The structural stability and morphology of the blends were improved greatly by Polyolefin?PA66 grafted copolymers that were formed by the in situ reaction of carboxyl groups with the amino end groups of PA66. The Polyolefin specimen in plasma substitute presents a small increase in friction coefficient. Tribological properties of wear-resistant materials added polyamide66 were investigated by concerning the amount and type of additives in the composite. Results showed that the amount of wear-resistant materials reduce the friction coefficient and wear. The effects of Polyolefin content on water-absorptivity, fticion efficient, wear of EMMA/PA66, LLDPE/PA66, EVA/PA66 blends were investigated by water immersion test, ring-on-block sliding test. The water-absorptivity in the blend decreases with increasing Polyolefin content, which indicates that the poly olefin phase restrains the polyamide phase from water absorption.
