br/> 본 연구에서는 실내 지하공간에 있어 보다 정확한 자연채광에 따른 실내 조도를 예측하고자 모델실험과 수치계산을 통하여 실험적으로나 이론적으로 그사용여부를 입증시키고자 하였다. 지하공간에 자연채광 도입을 위하여 모형 시스템에 대하여 시도되었으며 수직덕트가 내부공간과 연결 제작된 채광시스템을 갖고 실험 측정하였다. Using daylighting in underground space may significantly reduce electric lighting load and gives a visually comfortable environment. This paper suggests initial design guidelines of a new daylighting system, Light Duct System, which controls and distributes direct sunlight so as to be used as an effective working illuminant for underground space. Accurate prediction of day-light illuminance distributions in interior underground space was performed by exeperimental measurement and computational method using appropriate mathematical models.<br/> The experimental model with vertical light duct system connected to the interior of underground space was designed for the exeperiment.

For a long time work or study, pendent task lighting system prepared with phosphor luminescent film LED was developed for eye protection and working efficiency improvement. Developed lighting system was used together with pendent and ambient lighting. Such as, we made comfortable lighting environment system. Evaluation for developed lighting system, that had proceeded to Mock-up test and subjective evaluation. Also It had proceeded that lighting environment analyzed and compatibility valuation of installation. In subjective evaluation, the students have expressed themselves satisfied to phosphor luminescent film LED lighting system. In Mock-up test, It is not problem to intensity of illumination, luminance and color temperature. Therefore, developed LED lighting system was installed at the Daegu apartment. It is having a P.O.E study progress to phosphor luminescent film LED lighting system.

This study will explore the difference between measured temperature and monitored temperature for operating air control system in the building, to which BEMS is applied. Also, it will suggest a method to accurately predict the load of air-conditioning, and will examine the different amounts of the load according to the temperature.

97% of energy that we use import these days in Korea. Government announced Green growth policy for being one of the best 7 powerful nations of green until 2020 and one of the best 5 powerful nations of green until 2050. According to statistical data of Ministry of Land in 2007, the diffusion ratio of house is 105% of 120 million which is number of house in Korea and about half of them are apartment housing. This ratio is going to increase every year. According to the result of Housing construction during these 5 years, from 40 million to 50 million of housing is building and almost all of them are apartment housing. As this, the amount of electricity is growing trend with the increase of housing construction every year. So, this project is for drawing up measures of energy-saving housing construction on the basis of simulation and an on-the-spot survey.
