코어 운동 프로그램이 건강 관련 체력에 미치는 효과에 대한 메타분석

The objective of this study was to estimate the magnitude of the core exercise programs' effectiveness. To achieve this objective, this study identified the goals of the health and fitness-related core exercises proposed by previous studies as dependent variables and evaluated the effects of these programs on the goals by applying a meta-analysis methodology. This study measured and analyzed using the R program to evaluate the effectiveness of exercise programs. The results of the study are as follows. The core exercise programs significantly affected health-related physical fitness. It was found that the core exercise programs were effective. The effects varied according to the characteristics of the study subject. Particularly, it was found that the effectiveness of the core exercise program was determined by the characteristics and attributes of the study subject. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the provided core exercise program was decided by the attribute, range, and shape of the subject who was the target of the exercise program for enhancing health-related core strength.

한국 프로농구 외국인 선수들의 팀내 기여도 및 효율성 평가

The purpose of this study were to apply to variety method of analysis and compare these on efficiency and contribution of Korean basketball Foreign player. For this purpose we suggested some APBR metrics formulas on evaluating on efficiency of Korean basketball Foreign player. Data were records of KBL foreign basketball player performed for 2015-2016 season and collected from KBL homepage. To evaluate efficiency and contribution of foreign players, we applied APBR metrics formula to their records, then compared each index calculated by these formulas. In consequence, variety each evaluation index of Korean Foreign basketball players had similarity, however, some evaluation index appeared to related specific performance. Therefore, some evaluation index could be limited whole performance of each Korean Foreign basketball player by stressing specific performance.

한국 프로농구 선수들의 효율성과 팀 승률 변화에 미치는 영향 및 선수교체 전략에서의 활용 방안

This study set out to collect and analyze data on the games of middle school players at 2017 Nationwide Championships and 2017 Korea Junior Taekwondo Federation Championships for the Presidential title, compare and analyze effective blows in Taekwondo games between middle school players by the weight divisions and also the successful scoring rate of effective blows, and provide players and their coaches in the field with basic data to develop techniques and improve performance. Collected data were encoded with the Excel program according to the goals. The encoded data were put to the chi-square test to test the success and failure percentage of kicks in terms of homogeneity according to the gender and weight division. All the data were analyzed with the IBM SPSS 23.0 program. The findings were as follows: first, the study examined differences in the distribution of attack success and failure according to the weight divisions among the male middle school players and found significant differences in the head(p<.05) and the body(p<.001). The study also examined differences in the distribution of attack success and failure according to the weight divisions among the female middle school players and found no significant differences in the head and significant differences in the body(p<.05).

스포츠 활동 선택동기가 참여만족도에 미치는 영향 : 유소년 농구클럽을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the selective decision-making factor for participation in sports club activities of youth students affects satisfaction with parents of students participating in youth sports club activities in Gyeonggi-do area. In order to achieve the purpose of t his study, 523 sports clubs in 10 sports clubs were selected using the wireless intensive sampling method for sports clubs located in the Gyeonggi area. For data processing, the following results were derived using frequency analysis, validity and reliability, factor analysis for verification correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the R.x64 4.0.5 program. First, as a result of analyzing the effect of parents" motivation for choosing a basketball sports club on participation satisfaction, the correlation between the parent"s selection motivation factor and the participation satisfaction factor was all in relation to the other factors except the correlation between external motivation and facility/environment. There was a statistically significant correlation, and most of them showed moderate or higher correlation. Second, as a result of analyzing parents" selection motivation and participation satisfaction, it was found that the internal motivation and external motivation, which are the factors of the selection motivation, had a statistically significant effect among programs, leaders, facilities/environments, and cost factors, which are the factors of participation satisfaction. The conclusion of the above results showed that the satisfaction level of the parents" motivation for choosing a basketball sports club had a significant effect.

신체활동 교양 수업을 경험한 대학생의 신체적 자기개념이 신체활동 교양 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study were to find to influence on physical self-conception to the degree of satisfaction of the student"s who took a class of physical activities. For this study, We were aimed at the subjects who were university students experienced physical activity class K university located in Gyeongbuk. A total of 500 students were selected. And 500 copies of the questionnaires distributed to them, excepted for 65 copies of the questionnaires that were irrelevant to the subject, inadequately responded, and missing some of the material, Only 435 copies of the questionnaires were used for the actual analysis, We performed internal consistency reliability and exploratory factor analysis for verifying reliability and validity of the questionnaires and then, frequency and multiple regression analysis for confirming to influence on physical self-conception to the degree of satisfaction. All data were analyzed by SPSS ver22, and the significant level was set to α= .05. Results as follow: First, physical activity and fitness, fat%, shape, health influenced on psycho-social satisfaction of sub factor of the degree of satisfactions. Second, physical activity and fitness, fat%, flex, health influenced on physical satisfaction of sub factor of the degree of satisfactions.

로지스틱/마르코프 체인 모델을 이용한 한국프로농구 순위 예측

The purpose of this study were to find out meaning, suitable, difference among models that applied some method of paired comparison analysis for estimating abilities of each of KBL teams. For this purpose, scoring records and match days in 2015~2016 season were collected from KBL Web-site. And it were analyzed by Bradley-Terry model, general linear model using difference of scoring between two teams and Dynamic Bradley-Terry model. Analyzed results were compared with real order of each team in 2015~2016 season. All data were analyzed by r-program x64(3.3.0). Conclusively, Paired comparison analysis can estimate consistent abilities regardless of opposite teams. In addition, general linear model using difference of scoring between two teams can use to consider to effectiveness of scoring and Dynamic Bradley-Terry model can apply on figure out the main factor about changing abilities.

짝비교 분석 방법에 의한 한국프로농구 팀의 경기력 분석

이변량 포아송 모형을 이용한 한국 프로농구 팀의 능력 모수 추정

The purpose of this study were to test suitability of bivariate Poisson model for analyzing of record of Korean basketball league and estimate offensive abilities and defensive abilities of each team. For this purpose, we were collected record of Korean basketball league for 2013-2014, 2014-2015 season from KBL Web-page. And we adapted collected data to bivariate Poisson model. The results were follow as: 1. Distribution of 2scoring suited to adapt bivariate Poisson model. But distribution of 3scoring was not suitability. 2. The team possessing the best 2scoring offensive ability was MOVIS and The team possessing the best 2scoring defensive ability was DONGBU. Also, 2scoring offensive ability was relation with winning rate f or 2 season. 3. The team possessing the best 3scoring offensive ability was KCC and The team possessing the best defensive ability was MOVIS. But, 3scoring offensive ability was inverse relation with winning rate for 2season. Conclusively, bivariate Poisson model suited to 2scoring. And 2scoring offensive ability and was relation with winning rate for 2season but, 3scoring was inverse relation with winning rate for 2season.
