항공사 선택속성의 상대적 중요도에 관한 연구 -항공사 유형별 차이를 중심으로-

본 연구는 항공사를 선택할 때에 중요시하는 선택속성이 무엇인지를 파악하는데 궁극적인 목적이 있다. 승객들이 대형항공사 및 저비용항공사를 선택할 때에 중요시하는 속성이 무엇인지를 파악하기 위하여, 34명의 국내 항공전문가들을 대상으로 델파이 설문을 실시하였다. 분석결과 대형항공사와 저비용항공사를 선택할 때에 중요시하는 속성에는 차이가 있었다. 대형항공사의 경우 운항 안전성, 편리한 운항 스케줄, 좌석 편의성, 상용고객 우대제도/마일리지가, 저비용항공사의 경우 항공요금수준, 운항 안전성, 항공요금지불방식의 편리성/정확성/신속성, 추가수수료가 중요한 선택 속성으로 나타났다. 또한 각 파트별로도 항공사 유형별 선택속성의 중요도에는 차이가 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 항공사가 더 많은 승객을 유치하기 위한 마케팅 전략 수립에의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The objective of this study is to contribute to the basic understanding of the important attributes affecting the airline selection process. The Delphi technique was employed using the questionnaires sent to 34 aviation experts in Korea with the purpose of identifying the critical attributes affecting the consumers` selection of airlines, both full service carriers and low cost carriers. The analysis shows that there is a significant difference in the airline selection attributes between full service carriers and low cost carriers. It is identified that safety considerations, schedule convenience, comfortable seat, frequent flyer/mileage program are regarded as the most important attributes for full service carriers while airfare, safety considerations, convenient/reliable/immediate payment methods, additional/extra charges are regarded as most important for low cost carriers. It is also found that there is a significant difference in the importance of the attributes by the airline functions such as reservation, ticket purchase, check-in, etc. This study is to be used as the basic data for marketing strategy for attracting the potential airline passengers.

The number of foreign cabin crews consist of 7% of total crews in K-airline, of which Chinese crews are of 38%. The number of foreign crews are 433 from 10 countries as of the end of July 2012. The airline has continued to hire foreign cabin crews to increase efficiency of human resourcing qualified flight attendants. Thie paper tried to do empirical research through SEM(Structural Equation Model) to overview confirmatory factors and course effects integrally. Cultural stress, aggressive coping, social support and job adaption have been chosen to be a factors. Especially, the SEM was set to show indirect effects of cultural stress and aggressive coping through social support to the dependant variable, job adaptation. According to the analysis result, cultural stress has a direct negative effect on job adaptation. Aggressive coping has also a direct positive effect on job adaptation. It has also proven cultural stress and aggressive coping has a indirect effect to job adaptation through social support. This paper is expect to contribute to develop such training and administrative programs as enhancing foreign crews`` job adaptability and managing them effectively.

We have developed a single integrated wavelengh selection type - 8channel light source module. This module oscillates in 8 wavelengh at 200GHz(1.6nm) ITU channel intervals within the c-band (1530~1560nm), and can transmit at 1.25Gbps level.
