보겐빌리아(Bougainvillea spp .)의 삽목번식(揷木繁植)에 관한 연구

바나나의 吸芽苗 크기가 生育과 收量에 미치는 影響을 究明하기 위하여 1985年 3月 부터 1986年 3月 까지 濟州大學校 亞熱帶農業硏究所에서 遂行된 吸芽苗 크기에 따른 生育 및 收量形質을 調査한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 草長, 假莖長, 假莖直徑, 葉長, 葉幅은 吸芽가 커질수록 增加하였다. 2. 吸芽苗가 커질수록 出穗期와 成熟期는 빨라졌으며 成熟期間도 短縮되었다. 3. 果梗長, 果梗直徑, 果房梗長, 果房當 果指數, 果掌當 果指數, 果房當 果掌數, 果房重은 吸芽가 커질수록 增加되었으나 果指直徑, 果指重은 오히려 減少되었다. 4. 果房當 果指數와 果掌當 果指數는 假莖直徑, 葉長, 葉幅, 果梗長, 果梗直徑, 果房梗長과 正의 相關을 보였고 出穗日數와는 負의 相關을 보여 出穗가 늦어질수록 果房當 果指數와 果掌當 果指數는 減少되었다. 5. 果房重은 果房當 果指數, 果房當, 果掌數, 果指長, 果指重 果掌重과 正이 相關을 보였다. 6. 段階別 重回歸分析 方法에 의하여 추정된 結果에 의하면 收量에 가장 크게 영향을 미친 形質은 대부분의 吸芽에는 果掌重, 果掌數, 87.5㎝ 吸芽에는 果房當 果指數, 果指重, 112.5㎝ 吸芽에는 果梗長, 果指重, 果掌重 順으로 影響이 컸고 237.5㎝ 吸芽에서는 果掌數, 果掌重 順으로 收量에 크게 影響을 미쳤다. This experiment was carried out to elucidate the influence of different size of sucker at planting time on the plant growth and yield in bananas (Musa cavendishii Lamb.)cv. Dwarf Cavendish from March, 1985 to March, 1986 in the plastic vinyl house at Research Institute for Subtropical Agriculture, Cheju National University, Cheju, Korea. The results obtained are summarized as follows. Plant height, length and diameter of pseudostem, length and width of leaf, were increased in plant of large sucker at planting time. The larger sucker was planted, the earlier were the date of bunch head emergence and maturity, and the shorter were the days from bunch head emergence to maturity. Length and diameter of fruit stalk, length of bunch stalk, number of fingers/bunch and hand/bunch, and bunch weight, were ncreased but diameter and weight of finger decreased, as large sucker was planted. Number of fingers/bunch and hand were positively correlated with pseudostem diameter, length, and width of leaf, length and diameter of fruit stalk, and length of bunch stalk, but negatively correlated with the date of hunch head emergence, that is, decreased as the date of bunch head emergence was delayed. Bunch was positively correlated with the number of fingers and hands/bunch, length and weight of finger and hand weight. Yield characteristics which had a great influence on the yield were primarily hand weight and secondly number of hands, in general, and primarily length of fruit stalk, secondly finger weight and thirdly hand weight in 112.5㎝ size of sucker, and primarily number of hands and secondly hand weight in 237.5㎝ in size of sucker.
