광범위 출력 전압을 위한 고정밀 BiCMOS cascode 전류미러

A highly accurate wide swing BiCMOS cascode current mirror is proposed. It uses the base-current compensated B]T current mirror. It increases both output impedance and output voltage range by using the npn-NMOS cascode instead of the NMOS-NMOS cascode. The npn transistor copies the input current and the NMOS transistor increases the output impedance for the accurate current mirroring. The proposed current mirror achieves highly constant current for wide output voltage range. Simulation results were verified with measurements performed on a fabricated chip using a 5/16V 0.5㎛ BCD process. It has only -2.5~1.0% current error for 0.3~16V output voltage range.
디젤 엔진의 Crankshaft Web 형상에 따른 굽힘 및 비틀림 특성과 중량 최적화에 관한 연구

Recently, it is possible for small sized and high speed diesel engines by development of commonrail system. And in order to increase the engine performance, the cylinder firing pressure is a tendency which increases. On the other side, the weight of engine becomes lightly in spit of high performance diesel engine. Therefore, the weight optimization for engine components is very important point on the design process. Also, the weight optimization must necessarily be considered the robust design against a fatigue failure. This paper focuses on the weight optimization of crankshaft according to web shape at the light duty diesel engine, and torsion characteristics of crankshaft is considered with 1D and 3D analysis tools.

엔진 설치 시스템은 차량의 NVH 성능에 매우 중요한 시스템 이다 . 차량의 NVH 성능은 공회전 진동(Idle Vibration), 엔진 쉐이크(Engine Shake) 시동 진동(Key ON/OFF Vibration), 변속 진동(Gear Shift Vibration) 등 다양한 이론이 존재한다. NVH 성능 개선을 위해 이러한 이론들에 대한 실제적 최적화가 필요하며, 특히 최적의 엔진 설치 위치와 강성을 찾아내는 것이 매우 중요하다. 또한 효과적인 NVH 성능 개선을 위하여 차량개발 프로세스 측면 에서 제약조건과 한계가 있는 사후 조정보다는 개발 초기에 최적화가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 엔진 설치 시스템 관련 여러 이론에 대한 최적화 해석과 파워 트레인의 엄격한 모드 분리와 토크롤 축(Torque Roll Axis), 탄성롤축(Elastic Roll Axis) 사이의 각도를 최소화 하는 다양한 시뮬레이션 케이스(Simulation Case)와 FE-모드를 개발초기에 수행하여 다중 최적화 분석을 함으로서 최적의 엔진 설치 위치와 강성을 찾아내어 NVH 성능을 개선하였다. Engine mounting system is the most responsible system for NVH performance of vehicle. The vibration at idle shake, road shake, Key ON/OFF, gear shift tuned by the engine mount position and stiffness. Previously described Engine mounting system theory investigated and summarized in this paper. Decoupling of the Power train rigid mode and Reducing the angle between Torque-Roll-Axis and Elastic-roll-Axis is starting point of optimization. Multi-optimization analysis was performed because of variety simulation case and FE-model. Eventually, Find the best mount location and the stiffness has improved the performance of the vehicle NVH.
신뢰성 기법을 통한 Engine oil pan의 신뢰성척도 연구

Usually, it says that reliability is failure rate achieved by required functions for some period under limited use environment conditions. The reliability can be researched by automotive part or system module and it can be affected by using environment condition, such as using atmosphere temperature and using user’s behavior. Also, the time can be influence on the reliability. Recently, the oil leakage from eng oil pan was raised by customer in the field. So, there is the purpose of this paper that research predicting the reliability of eng oil pan efficiently by using reliability method described below.
