본 연구는 상급초보 간호사의 재직의도에 영향하는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집기간은 2017. 5. 01~6. 30까지이며, D시와 C지역 및 K지역에 소재한 종합병원에 근무하고 있는 병원 경력 2~3년차인 상급초보 간호사 150명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자기기입 하도록 설문조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS/WIN 20.0을 이용하여 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관관계와 다중회귀분석을 구하여 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 자아탄력성은 3.34점(±0.53), 소명의식은 2.28점(±0.44), 팀워크역량은 3.88점(±0.58), 간호조직문화는 3.36점(±0.42)으로 중위수보다 높았으며, 재직의도는 5.27점(±1.38)으로 중위수보다 높았다. 재직의도와 자아탄력성(r=.211, p<.05), 소명의식(r=.338, p<.001), 팀워크역량(r=.284, p<.001), 간호조직문화(r=.215, p<.01)는 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 회귀분석 결과, 소명의식이 재직의도에 대해 11.4%(β=.284, p<.001)의 설명력이 있었으며, 다음으로 팀워크역량이 4.2%(β=.212, p<.001)로서 이 변수들은 재직의도를 총 15.6% 설명하였다. 결론적으로 상급초보 간호사의 재직의도를 향상시키기 위해서는 소명의식과 팀워크역량 강화가 필요함을 파악하였으며, 특히 소명의식 중 ‘친사회적지향’과 팀워크역량 중 ‘상호협력’을 강화할 다양한 프로그램 개발 및 실행전략이 요구되어진다. The purpose of this study was to identify advanced beginner-stage nurse"s intention of retention. Data were collected from May 1 to June 30 of 2017 using a structured questionnaire. Participants consisted of 150 nurses with 13 to 36 month clinical careers at a hospital located in D, C and K city, Korea. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe"s test, Pearson"s correlation coefficients and multiple regression, using IBM SPSS WIN 20.0. The average score was 3.34 (±0.53) for ego resilience, 2.28 (±0.44) for sense of calling, 3.88 (±0.58) for teamwork, 3.36 (±0.42) for organizational culture, and 5.27 (±1.38) for retention intention. Retention intention was positively correlated with ego resilience (r=0.211, p<0.05), sense of calling (r=0.338, p<0.001), teamwork (r=0.284, p<0.001) and organizational culture (r=0.215, p<0.01). Regression analysis revealed that sense of calling and teamwork explained 11.4% (β=0.284, p<0.001) and 4.2% (β=0.212 p<0.001) of the retention intention of advanced beginner-stage nurses, respectively, and these variables together explained 15.6% of the retention intention of advanced beginner-stage nurses. The results of this study will improve retention intention of advanced beginner-stage nurses and facilitate development a management program and execution strategy that helps improve sense of calling and teamwork, especially that of friendly social orientation and mutual cooperation.
COVID-19에 대한 중소병원 간호사의 인간중심돌봄실천에 영향을 미치는 요인 : 간호사가 지각하는 감염관리 피로도, 조직문화인식, 자원의 지원과 인간중심돌봄실천과의 관계

본 연구의 목적은 COVID-19발생 상황에서 감염관리 조직문화인식, 감염관리에 대한 피로도와 자원의 지원 및 인간중심돌봄실천에 관한 상관관계를 알기 위함이다. SPSS WIN 23.0 program을 이용하여 자료분석을 실시하였고, 변수간의 상관관계는 Pearson’s correlation coefficients, 대상자의 인간중심돌봄실천에 미치는 영향은 회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는중소병원 간호사의 인간중심돌봄실천에 미치는 영향요인은 자원의 지원과 감염관리 피로도였으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 28.7%로 인간중심돌봄실천을 위해서는 조직과 간호사 개인의 협력이 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다. 추후, 돌봄 장소 및 상황과 관계없이 인간중심돌봄 역량강화를 위해서는 시뮬레이션 교육 방안도 모색할 필요가 있을 것으로 생각된다. This study examined the correlation between the recognition of infection control organizational culture, fatigue of infection control, support of resources, and human-centered care practice under the COVID-19 outbreak situation. All statistical analyses were conducted using the SPSS WIN 23.0 program. Pearson’s correlation analysis was used to calculate the correlation coefficients between variables. Factors influencing the human-centered care practice were evaluated using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the support of resources and the fatigue of infection control affected the human-centered care practice of nurses working in small and medium-sized hospitals. They explained 28.7% of the variance, and the results suggested that cooperation between the organization and nurses was needed for human-centered care practice. Moreover, an opportunity for simulation training will be needed to enhance the competence of human-centered care regardless of the caregiving place and situation.

Purpose : This study was conducted to develop an program outcome evaluation system for the Utilizing Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and the Latest Health-Care Technology, required for nursing education accreditation. With respect to the accreditation criterion on program outcomes, it is necessary to understand the relationship between nursing education objectives, curriculum, and assessment. Methods : A methodological research design was adopted. To ensure the theoretical validity of the program outcome evaluation system, it was verified against the learning objectives of nursing education programs and a domestic literature review in Korea. The program outcome evaluation system for the Utilizing Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and the Latest Health-Care Technology Program outcome evaluation system, based on the Kim & Park’s developmental model (2008), was then developed. Results : The program outcome evaluation system was established, including implementation level, educational curriculum, performance level, evaluation method, rubrics, and closing-the-loop processes. Conclusion : The finalized program outcome evaluation system can be actively used in nursing education and contribute to enhancing the competency of nursing students and graduates in utilizing ICT and health-care technology.

Purpose : This study is an exploratory research to find ways to operate regional-based simulation training centers by establishing a consortium for universities and related institutions to improve simulation training education. Methods : The subjects of this study were 86 universities which were registered as members to the council of deans of nursing department, colleges in Korea. The respondents of the questionnaire were the deans of nursing departments and professors of adult nursing, and the collected questionnaires were 60 copies in total, all of which were used for data analysis. The collected data was analyzed by frequency and percentage using SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. The subjective questions were analyzed using the content analysis method, and the derived contents were done by frequency and percentage. Results : As a result of this study, nursing career training centers under Korean Nursing Association are most appropriate as consortium establishment agencies of the regional-based simulation training centers, and it was confirmed that the roles of the simulation training centers such as developing scenarios, nurturing specialists, and providing facilities and equipment were necessary. Conclusion : If the regional-based simulation training centers are established and operated in the nursing career training centers under Korean Nursing Association, it is considered that the problems of the current clinical training will be overcome by providing standardized high-quality simulation education as well as the educational resources will be equitably distributed to many universities.
