There are many studies about communication in the IT market as hearing impairment is given a great deal of weight in society. Especially in the study about sign language recognition that language of the deaf is a more dynamic topic. The purpose of the paper is to make users who have hearing impairment communicate faster through digital hand gesture equipment that can recognize the consonant. The digital hand equipment that uses finger language discriminate close consonants by bending fingers through 5 Flex sensors, direction of hand through 2 Tilt sensors, and 1 FlexiForce sensor. A highly effective consonant application device helps recognize a total of 14 Hangul consonants with in an association of consonants which can find the saved word or sentences and print quickly.

In this paper, we design wearable sensor-based digital sensitive dress using LED based on digital show-control system. We use flex sensor to send data at digital emotional textiles which are composed data input, PIC micro chip and Line LED. Also, we use IEEE 802.11s system can make mesh topology, and recover from one AP trouble automatically during the show control. We adapt the mesh network to the wireless performer device, test the wireless network for the realtime show.

IPTV나 Mobile IPTV 같은 IP 기반의 방 통 융합형 멀티미디어 서비스는 사용자 인지적 QoE가 보장된 서비스를 제공하는 것이 절실하다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 Mobile IPTV 서비스시 다양한 IP망의 조건에 따라 발생하는 에러의 영향으로 열화된 컨텐츠의 손상 정도를 보다 정확하고 효율적으로 평가하기 위한 방안을 제안하였다. QoE를 고려한 실시간 전송시 측정을 위해서 손상된 프레임의 효율적 정합 및 측정 방법을 보여 주었다. 제안된 알고리즘은 실시간 전송 스트림의 각 프레임으로 부터 디지털화된 컨텐츠의 밝기 정보를 추출하여 분석하며 블러, 블록, 에지 비즈니스, 컬러 에러 등 QoE 요소들을 RR 기반의 측정 파라메터로 활용하여 평가하였다. 제안된 방안의 정확성을 증명하기 위해서 원 소스 컨텐츠와 손상된 컨텐츠를 비교 분석하였다. Supporting user perceptual QoE-guaranteed IP-based multimedia service such as IPTV and Mobile IPTV, we represent an efficient QoE-aware transport stream assessment schemes to apply realtime mobile IPTV's contents distorted by various network errors such as bandwidth, delay, jitter, and packet loss. This paper proposes in detail an efficient matching and QoE-aware measurement methods. The brightness of the digitized contents per each frames of transport streams is used and applied to reduced-reference method. The hybrid video quality metric is designed by QoE-indicators such as blur, block, edge busyness, and color error. We compare original with processed source to evaluate them in a high precision degree of accuracy.
An Efficient Data Exchange Protocol for Peer-to-Peer Live Video Streaming based the Web

Currently, service providers are facing with problem is slash dot effect or flash crowds when many users increase significantly and at the same time access into one live event. Now to address these issues, the combined benefits of P2P CDN CDN P2P hybrid system is being used, but the server's processing ability of a hybrid P2P CDN system has reached the critical point and the majority of users are constantly want to receive better quality content. Accordingly, the service provider has to spend money to add servers continuously. Peer-to-Peer network is one of a solution to solve this problem. To decrease request data to the server, users can request data from other users in the same network to get the desired content. In this paper, we propose the efficient data exchange protocol for P2P live video streaming over the Web in order to decrease the number of requests to servers that means reduce the cost of transmission. Also by set up short timeout for request to server and split video into small chunk, our system has smaller end-to-end delay than unconnected mesh system in CDN-P2P-hybrid. In our setup environment, we compared the experiment the number of requests for change in delay between the server and the termination of the proposed method and the conventional method.
