        간호대학생의 단기 해외어학연수를 통한 자기인식 경험

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of self-awareness of nursing students through a short-term overseas language study. Methods: Study subjects were 10 nursing students, and collected data were analyzed with open coding, axial coding, selective coding, and process analysis based on Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory (1998). Results: In total, 23 sub-categories and 12 categories were generated. The 12 categories included "Longing for a bigger world", "Don't want to be intimidated", "Interest in English", "Tension about local classes", "Feeling of pushing the limit", "Getting along with natives", “Making Korean American University students a role model", "Self-observe confronting unfamiliarity", "Self-encourage about enduring hardships", "Self-expansion for a better self", "Recognize self-transformation", "Focusing on the reality". Nursing students' self-awareness experience through a short-term overseas language study was a process of solving the phenomenon of 'feeling of pushing the limit', and a derived core category was 'surpass the feeling of pushing the limit and take a step forward'. Conclusion: Study participants experienced self-awareness. These results will not only expand our understanding about self-awareness of nursing students and educators but will also provide information for developing a short-term overseas study program.

        한국 학대피해 아동의 중재 프로그램에 대한 체계적 고찰 및 메타분석: 우울, 불안, 자아존중감, 문제행동, 사회성을 중심으로

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of intervention studies for child abuse victims in Korea focused on depression, anxiety, self-esteem, problem behavior, and sociability. Methods: Published articles on intervention programs for abused children were investigated using the systematic review method. A total of 24 studies up to August 2021 were included in the final analysis using the Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) 2.2 program. Results: The differences in effects depending upon the year of publication, total sessions, group size, and time per session were statistically meaningful. The effect size of art therapy was found to be larger than that of traditional group therapy. The effect size of the overall interventions was 1.75, which was a high level in terms of Cohen’s criteria. Intervention programs showed significantly large effect sizes in sociability, problem behavior, and self-esteem. The effect of programs on anxiety and depression was not statistically meaningful. Conclusion: The results of this study are meaningful because they can be used as basic data for the development of intervention programs for abused children. Intervention programs for child abuse victims should continue to be developed and applied.

        대학생의 스마트폰 중독 및 셀프리더십이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 대학생의 스마트폰 중독, 셀프리더십과 대학생활적응의 수준을 파악하고 스마트폰 중독, 셀프리더십이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. C도와 K도 소재의 대학생 123명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램으로 χ<sup>2</sup>, ANOVA, t-test, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시했다. 연구결과 변수의 평균은 스마트폰 중독 2.47점 셀프리더십 3.66점, 대학생활적응 3.36점이었다. 대학생활적응은 스마트폰 중독(r=-.23, p=.005)과 부적 상관관계를 셀프리더십(r=-.15, p=.031)과는 양적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 대학생활 적응에 미치는 요인으로 셀프리더십(β=.36)은 정적영향으로 나타났지만 스마트폰 중독(β=.03)은 유의하지 않았고 설명력은 51%이었다. 이는 대학생의 대학생활적응을 위한 셀프리더십 강화 및 스마트폰 중독 예방교육에 대한 필요성을 시사하고 대학생활적응을 위한 실천적 함의를 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다고 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to identify the levels of cell phone addiction, self-leadership and college adaptation in college students, and further to investigate the influences of students’ levels of cell phone addiction and self-leadership on their college adaptation. Data were collected from 123 students in colleges located in C and K provinces. In order to analyze the data, x<sup>2</sup>, ANOVA, t-test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression were performed by using SPSS. As results, level of their cell phone addiction was 2.4, that of self-leadership and college adaptation was 3.66 and 3.36, respectively. College adaptation showed a negative correlation with cell phone addiction (r=-.23, p=.005) and showed a positive correlation with self-leadership (r=-.15, p=.031). The result of multiple regression showed that self-leadership was a significant predictor of college adaptation, whereas cell phone addiction was not, which explained 51% of total variance. Evidence-based interventions seem to be definitely needed for college students to help their college adaptation by enhancing the self-leadership and preventing the cell phone addiction. Also, further study will be needed to examine other predictors of college adaptation in students.
