Antimicrobial and Bactericidal activities effect of green tea extracts was investigated. Minimal Inhibitory Concentration(MIC) of green tea extracts against 14 well known strains of diarrheal disease bacteria was determined at 35 C. Antibacterial activity was observed in green tea extracts against diarrheal disease bacteria such as Shigella dysenteriae TV 11, Plesionomnas shigelloides N 60 and Bacillus cereus JCM 2152. The MIC of EGC, ECg, EGCg in polyphenolic compounds against Shig. dysenteriae TV 11 were 67㎍/0.1㎖, 15㎍/0.1㎖, 34㎍/0.1㎖, respectively. The MIC of the polyphenolic compounds analogue against diarrheal disease bacteria such as Shig. dysenteriae TV 11, Plesionomonas shigelloides N 60 and Bacillus cereus JCM 2152 were strongly Pyrogallol>Tannic acid>Gallic acid, respectively. Green tea extracts had strong growth inhibition activity against several diarrheal disease bacteria.

Behcet`s Disease (BD) is a chronic inflammatory disorder characterized by vasculitis of unknown cause, involving multiple organs. In the past years, renal involvement has not been regarded as a feature of BD. However, renal lesions in BD, although uncommon, have increasingly been recognized in recent years. Five categories of renal lesions associated with BD have been identified, including glomerulonephritis, amyloidosis, renal vascular involvement, interstitial nephritis, and other problems, such as complications of drug therapy or abnormalities of the genitourinary tract. On the other hand, regional differences in the disease expression of BD are well appreciated. Renal lesions accompanied by BD have rarely been reported in Korea, although it have been described occasionally in the Middle Eastern countries. Hereby, we described a 46-year-old female patient who had BD with persistent hematuria and proteinuria, whose renal biopsy specimens were consistent with thin glomerular basement membrane disease. Interestingly, some portions of her glomerular capillary walls were filled with fuchsinophilic fibrin-like materials.
Czochralski법을 이용한 금속 단결정의 성장과 구조적, 전기적 성질에 관한 연구

It is well known that the general metals have a lot of grain boundaries. The grain boundaries play a negative role to increase the resistivity and to decrease the conductivity. The small resistivity and the large conductivity have been a goal of the material scientists, and no signal noise, perfect signal transfer, and the realization of the real sound are the dream of electronic engineers and audio manias. Generally, oxygen free copper (OFC) and Ohno continuous casting (OCC) copper cables have been used for the purpose of the precise signal transfer and low noise. However they still include a lot of grain boundaries. In our study, we have grown the single crystal by the Czochralski method and succeeded to produce single crystal wires from the crystal in the dimension of $0.5{\times}0.5{\times}2500mm$. The produced wire still possesses very good single crystal properties. We observed the structure of the wire, and measured the resistance and impedance. Glow Discharge Spectrometer (GDS) was used for analyzing the compositions of copper single crystals and commercial copper. Current-Voltage curve, resistance, total harmonic distortion and speaker frequency response were measured for comparing electrical and acoustic properties of two samples.
수소모빌리티 인프라 확대를 위한 수소충전소 사전컨설팅 제도 효과 분석

정부는 2019년 1월 세계 최고 수준의 수소경제 선도국가로 도약하기 위해 「수소경제 활성화 로드맵」을 발표했으며, 우리나라가 강점이 있는 수소자동차와 연료전지를 양대 축으로 수소경제를 선도할 수 있는 산업 생태계 구축 전략을 세웠다. 그 일환으로 2022년 310개소, 2040년 1,200개소의 수소충전소 보급목표를 수립하였다. 이에 발맞춰 2021년 2월 한국가스안전공사는 속도감 있는 수소충전소 구축을 위해 시공단계에서 안전기준에 따른 다양한 현장 문제 발생으로 인한 시공지연을 사전해소하기 위한 수소충전소 사전컨설팅 제도를 운영하게 된다. 본 논문은 사전컨설팅 제도에 대해 알아보고 그 효과를 분석하고자 한다. In January 2019, the Korean government announced the 「Hydrogen Economy Activation Roadmap」 to be a world-class leading country in Hydrogen economy. Korea has established a strategy that can lead the hydrogen economy with its strong points of ‘hydrogen car’ and ‘fuel cell’. As a part of that, a target of supplying hydrogen vehicle charging stations to 310 by 2022 and 1,200 by 2040 was established. In line with this, Korea Gas Safety Corporation will operate a pre-consulting system of hydrogen vehicle charging station in February 2021 to solve in advance construction delays due to various on-site problems according to safety standards during the construction stage to build a hydrogen refueling station with a sense of speed. This paper is to find out about the pre-consulting system and to analyze its effects.
