Objectives: This study aims to report the incidence and clinical characteristics of the backpack brachial plexus palsy during loaded march in the marine recruits training center Methods: we performed a retrospective study by review of the medical records in the military medical system from March 2016 to February 2017. Patients diagnosed with brachial plexus injury or brachial plexus disorder by one orthopedic surgeon and one neurologist are enlisted. Results: The incidence of backpack palsy in marine recruits center was 6198.4 per 100,000 person-years. Most common site is deltoid muscle and most of the patients are suffered from weakness and paresthesia, pain is seldom present. Conclusion: we report the incidence and clinical characteristics of backpack palsy in the marine recruits training center, these results are much higher than those of other studies reported in the world, this report may be helpful in recognizing the significance of the backpack palsy and establishing a strategy for the prevention of the backpack palsy

Recently, as the markets interest in eco-friendly vehicles has increased rapidly, technology development of electric vehicles is required. Among them, the increase in the mileage of electric vehicles is the most important item, and an optimized control system of the driving motor with the highest battery energy consumption is essential to achieve this. In order to increase the energy consumption efficiency of the motor control system, the first step is to precisely measure the rotation position of the motor. This paper proposes a new resolver signal peak delay calculation method that can reduce the chip size by about 30%, and explains how to reach the safe state through additional control of the IC even in the event of a microcontroller failure.
