본 연구는 관광객의 욕구에 관계된 제 문제에 대해서 소비자행동 연구와 마케팅의 시점에 서 이벤트시장을 세분화하는 것과 관광객이 이벤트의 어떤 요인에 만족을 느끼는지를 밝히는 것과 세분화된 시장과 만족이 어떤 관계에 있는지를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 관광객의 편익에 의해 이벤트시장이 어떻게 세분화되는가를 검증하기 위한 분석의 결과, 이벤트에 참가하는 관광객 중에서 가장 높은 비율을 차지하는 것이 명확한 의사를 가지고 적극적으로 이벤트에 참가하는 「활동추구형」의 관광객이고 그들은 「접근성」보다는 「문화적 체험」, 「행사내용」을 더 중시하고 있다는 사실이 밝혀졌다. 그리고 이벤트의 분위기를 만끽하고 기분을 전환한다고 하는 막연한 목적으로 이벤트에 참가하는 「비일상추구형」의 관광객은 그 인원수도 적고 이벤트에 대한 만족도도 낮기 때문에 이벤트관광에 있어서 주요한 표적이 되기 어렵다는 사실이 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로 본 연구는, 이벤트의 주최자는 접근성을 향상스켜서 집객 면에서의 성공을 도모하는 것도 중요하지만 그것보다도 이벤트의 행사내용에 대해서 더욱 충실을 기할 필요가 있다는 사실을 시사하고 있다.

무선네트워크기반의 IP카메라와 스마트기기를 활용한 관리자 선택형 스마트 워터 그리드 영상모니터링 시스템

최근 무선네트워를 기반으로 다양한 IT기기들을 활용한 모니터링 시스템의 구축이 이루어지고 있다. 또한 IP카메라와 스마트기기의 연동을 통한 다양한 형태의 스마트 원터 그리드 모니터링 시스템이 상용화 되어 실생활 깊숙의 자리잡고 있다. 하지만 기존의 모니터링 시스템은 다양성을 위해 모니터링 시스템으로써 가장 기본적인 상황발생시 관리자의 능동적인 상황파악 및 대처에 대한 취약점을 가지고 있다. 모니터링 환경시 발생할 수 있는 여러 변수를 고려치 않은 모니터링 시스템은 한정적인 시스템 구성으로 관리자의 선택적 모니터링을 방해하여 결과적으로 시스템 활용에 대한 선택적 효율을 떨어 뜨리게 된다. 이에 무선네트워크기반의 IP카메라와 스마트기기를 활용한 실시간으로 모니터링 및 알림기능이 가능한 관리자 선택형 스마트 워터 그리드 모니터링 시스템을 원격 영상모니터링과 Push Notification 알람기능의 구현을 통해 제안하였다. Recently a monitoring systems that are using various IT equipment are being built based on wireless network. Also various smart water grid monitoring system that are linked IP cameras and smart devices be commercialized and it is deeply embedded within our lives. However, existing monitoring systems have vulnerabilities. It is situational awareness and the ability to cope with administrator when a basic situation has occured. A monitoring system that is not considering many variables consists of limited. Therefore the selective monitoring of administrator interfere. As a result, It goes down a selective efficiency about system utilization. We are proposed administrator optional smart water grid monitoring system that are able to feature real-time monitoring and alarm function using IP camera and smart devices based on wireless network through the implementation of remote video monitoring and Push Notification alarm function.

낙후지역 발전을 위한 광역자치단체 특별회계 운영 사례 비교연구

The government established Special Accounts for Balanced National Development in 2005, and the Metropolitan Council has enacted and executed ordinance relevant to special accounts to relieve regional unbalanced growth and to promote regional balanced growth. This study derived a political implication through the comparison·analysis of the background of establishment and its purpose, the selection criteria of support target, finance scale and tax revenue finance, appropriation target and finance distribution, etc. on the basis of Chungcheongnam-do Special Accounts for Balanced Development and Jeollabuk-do Eastern part Special Accounts among the special accounts implemented in metropolitan council. The major conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the transition from the concept of balanced development to specialized development is necessary for the development of distressed region. Second, the pure wastefulness ratio of the local government`s tax revenue finance of special accounts designed concentrating upon special accounts for Wide-area Autonomous Communities development should be gradually expanded. Third, Special Accounting budget should be supported to promote specialized development through the selection and concentration centering around comparatively advantageous resource within the region. Fourth, the strategic special accounts budget application system of cities and counties to utilize the projects of the government and the province to achieve the goal of cities and counties should be prepared.
