The author analyzed the proper time and situation for stopping life sustaining equipment on the chronically unconscious patients and terminal patients. As you know, everyone thinks about death in case he or she suffers a chronic conscious disease or terminal illness, but many cannot decide on the concept of when he or she should start the thought process of stopping active treatment such as respiratory ventilators. But, everyone should know the status of patients who lost his or her consciousness and have to decide the critical points of stopping those treatments. So I have made a very useful methodological map and graphics for the decision whether or not one should start thinking of stopping the active treatment for the lost patients. Additionally, I have analyzed the opinions of the juries of the Supreme Court which concluded the sentence about Ms. Kim`s controversial trial of whether or not stopping her respiratory ventilator in 2009 in Korea. In conclusion, I have created a very useful timetable for the decision making process about the stopping of life-sustaining equipment for the consciously obliterated patients who have suffered from terminal disease for many years. This map and graphics will be useful for decision about the stopping the life sustaining treatment for the persistent vegetative states and terminal patients who lost his or her consciousness. In the future, people should study about the various spectrums of unresponsible wakefulness syndromes like persistent vegetative states and minimal consciousness syndrome.

On this study, climb performance related airworthiness requirements for small airplane on KAS Part 23 and flight test techniques for climb performance (Sawtooth climb) are introduced. Also, applicable procedures, test conditions and required test parameters of sawtooth climb flight test techniques are reviewed.

The authors report that above symptoms disappeared after she received orienta medical treatment such as herb and external medicine.

본 연구에서는 2차원 자계 해석 프로그램을 이용하여 평판형 브러시레스 직류 전동기의 자계 해석을 위한 방법을 제시하였다. 정확한 자계 해석을 위해서는 3차원 자계 해석이 필요하지만 많은 시간 및 비용이 요구되는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자계 해석을 위하여 3차원 문제를 해당 자석의 평균 반지름에 대한 원통방향의 단면으로 해석하여 2차원 경계치 문제로 축소시켰다. 본 방법을 이용할 경우 시스템의 크기 및 형태에 관계없이 정확한 2차원 자계해석 결과가 합리적으로 얻어지게 된다. This paper describes a method for field analysis inside the flat-type brushless DC motor using 2-D field simulator. Rigorous field analysis entail 3-D analysis. However, this analysis is not often appropriate for system designs because of the time and cost involved. For field analysis in this study, the 3-D problem is reduced to a 2-D boundary value problem by introducing a cylindrical cutting plane at the mean radius of the magnets. Independent of sizes and shapes of systems, the exact 2-D field results can be obtained with reasonable predictability.

On this study, as a Human Factor(HF)'s point of view, typical PVI(Pilot Vehicle Interface) evaluation for small airplane cockpit design, PVI evaluation items and procedures to show compliance to KAS Part 23 "Airworthiness Standards : Normal, Utility, Acrobatic, And Commuter Category Airplanes" are introduced and reviewed. This study is based on the experience of Korean small civil airplane development and certification program.

We made an experiment if the extracts of DanGuiBoHyulTangGami-Bang(DBTG) and 15 kinds of the medical herbs used the materials of DBTG were effective on the hair formation palpation and the falling out of hair, and came to the following conclusions. 1. The extracts of Paeonia lactiflora, Cuscuta chinensis and Angelica tenuissima of DBTG consisted of the 15 kinds of the medical herbs kept the activity of 5${\alpha}$-reductase type Ⅱ from being active 75.3$\%$, 63.8$\%$. 75.5$\%$. 2. The hair growth index, 1.6(control group 0.8) of the extracts of DBTG bas a little effect on the hair growth palpation and that of Rubus coreanus 1.8(control group 0.4) was the most effective one of the medical herbs, and Paeonia lactiflora 2.3(control group 1.7) and Vitex rotundifolia 2.3(control group 1.5) showed the effect on hair formation palpation. 3. The hair growth period couldn't be extended by DBTG in this experimental stage. 4. The 15 kinds of constitution medicines of DBTG didn't have effects in dermal papilla cells DNA increase, IGF- I, KGF, HGF the revelation of a gene heredity, the protein synthesis of the hair follicle tissues. 5. All of the 15 kinds of constitution medicines of DBTG didn't have the antibacterial activity in Paper disc rule. 6. The results from the test of a radical scavenging activity of the 15 kinds of constitution medicines of DBTG showed that the extracts of Paeoria lactiflora, Scutellaria baicalensis, Rubus coreanus have the superior antioxidant activity in the concentration of 0.01$\%$ and 0.001$\%$ 7. In the formation controlled experiment, Vitex rotundifolia (70.6$\%$), Scutellaria baicalensis (47.1$\%$, Saposhnikovia (44.8$\%$) of the 15 kinds of constitution medicines of DBTG in the 50㎍/㎖ concentration controled NO forming and Vitex rotundifolia (12.7$\%$) controled NO forming in the 5㎍/㎖ concentration in order. 8. MTT(lC/50) of the extracts of Rehmannia glutinosa, Paeonia lactiflora, Scutellaria baicalensis, Lycium chinense, Rubus coreanus of the 15 kinds of constitution medicines of DBIG was more than 500㎍/㎖ and had the least cell virulence.
