실적에 기반한 도시철도 정거장 규모산정 연구 -수요예측과 수송실적의 불균형 현상을 중심으로-

본 논문은 서울시 도시철도 정거장을 대상으로 수요예측과 수송실적의 관계를 파악하여 수요예측 값의 과예측 현상을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 서울시 지하철 3ㆍ4호선의 45개 정거장과 5ㆍ6ㆍ7ㆍ8호선의 136개 정거장중 169개역을 대상으로 분석하였으며, 건설 이후 연장되거나 추가된 신설 역사는 제외하였다. 횡단면자료를 구축하고 분산분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 상관분석 결과, 대합실면적이 승강장면적보다 과다예측률과 상관성이 더 컸다. 그리고 분산분석에서는 설명변수로 예측대비실적을 3개 집단으로 구분하여 비교한결과, 승강장면적보다 대합실면적이 예측대비실적 구분에서 더 의미있는 차이를 보였다. 또한 과다예측률을 적용하여 수정대합실면적을 산정한 후 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 수정대합실면적이 수송실적을 설명하는데 유의미한 변수임을 보였다. 반면, 기존대합실면적은 수송실적에 전혀 유의미하지 않았다. 실적에 부합하는 대합실면적을 적용하게 되면 기존대합실면적은 51%까지 줄일 수 있는 것으로 계산되었고 전체 역사면적은 평균 32~38% 줄일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 공사기간 및 비용 절감과 유지관리비용 절감과도 직결될 것으로 판단된다. In this study, we examine that there is how much discrepancy between passenger demand estimates and transport performance and how bigger the over-prediction makes subway station size. We collect the data and execute an empirical analysis on 136 stations among the 169 stations of Seoul Subway line 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. The results of correlation analysis and ANOVA are that over-prediction rate is more related with a concourse size than a platform area size and when we compare 3 groups according to performance to prediction ratio, the concourse size reveals a meaningful difference between groups at 5% confidence level. And the result of multiple regression analysis shows that transport performance could be explained with corrected concourse size but original concourse size doesn``t work. Now we can recompute the total station size with the performance-based approach, that is reducing a concourse size. On an average 51% concourse size could be downsized and also 32-38% cutting of each subway station size could be.

The purpose of this study was to examine the subjective evaluation of texture images and preferences for cotton and cotton/mulberry blended fabrics in order to suggest the fabric planning for environment-friendly fashion products. Fifty male and female university students evaluated the texture images and preferences of cotton and cotton/mulberry blended fabrics dyed with natural indigo dye. For statistical analysis, frequency, mean, factor analysis, t-test, F-test and Pearson correlation. The results were as follows: The texture images of cotton and cotton/mulberry blended fabrics were classified into 4 factors: 'stiffness', 'elasticity', 'weight', and 'smoothness'. They evaluated significant differences according to the fiber content in the texture images for the fabrics. Also, there were partially significant differences by the gender in the texture images for the fabrics. Female students were more sensitive than males for the 'stiffness' and 'elasticity' factor. They were more preferred cotton fabrics than cotton/mulberry blended fabrics in terms of tactile and purchase preferences. The preferences of tactile were no different according to the gender, but there was significant difference according to the gender in terms of purchase preference.
