대학생의 협동학습역량이 인성에 미치는 영향: 창의성의 매개효과

본 연구는 대학생의 협동학습역량이 인성에 미치는 영향과 이들의 관계에서 창의성의 인지적인 측면인 창의적 능력과 정의적인 측면인 창의적 성향의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산에 소재하는 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 123명의 대학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS PROCESS Macro의 Model 6을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석한 연구결과는 첫째, 협동학습역량과 창의적 능력, 창의적 성향, 인성은 유의한 정적 상관이 확인되었다. 둘째, 협동학습역량은 인성에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 협동학습역량과 인성의 관계에서 창의적 능력의 매개효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 협동학습역량과 인성의 관계에서 창의적 성향의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 협동학습역량과 인성의 관계에서 창의적 능력과 창의적 성향의 순차적 매개효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 대학생의 인성을 함양하는데 있어서 중요하게 보고된 창의성 변인을 인지적 능력인 창의적 능력과 정의적 특성인 창의적 성향으로 세분화하여 인성이 함양되는 순차적인 매개 경로를 확인하였다는 데에 의의가 있다. 본 연구 결과를 기반으로 논의와 시사점, 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. This study intended to identify the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality, and to evaluate how creativity mediate this relationship. Participants were 123 university students in Busan, the collected data was analyzed using Model 6 of SPSS PROCESS Macro. The results indicated as follows. First, cooperative learning competency, creative ability, creative disposition, and personality all showed a significant positive correlation. Second, it was found that cooperative learning competency had a significant effect on personality. Third, the mediating effect of creative ability wasn’t found to be significant in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality. Fourth, the mediating effect of creative disposition was found to be significant in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality. Fifth, in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality, the sequential mediating effect of creative ability and creative disposition was confirmed.

외국인 유학생의 문화적응 스트레스가 사회정서적 적응에 미치는 영향: 대학생활 인간관계의 매개효과 및 체류기간의 조절효과

본 연구는 외국인 유학생의 문화적응 스트레스가 대학생활의 사회정서적 적응에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 대학생활 인간관계의 매개효과를 확인하고, 대학생활 인간관계와 사회정서적 적응의 관계에서 체류기간의 조절효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 P시에 소재한 대학에 재학 중인 외국인 유학생 184명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료 분석은 Baron과 Kenny의 인과관계 분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문화적응 스트레스, 사회정서적 적응, 대학생활 인간관계, 체류기간은 유의한 관련성이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 문화적응 스트레스와 대학생활의 사회정서적 적응의 관계에서 대학생활 인간관계의 매개효과가 입증되었다. 셋째, 대학생활 인간관계가 사회정서적 적응에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 체류기간의 조절 효과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의와 한계점, 그리고 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of international student’s cultural adjustment stress on university life social emotional adaption in Korea, with a focus on mediating effect of university life human relations and moderating effect of stay-duration. 184 international students participated in the study. As the result, firstly there were significant correlation among cultural adjustment stress, social emotional adaption, university life human relations, and stay-duration. Secondly, university life human relations mediated the relationship between cultural adjustment stress and social emotional adaption. Thirdly, the moderation effect of stay-duration in relation to university life human relations and social emotional adaption was verified. Implications and limitations of the study, and suggestions for further study were discussed.

네트워크 분석을 통한 대학생 인성 관련 연구의 동향 분석

본 연구는 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 대학생 인성 관련 연구의 동향을 파악하고 향후 연구 방향의 시사점을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 국내 학술지에 게재된 대학생 인성 관련 논문 194편을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생 인성 관련 연구는 2004년부터 발표되기 시작하여 2012년에 소폭 상승하였고, 2015년부터 상승곡선을 이어가다 2017년에 정점을 찍은 후, 하향추세인 것으로 확인된다. 둘째, 연결 중심성과 매개 중심성 분석에서 공통적으로 가장 높은 중심성을 가진 핵심 키워드는 ‘사회’와 ‘함양’이었다. 셋째, 1기(2004년-2010년)에는 개인적 차원과 인성의 인지적인 측면의 키워드, 2기(2011년-2015년)에는 사회적인 차원과 인성의 정서적인 측면의 키워드, 3기(2016년-2020년)에는 사회적인 차원과 인성의 인지·정서·행동적인 측면의 키워드가 핵심적이었다. 넷째, 토픽모델링 분석결과, 능력, 생활, 대인, 만족, 적응의 키워드로 이루어진 토픽 2와 역량, 도덕, 시민, 사회, 실천으로 이루어진 토픽 1이 가장 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 다섯째, 1기에는 토픽 4 단독, 2기에는 토픽 1과 토픽 2의 순으로, 3기에는 토픽 2와 토픽 1의 순으로 높은 비중을 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학생 인성 관련 연구에 유용한 근거자료가 될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to use network analysis to identify trends in university personality-related studies and provide implications for future research directions. For the purpose of this study, 194 papers related to personality of university students published in Korean scholarly journals. First, research began to be published in 2004, slightly increased in 2012, continued an upward curve from 2015, peaked in 2017, and is confirmed to be a downward trend. Second, the main keywords with the centrality analysis were society and cultivation. Third, keywords on the cognitive side and individual dimension of personality in the first period (2004 - 2010), social dimension and emotional side of personality in the second period (2011-2015), and social level and cognitive, emotional, and behavioral aspects of personality in the third period (2016-2020). Fourth, Topic 2 consisted of keywords of ability, life, interpersonal, satisfaction, and adaptation, and Topic 1 consisted of competence, morality, citizens, society, and practice. Fifth, Topic 4 alone in the first period, in the order of Topic 1 and Topic 2 in the second period, and in the order of Topic 2 and Topic 1 in the third period.
