다중접속 무선 LAN 환경에서 효율적인 멀티캐스트 서비스

멀티캐스트 서비스는 한 단말이 수신 그룹 내의 여러 단말들에게 같은 내용의 데이터 패킷을 전송하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 단일 채널 다중 접속 무선 LAN(Wireless LAN)의 작은 셀 환경을 기반으로 효율적인 멀티캐스트 서비스에 대한 방안을 제안한다. 이 시스템에서 이동 단말들이 동시에 하나 이상의 패킷을 전송하는 경우 패킷 추돌9collision)이 발생하여 수신단말은 정확하게 패킷을 수신할 수 없다. 그러므로 하나의 단말만이 전송을 해야 한다. 이와 같은 문제점 때문에 신뢰성 있는 멀티캐스트 서비스를 위해서는 단일 채널 다중 접속 방법을 그리고 무선 링크의 높은 에러율을 극복하기 위해서는 재전송 기법(ARQ)을 고려해야 한다. 제안하는 mLBP(modified Leader-Based Protocol)는 멀티캐스트 그룹 내에서 리더(leader)를 선정하고 이 리더가 송신 단말에게 피드백 정보를 대표로 전송하는 역할을 수행한다. 신뢰성 확보를 위해서는 에러가 있는 패킷을 리더 외의 단말들이 수신 했을 경우에 재전송을 유도하기 위해 리더는 긍정응답(ACK) 패킷을 전송하지 않고 침묵한다. 리더 외의 단말이 에러가 있는 패킷을 수신했을 경우 각 단말들은 지체 없이 부정응답(NAK)을 전송하여 이를 수신하는 단말에서 패킷 충돌을 유발시키고 재전송을 유도한다. 기존의 지연응답(delayed feedback) 방법과 확률적 방법을 사용한 기법들을 분석하여 측정한 성능을 비교한 결과 제안하는 mLBP이 다른 두 기법보다 우수한 성능을 나타냄을 보인다.

미국산 쇠고기 수입 반대 촛불집회 참여 10대의 사회적 특성

이 연구는 2008년 5월부터 진행된 미국산 쇠고기 수입 반대 촛불집회 참여 중고생들의 사회적 성격을 경험적으로 규명하고자 한다. 이번 촛불집회는 여러 새로운 특징 중 우리는 중고생의 적극적 참여에 주목했다. 촛불집회 참여 10대의 특성을 분석하기 위해 현장에서 참여자를 직접 조사하여 수집한 자료를 활용했다. 구체적으로 집회에 참여한 10대들은 누구이며, 그들은 얼마나 자주 어떤 방식으로 참여했고, 왜 참여하게 되었는지, 그리고 촛불집회에 참여한 10대는 어떤 생각을 갖고 어떻게 행동했던 청소년들이었는지를 밝히고자 했다. 조사 결과를 간단히 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 촛불집회 참여 10대는 고등학생과 여학생이 다수였으며, 계층적으로나 학업 성적 면에서 한국 사회의 일반 청소년의 그것과 큰 차이를 보이지는 않았다. 둘째, 촛불집회 참여자들은 조사 시점인 6월 14일 현재 참여 빈도나 참여 방식의 측면에서 상당한 분화를 보여주고 있었다. 셋째, 중고생들이 촛불집회에 참여한 동기는 먹을거리 위험에 대한 공포나 사회적 동원보다는 이명박 정부의 정책에 대한 분노가 가장 중요했다. 넷째, 촛불집회 참여자들은 평상시 건강, 먹을거리 안전, 사회현실, 정치적 문제 등에 관심이 높았던 청소년들이었다. 특히 이번 촛불집회에 적극 참여한 학생들은 이미 이전에 다른 단체나 집회 활동 경험이 있었던 것으로 나타났다. This study attempts to analyze social characteristics of teenager participants in the candlelight protests against US beef import which took place in Seoul from May to July in 2008. This candle light protest showed various new features and we focused on the issue of active participation by middle- and high-school students. We seek to empirically analyze the social characteristics of teenager participants by surveying the participants on site in front of the City Hall on June 14. More concretely, we asked the questions of who they were, how often and in what ways they participated, why they participated, and what their attitudes and behaviors were like before participating the protest. Our study results can be summarized as follows. First, more high school students than middle school students and more females than males participated in the protests. In addition, the participants were similar to the national population in terms of subjective class identity and GPAs. Second, the participants showed quite a significant differentiation in terms of frequencies of participation and type of activities involved during the protest. Third, the main reason for the teenagers to participate in the protests was anger against president Lee Myungbak's policies rather than fear of potential mad cow disease. Forth, the participants had greater concern on health, food safety, social problems, and political issues than non-participants. Active participants had prior experience in other social and political activities.

The hypothetical approach on the psychodynamism in the cases of pseudo-shock after penicillin injection was carried out with analysis of three cases. They were neurotic or psychotic in clinical entity, which developed or aggrevated just after episode of pseuo-shock. Peuicillin was injected for the treatment of venereal disease. As a result of psychoanalysis, we could evaluate that pseudo-shock was derived from fear of death which had its base on the castration fear and fear of separation. They project their inner hostility to parents into penicillin and that their psychic conflicts into penicillin shock. The is a preliminary and hypothetical study because we could study only three cases.

In the contemporary architectural form, there are some tendency that formal building form in the past transforms into informal form. Formalistic form means geometrical shape and form, especially rectangular coordinates. Against the concept, informal form means that it is escape those formal characteristics by using free curve, oblique line, and so on. In the modern times, formal building form is the main form. But after the war, the ideology based on production transforms the modern pure heart. Thus the box building form was used in the city building mainly. The box building form was the mass productional form. Because of these forms, the city view has been uniform standardization and non-personality. But in the processing contemporary architecture, there is the tendency that subjective forms are appeared by architects' instuition. This paper proves that there are some occurrence backgrounds after 1950s' architectural, social consideration and architectural expression characteristics. The conclusion is that non-formalistics, organism, commodity and experimentalism are the expression characteristics, and analyze some buildings.
