      • 群山附近 海域의 Chlorophyll-a와 植物플랑크톤의 分布

        군산부근 해역의 해양생산력을 파악하는 기초자료를 얻기 위한 일환으로 1991 년 10 월부터 1992년 2월까지 격월간격으로 조사해역의 chlorophyll-a 와 식물플랑크톤의 분포에 대해서 조사하였다. 조사가간 동안 chlorophyll-a 의 농노는 0.43-2.45mg/ m³(평균, 1.44 mg/m³) 의 변화폭을 보여, 비교적 낮은 값을 나타내였다. 조사기간 동안 식물플랑크톤은 규조류 85 종을 포함한 총 97 종이 출현하여, 규조류가 그 대부분응 차지하였다. 출현한 종 중에서 우점종은 Chaetoceros socialis, Eucampia zodiacus, Melosira moniliformis, Paralia sulcata 및 Skeletonema costatum 등이 였다. 식물플랑크톤의 현존량 분포는 241,460 - 1,582,520cells/ℓ 의 범위를 보였고, 건중량으로 본 식물플랑크톤의 현존량 분포는 0.198-1.298g dry wt./m³ 의 범위를 나타내였다. In order to get the basal data of primary productivity, the studies on the distribution of chloro-phyll-a aand phytoplankton in the vicinity of Kunsan sea area were carried out from October 1991 to February 1992 every other month. The concentration of chlorophyll-a was in the range of 0.43 to 2.45mg/m³(average, 1.44mg/m³). That was relatively low value. A total of 97 phytoplankton taxa including 85 diatoms were identified from all samples collected. Dominant species were Chaetoceros socialis, Eucampia zodiacus, Melosira moniliform is. Paralia sulcata and Skelelonema costatum. The total standing crop of phytoplankton samples Was 241.460 ~ 1.562,520cell/ℓ. The dry weight of phytoplankton samples was 0.198 ~ 1.298g dry wt./ m³.

        In order to get the basic data of primary productivity, the distribution of chlorophyll-a and phytoplankton in the vicinity of Daesan sea area were carried out from April to October 1996. The concentration of chlorophyll-a was in the range of 1.82-3.97 mg/m¹(2.44 mg/m¹). It was relatively lower than the other west sea area. A total of 90 phytoplankton taxa induding 77 diatoms were identified from all samples collected. The dominant species of diatoms were Asterionella japonicus, Cmetoceros affinis, Coscinodiscus asterompfrJius, Skeletonema costatum in the spring, Asterionella gracia/is, Cmetoceros affinis, Coscinodiscus radiatus, C. radiatus, Skeletonema costatum in the summer, Coscinodiscus centra/is, Skeletonema costatum in the autumn. The total standing crop of phytoplankton samples was 267,150-684,250 cells/ℓ (528,715 cells/ℓ) 1n the spring, 293,860-663,720 cells/ℓ(479,246 cells/ℓ) in the summer, 276,370-672,370 cells/ℓ(498,589 cells/ℓ) in the autumn.

        In order to get the basic data of primary productivity. the distribution of chlorophyll-a and phytoplankton in the vicinity of Chulpo sea area were carried out from April to December 1996. The concentration of chlorophyll-a was in the range of 1.54 - 3.95 mg/ m'(2.39 mg/ m L It was relatively lower than the other west sea area. A total of 93 phytoplankton taxa including 80 diatoms were identified from all samples collected. The dominant species of diatoms were Chaetoceros costatus, Coscinodiscus asteromphalus, Nitzshia pacifica, Thalassiosira exentrica, 1'. pacifica in the spring, C. costatus, Thalassionema nitzschioides, T. exentrica, T. pacifica, Thalassiothrix frauenfeldii in the summer, C. ajfinis, C. compressus, C. asteromphalus, Skeletonema costatum, T. nitzschioides, T. subtilis, T. frauenfeldii in the autumn and C. compress us, C. asteromphalus, Rhizosolenia stolterforthii, T. nitzschioides, T. pacifica, T. frauenfeldii in the winter. The total standing crop of phytoplankton samples was 438,280-986,940 cells/f in the spring, 326,760-896,250 cells/f in the summer, 398,740-945,560 cells/f in the autumn and 238,940-681,390 cells/f in the winter.

      • 西海沿岸 潮間帶에 棲息하는 날개망둑 Favonigobius gymnauchen 의 食性

        To know the food chain of an intertidal community, feeding habits of Fauonigobius gymnauchen were studied by analyzing stomach contents. F. gymnauchen were monthly collected in the intertidal zone of Doksan-ri, Yoongchon-myon, Poryong from July 1993 to June 1994. Ratio of stomach contents to weight of F. gymnauchen was 1.22%, and fullness of stomach showed a similar value to ratio of stomach contents to weight. Fullness of stomach was increased twice a day in the morning and the afternoon. The most important food item was copepods amounting to 68% of the total stomach contents. Of these, Paraca!anus parous was most abundant in spring, Corycaeus ajfinis in summer, Ca!anus sinicus in autumn, and Acaryia sp. in winter. Degree of overlapping for the food items between seasons was below 0.6. There were little differences in feeding habits among the size groups. For all size groups of F. gymnauchen, the occurrence rates of copepods, decapods, molluscs and cirriped larvae were high. As the fish grows, those of amphipods, polychaete larvae, isopods, cumaceans and stomatopods increased gradually. The importance index of the major food items was in the order of Corycaeus ajfinis, Calanus sinicus, and Paracalanus parous.
