Double layered tubes have been widely used in the transportation industry. Especially hydroforming assembly technology for double layered tube has many advantages. In this study, the mechanical characteristic for double layered tube was investigated by using coefficient measuring of linear expansion. Double layered tube is assembled different material by hydroforming method. Inner tube is stainless steel and outer tube is mild steel. Thermal stresses between outer tube and inner tube were evaluated using theories of elasticity and Lame at high temperature environment. The analytical analysis is verified using a finite element model of DEFORM-2D. The FEA was performed to produce diagrams of thermal stress between outer and inner tube.

The frictional behaviors of Cermets/Cr-Ceramics and Cu-Al coatings of piston ring were investigated. Friction tests were carried out by pin-on-disk test and materials properties of coating layer were analyzed by nano indentation tester. Higher friction coefficient was obtained at harder coating with rougher surface. In case of hard-coating, the scratch depth, width and pile-up height had close relationship with indentation hardness. So the scratch width, depth and pile-up height increases with decreasing friction coefficient. But in case of soft-coating, the friction coefficients are strongly dependent on the morphological characteristics after nano scratching more than indentation hardness.

Selective laser melting (SLM) is a fast growing process of rapid production for metallic based parts. The influence of processing variables such as powder, laser output power, and scan rate on the densification. Therefore a study on fabrication Fe-Cr-Ni powder by selective laser melting has been performed. In this study, the effect of the process parameters on shape of the fabricated part in the selective laser melting process is investigated by analysis of variance such as the height, depth of the fabricated part. With energy density decrease, the height and depth were decreased. Although the conditions are of the same energy density, the shape is different by laser power and scan rate. The shapes according to laser parameters were divided into 3 groups. And the Type Ⅱ is obtained under the conditions as 50㎛ of spread powder height, more than 15㎛ of pulse width.

Pathohistologic findings of endometrial tissue obtained by means of infertility studies on the first day of menstruation at Ewha Woman's University Hospital from 1973 to June, 1976 were presented. Histologic findings which were agreeable with their menstrual cycle were noted in 77.4% of total 106 cases. Remaining cases revealed proliferative phrase in 4.7%, endometrial hyperplasia in 3.8%, endometrial polyp in 0.9%, tuberculous endometritis in 2.8%, nonspecific endometritis in 10.4%.
