        딸기 수출지원정책의 우선순위 분석 연구

        This analysis prioritizes export support policies related to establishing an infrastructure for stable production of high-quality strawberries for export. Based on the results, it aims to suggest strawberry export support policies in response to the discontinuation of supporting export logistics costs in 2024. The survey using the AHP method was conducted for 14 strawberry producers and 12 policy consultants(agricultural researchers and rural extension specialists). As a result, the policy directions are prioritized in the following order, from highest to lowest9production of high-quality strawberries(39.9%), establishment of production infrastructure(38.6%), and strengthening of professional competency(21.5%). As for the export support policies are prioritized in the following order9introduction of production guarantee system(13.2%), quality management(13.0%), development of export varieties(11.8%), harvest and distribution facilities(11.0%), food safety control(10.2%), and provision of cultivation facilities(8.3%).

        PLS 선형가속기 진공계의 운전특성

        PLS 선형가속기 진공계는 콜라이스트론 첨두출력 54 ㎿, 펄스폭 4.1 ㎲, 반복율 10 ㎐의 마이크로파 전력 공급상태에서 2.6×10^(-6) Pa의 진공도를 유지하고 있으며, 45℃ 운전조건에서 마이크로파 전력이 공급되지 않았을 때 진공도는 2.4×10^(-6) Pa이다. 설치 초기에 30×10^(-11) Torr-l/sec-㎠ 이었던 가스방출율은 각 가속단위마다 약 140 GJ의 마이크로파 에너지가 전파된 현재 1×10^(-12) Torr-l/sec-㎠ 이다. 주 장비로 사용중인 이온펌프는 모두 포화된 상태이며 60 l/s, 120 l/s, 230 l/s 이온펌프의 유효배기속도는 운전 영역에서 각각 45 l/s, 65 l/s, 140 l/s 이다. 진공계 운전중 야기된 문제점들로는 이온펌프 및 진공 게이지 전원제어기의 오동작, 에너지 배가장치의 출력창, 전자총 및 가속관 종단부하의 진공누출 등이었다. 최근 일년간 총 41회에 140.8시간운전 중지를 경험하여 98%의 가용도 (availability)를 나타내었다. 추후 시험중인 도파관 밸브와 개발중인 가속관 종단부하가 설치된다면 가용도를 99.5% 이상으로 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The vacuum system of PLS linac provides average pressure of 2.6×10^(-6) Pa under high power microwave loading of 54㎿ peak with 4.1 ㎲ pulse width and 10㎐ repetition rates. The base pressure of system is 2.4×10^(-6) Pa with 45°C cooling water. The outgassing rate of the system is decreased from 3×10^(-11) Torr-l/see-㎠ at the initial stage after installation to 1×10^(-12) Torr-l/see-㎠ at present. Total accumulated microwave energy dose is about 140 GJ per module. All ion pumps are working under saturated regime and effective pumping speeds of 60 l/s, 120 l/s, 230 l/s ion pumps are 45 l/s, 65 l/s, 140 l/s under the operating range. Main problems occurred in recent year are troubles of ion pump controller and vacuum gauge controller, vacuum leak of energy doubler window and electron gun ceramic, and water leak in the dummy load of accelerating columns. Total of 41 troubles with 140.8 hours down time give good system availability of 98%. Down time can be reduced by high power waveguide valves and water dummy loads under development, and then availability is expected to be increased up to 99.5%.

According to the career maturity of student, the population by analyzing the differences between the types of factors that influence satisfaction in the educational career maturity the effect of adjusting the level was empirically verified. This study performed to evaluate for To fulfill this research subject is based in Seoul, the graduates of vocational foster Education courses target a limited and total of 357 valid samples obtained after the SPSS 20.0 and LIMDEP (LIMited DEPendent variable model) 8.0 as the empirical analysis was performed. Related research result, In order to increase the satisfaction level of vocational training of foster job, Candidate foster education and groups will be able to suggest the need for improvement in the provision of factors provides education and curriculum components fit between the characteristics, Target Student of Vocational foster Education courses of Hospitality & Tourism sector research into educational satisfaction and career maturity in terms of graduates can be said to have been the first time a significant progress.

        PLS 2 GeV 선형가속기의 진공계통 설계

        본 논문은 포항가속기연구소에서 건설중인 PLS 2 GeV 선형가속기 진공계통의 설계에 관한 것이다. PLS 2 GeV 선형가속기의 진공계통은 길이 3.07m인 42개의 가속관과 길이 약 400m의 도파관으로 구성되어 있다. 진공장치의 배치는 충분한 지역적 배기능력을 고려한 분산 배기방식으로 다지관 방식의 기계적 복잡성을 단순화하였다. 진공계는 가속관 중심과 도파관에서 5×10^(-7)Torr, 클라이스트론 출력창에서 5×10^(-8)Torr까지 배기되도록 설계하였다. 주 진공펌프로는 가속관과 도파관 및 에너지 배가장치에 대하여 각각 용량이 60 l/s와 120 l/s인 sputter 이온펌프를 사용하기로 하였다. This paper describes the vacuum system design for the PLS 2 GeV linac which is now under construction at Pohang Accelerator Laboratory (PAL). The vacuum system of the PLS 2 GeV linac consists of fourty two 3.07 m long accelerating columns and about 400 m long waveguide network. The configuration is adopted by the distributed pumping method to simplify the mechanical complexity from the manifold method. The vacuum system is designed to evacuate the accelerator to the pressure of 5×10^(-7) Torr at the center of the each column and of 5×10^(-8) Torr at the klystron output window. The main pumps are: one 60 l/s sputter ion pump for each accelerating column, two 120 l/s sputter ion pumps for the waveguide system and the energy doubler for each module.

        PLS 2 GeV Linac Vacuum System (Ⅱ)

        PLS 2 GeV 線形加速器의 眞空系는 K6 가속단위까지 성공적으로 조립, 설치되어 있다. K3 加速單位까지는 이마 E3712 클라이스트론에서 공급되는 70MW 極超短波 電力으로 진공계 길들이기 과정을 완료하였다. 약 50MW의 극초단파 전력을 인가한 상태에서, 현재 진공도는 L-형 加速管 中心에서 6.2×10^(-8)torr, 클라이스트론 出力窓에서 7.3×10^(-9)torr를 각각 유지하고 있으며, 最終 到達壓力은 點差的으로 向上되고 있는 중이다. 본 논문에서는 PLS 2 GeV 線形加速器 眞空系에 대한 電氣回路的 變換에 의한 모델링과 解析, 그리고 加速器 前半部에 關한 初期 性能 檢證結果를 論議하고자 한다. The vacuum system of the PLS 2 GeV linac has been assembled and installed successfully up to the K6 module. Two regular linac modules (K2 and K3) have been already conditioned with 70 MW microwave power from E3712 klystron. Now, the pressures range from 6.2×10^(-8)torr at the accelerating column center (L-type), to 7.3×10^(-9)torr at the klystron window with about 50 MW microwave power loading, and the ultimate pressures will become progressively lower. This presentation describes the electrical modeling and analysis, and the initial performances for the first half of the PLS 2 GeV linac vacuum system.

      • 飮食物쓰레기의 效率的 管理를 위한 物理的 特性 및 處理

        This study was conducted to manage food wastes in Korea efficiently. We carried out an experiments on food wastes generated from Yeonjae gu, Pusan as a representative boundary according to the measurement of apparent density, generation quantity, physical characteristics, proximate analysis, and elemental analysis as well as drying and carbonizing, and also tested the hazardous materials in fertilizer and compost from public and private recycling center in operation. The purposes of this study are to investigate current status of food wastes recycling methods and facilities, to examine the fuelization of food wastes, and to suggest the cost effective food wastes treatment plans. Based on the results of the analysis of apparent density and water content in food wastes, it was revealed that the apparent density of food wastes was in inverse proportion to the water content. The water content of food wastes was highly influenced by the fruit and vegetables such as watermelons. These results indicate that the food wastes with about 75 ~80wt% initial moisture content should be reduced under 70wt% moisture content by drying process pier to throwing away. Comparing the heating values of the food wastes which were calculated by Dulong's equation and Steuer's equation it was revealed that Steuer's equation(HHV 5,186 kcal/kg, LHV 880 kcal/kg) was more compatible than Dulong's equation(HHV 4,676 kcal/kg, LHV 330 kcal/kg) because the results of proximate analysis for the food wastes were very similar to those of sewage sludges. Additionally, to reduce water contents of food wastes under 60wt% as acceptable water contents for fuelization, it was also found that blending with 25wt% chars made from food wastes was more efficient than the drying of food wastes itself at 105°C, 45minutes in view of completion time. Furthermore, these chars generated from food wastes (about LHV 6,608 kcal/kg) comparable to commercial charcoal(LHV 7,134 kcal/kg) generated from oak trees and lower ash contents(under 15wt% of chars) than those.
