병원환경에서 ISM 대역의 텔레메트리 의료기기의 전파간섭 발생에 관한 연구

Recently, the rapidly increased use of the wireless devices in the same ISM bands causes a malfunction of the medical instruments as the patient monitoring system. This study was undertaken to identify that the radio interference influences on the medical telemetry equipments. Firstly, the current usage situation of the radio frequency with ISM band is analyzed for the telemetry medical system, and then the experimental method is proposed that installs the telemetry system between the Wi-Fi AP and the integrated Wi-Fi AP to effectively detect the influence of interference. In results, it is confirmed that the malfunction phenomenon due to the signal loss by dropouts occurs in the telemetry monitoring system. It is expected that this research can be reflected on the basis material for establishing the nations policy about the requirement of the exclusive frequency band of hospital medical instruments.
근관치료약제(根館治療藥濟)의 살균효과(殺菌效果)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

Coccal form of microorganism (staphylococcus) isolated from infected root canal was inoculated on the thioglycolate agar and paper discs (5mm in diameter) immersed with 0.1ml of 10% Formaldehyde, Thymol, Eugenol Phenol (90%) and 5% Silver nitrate were placed on the media. The thioglycolate plate was incubated at $37^{\circ}C$ for 48 hours. Inhibition zone was measured as follow: The greatest value was 3.9mm at Formaldehyde, next followed Thymol 3.6mm, Eugenol 3.5mm and Phenol 3.4mm. The least value, 3.0mm was found at Silver nitrate.
