TiNi 형상기억합금과 PZT 강유전체를 이용한 기능성 다층박막의 제조

Multilayer system composed of TiNi shape memory alloy and PZT ferroelectric material is expected to perform the integrated function which is capable for sensing and actuating. To fabricate the integrated function material, it is necessary to design the multilayer film without inter-diffusion at the interface, and to have appropriate crystalline phases for each layer. In this work, TiNi thin films were deposited on sol-gel derived PZT thin films. When Pt barrier layer was deposited on PZT layer, TiNi layer deposited at 350℃ was successfully crystallized. This multilayer film had no other inter-diffusion layer at the interface and indicated the B2(110) phase for TiNi layer and the perovskite phase for PZT layer. This multilayer film has also shown the shape memory effect for TiNi layer and the ferroelectric behaviour for PZT layer.

This work describes the effect of composite conductor on the characteristics of electric double layer capacitor. Test cell, which was fabricated with conducting composite consisted of 80% of SPB and 20% of VGCF, exhibits the better tate capability and the lower resistance than those of the cells fabricated with single electronic conductor. These enhanced properties could be related with the decrease of contact resistance between the activated carbon powders.

Giant magnetoresistance(GMR) has been investigated for Co_xCu_(100)-x liquid quenched ribbons. Solid solutions were obtained for a concentration with X<15, and the microstructure associated with the spinodal decomposition produced by isothermal aging for Co_(10)Cu_(90) ribbons is closely correlated with the giant magnetoresistance. In the phase decomposition in the constant wave length region, the MR ratio due to the spin dependent scattering increases with the increase in the surface-to-volume ratio. By longer aging, the MR ratio decreases with the increase of the wavelength, while the field dependence of the MR ratio becomes larger in low field due to the coalescence of the magnetic particles. On the other hand, the lower isothermal aging temperature, the shorter periodic fluctuation of the composition, and accordingly the largest MR ratio of 8.1% is achieved by aging at 673K for 166h.

This work describes the effect of electrode binder on the characteristics of electric double layer capacitor. Among carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA), and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), the unit cell using CMC showed good rate capability at current densities between 2.5 mA/$\textrm{cm}^2$~100 mA/$\textrm{cm}^2$. However, CMC as a binder is incongruent, because the electrode bound with CMC is rigid and easy to crack during a press and winding process for fabrication of capacitor. The unit cell capacitor using the electrode bound with binary binder composed of CMC and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), especially in composition CMC : PTFE =60 : 40 wt.%, has exhibited the better mechanical properties than those of the unit cell with CMC. On the other hand, the mechanical properties of CMC+PTFE electrode, coated on underlayer composed of CMC and carbon black, were much improved.

In this study, the hybrid electrodes, composed of the activated carbon powders and $LiCoO_{2}$ powders, were prepared as a cathode for the high-capacitance type hybrid capacitor, and the electrochemical properties of the hybrid electrodes were examined in terms of the weight composition and the milling time of $LiCoO_{2}$ powders. The specific volumetric capacities were increased with increasing of the composition of $LiCoO_{2}$ powders in the hybrid electrodes. On the other hand the coin cell capacitors, using the hybrid electrodes with $LiCoO_{2}$ poweders milled for 200 h, have exhibited the lower internal resistivities and the better capacity retention after 100 charge-discharge cycle than those of the coin cell capacitors using the hybrid electrodes with raw $LiCoO_{2}$ powders.

초기 항공기 개념 설계 단계에서는 단시간에 손쉽게 다양한 형상의 항공기 모델을 생성하여 넓은 범위의 취약성 분석을 수행함으로써 데이터 축적이 필요하다. 따라서 항공기 구성요소를 라이브러리 형태로 저장하고 주요 파라미터를 정의하고 입력함으로써, 효율적으로 CSG 형식의 항공기 모델을 생성하는 연구가 필요하다. 이와 같은 취약성 분석을 위한 소프트웨어로 BRL-CAD가 많이 사용된다. 본 연구는 BRL-CAD 시스템에서 항공기 모델을 효율적으로 생성하도록 하는 연구이다. In the early conceptual design phase of aircraft modeling, we have to create various shapes and a wide range of aircraft models to perform a vulnerability analysis of the data, in a short time and easy UI. To analyze the vulnerability of an aircraft, BRL-CAD (open source CAD software) file format is used in military. CAD model in the BRL-CAD is CSG based CAD system so that we have to create CSG based aircraft CAD model, This research is about implementation an easy UI software program to design an aircraft in a BRL-CAD system.
EDLC용 Carbon-PTFE 전극의 제조 및 전기화학적 특성

This work describes the effect of the number of roll pressing and the composition of carbon black on the electric and mechanical properties of carbon-PTFE electrode, in which composition is MSP20 : carbon black : $PTFE\;=\;95-X\;:\;X\;:\;5wt.\%$. It was found that the best electric and mechanical properties were obtained for sheet electrode roll pressed about 15 times and for sheet electrode, in which composition is MSP20 : carton black $PTFE\;=\;80\;:\;15\;:\;5wt.\%$. These behaviors could be explained by the network structure of PTFE fibrils and conducting Paths linked with carbon blacks, respectively. On the other hand, cell capacitor using the sheet electrode with $15wt.\%$ of carbon black attached on aluminum current collector with the electric conductive adhesive, in composition is carbon black $CMC\;=\;70\;:\;30wt.\%$, has exhibited the best rate capability between $0.5\;mA/cm^2\~100\;mA/cm^2$ current density and the lowest ESR.
