This paper introduces a multi-object optimal design process for interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) to improve parameter such as saliency ratio, cogging torque, efficiency. A finite element method (FEM) was used for calculating the inductances of the d-axis and q-axis by changing the structure of rotor shape in IPMSM. After FEM analysis, optimal design process to find optimal rotor shape is processed. In optimal process, the Kriging method based on Latin hypercube sampling (LHS) and a genetic algorithm (GA) are applied due to suitability to non-linear data. Using this optimal design process, an optimal rotor shape is obtained. The optimal model has an increased wide speed range with reduced cogging torque.
스큐구조 영구자석 회전자를 갖는 2상 BLDC 전동기의 코깅토크 저감 최적설계에 관한 연구

본 논문은 2상 BLDC 전동기익 코깅토크의 저감을 위한 최적화 설계를 수행하였다. 코깅토크의 저감을 위하여 고정자치 형상에 관한 설계변수를 선정하여 최적설계 모델을 산출하였다. 또한 추가적인 코깅토크의 저감을 위하여 회전자 영구자석에 스큐착자 방식을 적용한 최적모델 설계를 수행하였으며 특성을 분석하였다. 최적화 과정으로는 Latin Hypercube Sampling(LHS)를 이용하여 Sampling point를 추출하였으며, Radial Basis Function(RBF)를 사용하여 근사화 모델을 생성하였으며, Genetic Algorithm(GA)를 이용하여 최적점을 찾았으며 이를 통하여 최적화 모델을 설계 하였다. 회전자 영구자석이 스큐착자 구조를 갖는 2상 BLDC 전동기의 최적설계모델은 시간차분 3D 유한요소 해석을 통하여 추가석인 코깅토크 특성을 분석하였고 코깅토크의 개선여부를 확인하였으며, 이를 통하여 제안한 설계방법의 적합성을 입증하였다.

N/A Isocyante terminated urethane prepolymers were synthesized by the reaction of 4,4`-dimethyl phenyldiisocyanate(MDI) and ester type polyols such as ethylene glycol/butanediol adipate(EBA), neopentylglycol/butanediol adipate(NBA) and hexanediol adipate (HA). All of the NCO-terminated urethane prepolymers are solid at room temperature, but they become mobile enough to be disposed onto a substrate upon heating about 80℃. Subsequently, they are solidified and cured through the reaction with moisture. Tensile behavior of the urethane hotmelt exhibits characteristic features depending on the type of polyol. The adhesive strength determined by single lap shear joint is higher in order of HA, NBA and EBA based urethane hotmelt., which can be correlated with the magnitude of breaking energy of the cured films. The failure mode are cohesive for all cases and the adhesive strength increases as the test is performed faster. This indicates that the strength of the adhesive joint is primarily dependent upon the bulk properties of the adhesives.

A 3-year-old Jeju native black sow with sudden death was requested to the Jeju Self-Governing Provincial Veterinary Research Institute for diagnosis in July 2009. Because the pig died suddenly, we could not find any clinical signs. Gross lesions such as pulmonary edema, redness of heart, liver, kidney and lymph nodes were observed at necropsy. Histopathologically, there were severe eosinophilic meningoencephalitis, atrophy, degeneration and necrosis of laminar neurons, and neovascularization in cerebral cortex. Based on histopathological findings and history taking about temporal suspension of water supply, this case was diagnosed as salt poisoning of a Jeju native sow. In our best knowledge, this is the first report for salt poisoning of sow in Korea, especially in Jeju native pig.
