건축물의 기초를 구조체접지 및 대용접지극으로 활용하기 위한 기초실험으로 모형블록의 저항률 특성에 관해 검토하였다. 콘크리트와 몰탈의 모형블록을 제작 후 상온과 함수 상태에서 저항률을 측정하였으며, 저항률을 저감시키기 위해 접지저항 저감제를 혼합한 블록을 제작 하여 비교 하였다. 블록의 저항 값은 블록 저항률에 의해 가장 많은 영향을 받으며, 블록 저항률이 동일하거나 유사한 값일 때 대지저항률 값의 차이만큼 접지저항 값의 차이가 발생하였다. This study analyzed the resistivity characteristic of model block to make the good use of structure grounding and substitution grounding electrode base of building. After making the model block of mortar and concrete block, it measured resistivity in hydrous condition and dry condition and compared with the blocks that is mixed earth resistance lowering agent to decrease resistivity. The resistance value of block accepted much influence by block resistivity. When the block resistivity was same or similar value, the value of soil resistivity has occurred as different as the value of grounding resistance.

본 논문에서는 철관이 들어있는 건축물의 기초를 대용접지극으로 활용하기 위해 콘크리트의 전기적 특성에 관해서 기초적 검토를 하였다. 철근이 들어있는 몰탈블록 모형과 콘크리트블록 모형을 제작 후 접지저항 측정 결과에 따르면, 철근의 수량에 의한 접지 저항값과 대지저항률 보다 블록의 저항율에 의한 접지 저항값이 크게 영향을 받는 것을 알 수 있었다. The electrical characteristics of concrete block including a reinforcing rod in the foundation of the housing was fundamentally reviewed. It was tried to apply the substitutional earthing electrode in the foundation of the building. In order to identify the difference in the earthing resistance between mortar block and concrete block model, those models including a reinforcing rod in their inside were prepared and investigated for the earthing resistance. In results, the earthing resistance was largely affected by the block's resistivity compared to the change of resistance in reinforcing rods and the ground resistivity.

This paper was carried out to survey fire hazard and improvement at the drain pump in air-conditioners. Based on the results of analysis, the proposal of electrical accidents prevention and a construction improvement are as follows. A power connection of the drain pump has two types, an electrical outlet type and direct connection type at control board of air-conditioner. The electrical outlet types need a bulletin sign or education as malfunction of the drain pump include an additional accidents, current leakage and overflowing with water on the floor from breaker trip by exterior cause and breaker off by mistake of worker. On the other hand, the direct connection types prevent a power interruption as exterior cause, but it has some trouble, cut of ground cable and without protection device. Usually it doesn’t work by electrician when air-conditioner and the drain pump power work. Therefore an education or countermeasures are recommended for not electrician. Generally malfunction of the drain pump causes accumulated materials into the tank. Even though the accumulated materials lead to an overheating and burning as failure of detector occur an idling, periodic inspection of the air-conditioner filter and the drain pump tank prevent the trouble.

Occurred in 2017, estimated ventilating fans fire is analyzed for fire prevention, training and count measure. In the results, fire place of estimated ventilating fans showed to most restaurant, multiplex available premises and company. Restaurant fire was carelessness fire of charcoal and sparks in cooking, and estimated like an electric leakage, overheat. No one was killed, and physical harm were 5 about 100∼500 million won in estimation of fire station, also factor of mainly ignition was counted: overheat 9, short circuit 4, sparks 2, current leakage 1 in ventilating fans fire. The surface temperature change of the motor according to the installation direction of the ventilator was based on 40° C in new product, and the horizontal installation condition showed a temperature increase rate about 45% faster than the vertical installation. As for the used products, the horizontal installation condition showed a temperature increase rate about 30% faster than the vertical installation condition like the new product. Especially, during horizontal operation, the load was increased by motor, wing, etc., and the operation was started at about RPM of 85% of the rated speed for about 3 minutes. It is considered that the operation method of the ventilating fans switch and the MAP management are measures to prevent the fire hazard.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of fishmeal replacement with acid-concentrated soybean meal (ACSBM) on growth performance, blood biochemistry, and ingredient digestibility in juvenile olive flounder Para lichthys olivaceus . Six experimental diets were formulated to replace fishmeal protein with ACSBM at 0%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, and 60% (designated ACSBM0, ACSBM20, ACSBM30, ACSBM40, ACSBM50, and ACSBM60, respectively). Triplicate groups of fish (initial fish mean weight: 14.3±0.03 g) were fed the experimental diets to apparent satiation (twice daily at 08:00 and 18:00 h). After a 12-week feeding trial, a total of 180 healthy fish were randomly distributed into three Guelph system tanks at a density of 60 fish/tank (initial fish mean weight : 50.6±2.4 g) to test the apparent digestibility coefficients of the ingredients (ACSBM, fishmeal, and soybean meal). Although negative effects were observed with ACSBM40, ACSBM50 and ACSBM60 after 12 weeks of feeding, up to 20% of the fishmeal protein could be successfully replaced with ACSBM without significant growth depression. Hemoglobin and hematocrit values of fish fed the ACSBM50 and ACSBM60 diets were significantly lower than those of fish fed the ACSBM0 diet. Glucose values of fish fed the ACSBM60 diet were significantly higher than those of fish fed the ACSBM0 and ACSBM20 diets. Digestibility of protein in ACSBM and soybean meal was 85.9% and 82.5%, respectively. Results indicated that at least 20% of fishmeal protein can be replaced by ACSBM in diets of juvenile olive flounder without supplementation of limiting amino acids.

In this paper, safety certification products and safety condition of small transformer is analyzed in industries field and educational facilities. In transformer of 50places, absolute majority is step down transformer to measure of instrument. Most transformers were below 5kVA and 1~3kVA capacity was the mainstream. In industries field, 5 transformers were found without safety certification according to the Electrical Appliances Safety Control Act as cheap product prefer and lack of safety consciousness. Mark & number, voltage, date of manufacture of safety certification must show item of certification. However date of manufacture showed in product of 18%, 9places. As result of thermal imaging camera, running temperature of transformer was showed in below of target temperature. However as a narrow space of transformer and wall, power cable was touched on a ventilating flue in transformer. It was simple carelessness case that surface fouling and temperature ageing of transformer accelerate. Power poor connection, neglect of transformer in production equipment, fall damage by setup incongruity and ground omission were found in case of illogicality item of transformer.
