This paper looks at the development of the visual system of humanoid robots, and the development of image processing algorism to measure the size of an object and the distance from robot to an object for the visual system. Humanoid robots usually get the visual systems and distance in case of that the locations of the systems is changed and the objects are not on the ground. Thus, in this paper, we developed robot's visual system to measure the size of an object and the distance to an object using two cameras and two-degree robot mechanism. And, we developed the image processing algorism to measure the size of an object and the distance from robot to an object for the visual system, and finally, carried out the characteristics test of the developed visual system. As a result, it is thought that the developed system could accurately measure the size of an object and the distance to an object.

몬테카를로 전산모사를 이용한 선형가속기의 후방산란에 관한 연구

It should be accurate dose calculation to increase the efficiency of radiation therapy, and it is priority to figure out the beam characteristics for this purpose. The target and primary collimator in head components of the medical linear accelerator have influence on determining the beam characteristics which is caused by backscatter and it is factor to consider shielding structures. In this study, the medical linear accelerator was modeled using Geant4 and investigated backscatter effect for changing the size and shape of head components. For the scattered electrons, it showed the greatest number of distribution inside of inner radius at the primary collimator. However, for the scattered photons which have the high energy, it were mostly located outside of inner radius at the primary collimator. Generation of the scattered positrons was 0.03%. Changing outer radius of the primary collimator had influence on backscatter distribution more than 60 mm radius. It was no significant effect for changing target thickness. It was found that geometric size and s ape of the head components are one of the factors which influence on the backscatter effect. 하수슬러지와 소각재로 제조한 경량재료의 특성

소각재와 하수슬러지 탈수 케잌을 혼합, 소성하여 제조한 경량재료의 특성을 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 1. 소각재에 하수슬러지의 혼합비가 증가할수록 중량은 지속적으로 감소하였으며, 슬러지의 혼합비가 70%일 때 최대 55%정도의 중량변화가 발생하였으며, 소성온도가 증가함에 따라 중량변화정도는 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 2. 폐기물의 혼합비가 증가함에 따라 소성 온도와 무관하게 강도는 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 1200℃에서 소성한 시편은 이하의 온도의 소성시편보다 높은 강도를 유지했으며, 1250℃에서 소성은 과소결에 의해 불가능한 것으로 파악되었다. 3. SEM분석을 통해 확인 할 수 있듯이, 슬러지 첨가는 소성을 통한 경량재료 제조시 기공형성자로서 역할을 할 수 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 4. 제조된 경량재료는 용출시험 결과, 기준치 이하의 낮은 농도를 유지하는 것으로 보아, 소성과정을 통해 중금속이 경량체 구조에 안정화된 것으로 사료된다.

신자유주의와 가톨릭교회

Every nations around the world are preparing for the challenge that will change every aspects of the world after the economy crisis brought about superficially by collapsing of the Subprime mortgage buble and fundamentally by the failure of the neoliberalism. Under this era, I am focusing on the situation that Korea's common economy is getting worse while macro-economic indicators of neo-liberalized society stabilized for several years. Many problems containing Increase of a temporary job and a part-time job stress the flexibility of work, youth unemployment, living debt, crime of the poor, and deepening of social conflict caused by sticked polarization are appeared through the whole Korean society. This tendency reveals the characteristic that in neo-liberalism formation, a capital cannot but be fetishes as a necessity. The neoliberalism that imposes over competition makes human descend to a tool of production and it causes overproduction and overaccumulation of capital so that makes either overconsume on specific goods or imbalance on trade caused by consume decreasing among the countries, in the end, the gap became serious. The hope, distributed unfairly, the disparity between upper class and bottom class is increased. the fetishism caused by neoliberalism makes not only dilute the main purpose that it is serve to human but also retrogress it. In the neoliberalism of Korean society, the man's work are considered as a tool of capital. In addition, the capital which is only the one factor of economics, rather being accepted to fundamental aim of economic works. The attitude of this phenomena of the Catholic is strong. By the mercy of God and the love of God, the Catholic point out the vice on principalness neoliberalism and ask whole people to do the public profit to the poor primarily with the fellowship and aid. So, I'm looking for the Catholic's solution following the paragraph. First at all, general believer who works at business field follow the God's love, and the Catholics should consider them to manage the corporation in the state of respecting the Human's dignity. Furthermore, the Catholic lead political and economical elite who draft and execute the policy of the neoliberalism to prepare the will power of doing public profit. For that the business man, political-financial elite themselves have mind to execute the God's love. So Catholic social teaching for general believer CEO, political-financial elite is essential. Of course, in the society which is full of fetishism and lack of human right, spreading the gospel for the indeed execution that what the real value is to every christian is important. By this, all the christians should have interested in social problem and take a role as the assist actor. So Catholic social teaching for whole christian is also essential. On the other hand, The network between catholicism and civil society solidarity should be solid. For this, I suggest 'Catholic-Basic community'. Basic community can be a rink between catholicism and civil society solidarity. Catholicism should not pass on these roles to basic community and find the structure that can lead the relationship with the civil society solidarity. and finally, reflect it to catholic organization. 2007년 후반 미국 서브프라임 모기지 부실사태는 세계적인 금융위기를 가져왔고, 실물 경제의 본격적인 위기로까지 확산되었다. 이는 신자유주의적인 세계화의 모험이 실패로 돌아가고 있다는 반증이 되어, 현재 세계 각 국은 신자유주의 이후에 도래할 대변화의 시기를 대비하고 있다. 필자는 이러한 시대적 상황 아래에서, 신자유주의 물결이 거셌던 한국사회에서의 거시 경제지표가 지난 수년간 안정적이었던 데 반해, 한국사회의 서민경제가 악화되어왔음을 주목한다. 노동의 유연성을 강조한 임시직·계약직의 증가, 청년실업 증가, 가계부채 증가, 고착화된 양극화로 인한 사회적 갈등의 심화, 빈곤층 범죄증가 등의 문제가 한국사회 전반에 걸쳐 나타나고 있던 것이다. 이러한 경향은 신자유주의 체제 안에서 ‘자본’이 필연적으로 물신화될 수밖에 없다는 특성을 그대로 드러낸다. 지나친 경쟁을 강요하는 신자유주의는 인간을 생산의 도구로 전락시키고 만다. 과잉생산과 자본의 과잉축적 등을 일으키고, 동시에 특정 상품에 대한 과잉소비 또는 소비감소를 일으켜 국가 간 무역불균형을 양산하고 국가 내 양극화를 심화시킨다. 결국 ‘희망’마저 불균형하게 분배되어, 하위계급과 상위계급이 고착화되기에 이른다. 곧 신자유주의로 인한 물신화는 인간에게 봉사해야 한다는 경제의 근본 목적을 희석시킬 뿐 아니라 퇴보시킨다. 실제로 신자유주의 체제에 놓인 한국사회에서 인간의 노동은 자본을 위한 수단으로 여겨지고 있고, 경제의 한 요소에 불과한 자본은 오히려 경제활동의 근본적인 목적인 냥 받아들여지고 있다. 이에 대하여 가톨릭교회의 목소리는 완곡하다. 하느님의 자비, 그리스도의 사랑을 바탕으로 원칙 없는 신자유주의의 폐단을 조목조목 지적한다. 그리고 그리스도인을 비롯한 사회 구성원 모두에게 연대성, 보조성의 원칙을 토대로 가난한 이들을 우선적으로 선택하여 공동선을 실현해 나가기를 요청한다. 이에 따라서 필자는 다음과 같은 가톨릭교회의 대응을 모색하여 본다. 우선 평신도 기업인들이 그리스도의 사랑을 본받고, 인간의 존엄성을 중시하는 상태에서 기업을 경영하도록 가톨릭교회의 배려가 있어야 한다. 나아가 신자유주의 경제정책을 입안하고 실행하는 정치·경제엘리트들 역시 그리스도교의 가치관을 가지고 공동선을 실천할 의지를 갖추도록 유도해야한다. 그러기 위해서는 무엇보다도 기업인, 정치·경제 엘리트들 스스로 그리스도의 사랑을 온전히 실천하려는 자세를 갖춰야 한다. 따라서 평신도 기업인, 정치·경제엘리트들을 대상으로 하는 사회교리교육이 절실하다. 물론 인간성이 상실되고, 물신화가 팽배한 사회에서 진정한 가치가 무엇인지를 그리스도인들 몸소 실행해 옮길 수 있도록 모든 그리스도인들의 복음화 또한 중요하다. 이를 바탕으로 모든 그리스도인들이 사회문제에 부단한 관심을 갖고, 가톨릭교회가 사회의 보조자로서의 역할을 실천해야 할 것이다. 이에 모든 그리스도인들을 대상으로 하는 사회교리교육 역시 반드시 필요하다. 한편으로 가톨릭교회가 형성해왔던 시민사회단체와의 네트워크를 더욱 공고히 하고, 그들과의 연대를 강화해야 한다. 필자는 이의 단초로서 본당 기초공동체를 제시한다. 기초공동체는 시민사회와 직접적으로 맞닿아 있는 만큼 가톨릭교회와 시민사회단체와의 탄탄한 연결고리가 될 수 있다. 가톨릭교회는 이러한 역할수행을 기초공동체의 몫으로만 돌리지 말고, 기초공동체 스스로 시민사회와의 관계를 적극적으로 이루어 나갈 수 있는 교회 내 구조를 모색하여, 본당 조직에 반영해야한다.

트리이소프로필실란티올로 유도된 다중설파이드 합성과 직접적 황화수소 생성

황화수소는 인체에 해로운 독성물질로 알려져 있다. 그러나 최근 들어 황화수소는 신경 조절, 신호 전달, 세포 보호, 혈관 확장 등 다양한 역할을 수행한다는 것이 발견되었다. 따라서 황화 수소를 이용한 생리학 및 약리학 분야는 최근 몇 년 동안 빠르게 성장하고 있고, 자연스럽게 황화수소를 제공하는 화학적 도구의 개발이 중요한 과제로 자리 잡고 있다. 황화수소 가스의 직접적인 투여는 의약학적 관점에서 적절하지 않고 다루기 어렵다. 무기 황화물 염은 용해 시 즉시 황화수소를 방출하기 때문에 원치 않는 부작용을 초래할 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 황화수소의 방출을 조절할 수 있는 황화수소 공여체가 개발되고 있다. 다양한 황화수소 공여체 중 폴리설파이드(RSSnSR)는 세포내에서 황화수소 저장고로 존재하며, 마늘과 같은 천연물에서도 쉽게 발견이 된다. 황화수소를 방출하는 능력 이외 폴리설파이드는 콜레스테롤 합성 억제, 항염 및 항산화 활성 등 세포에 다양한 생리학적 작용을 담당하는 생리 활성 물질로 작용한다. 황화수소 공여체와 의약학적 활용을 위해 다양한 폴리설파이드들의 합성법과 적용이 발표되었다. 하지만 기존의 폴리설파이드 합성은 -78℃ 무수 용매 환경에서 실험을 진행하거나 다중단계에 의해 합성해야하는 문제가 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 폴리설파이드를 상온에서 one-pot 반응으로 효율적으로 만들 수 있는 합성법을 개발하여 세포내에서 직접적인 폴리설파이드 생성을 유도하는 방법 개발이 목표다. 또한 화합물들의 다양한 치환기에 따라 생성된 폴리설파이드가 세포내 시스틴 또는 글루타싸이온과 반응하여 황화수소 방출 농도가 조절되도록 하는 것을 조사하고, 이 방법의 의약학적 적용을 위한 효율성을 증명하는 것이 연구의 목적이다.
