        급성기후환경 변화의 운동시 신체활동량 및 맥파전도 속도의 관련성

        This study is purposed for prior prevention on the negative accident due to the abrupt physical activity in winter and summer time by performing the exercise in the cold and hot environment which are manipulated artificially and verifying the relation of physical activity using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) via looking into the changes in the blood vessel with PWV (Pulse Wave Velocity). The experimentees were divided for high strength action group and low strength action group. The conclusion of the study is as follows. Firstly, the low and high temperature showed the higher value than room temperature in case of maximum oxygen intake quantity and inhaling air quantity as a cardiorespiratory circulation function. Secondly, the high strength activity group showed low blood flowing rate than low strength activity group in pulse wave transmitting speed and low temperature showed higher blood flow rate than high temperature. Thirdly, the physical composition showed correlation in the fat variable factor and significant correlation was shown in cardiovascular function after exercise. Consequently, the result of this study shows that the person in consistent physical activity made positive influence on the prevention of risky factor in cardiovascular disease than the person in low strength physical activity.

        지적장애 아동의 슬링운동이 체력과 기능적 운동수행 능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 12개월간의 슬링운동 프로그램을 적용하여 지적장애아동의 고유수용성 기능의 평가와 체력의 상관성을 확인하고, 슬링운동이 기존의 보존적 중재 이외에, 안전하고 효과적으로 중재할 수 있는 대안으로서 그 가능성을 확인하고자 한다. 본 연구기간은 2010년 5월부터 2011년 4월(약 12개월)까지 연구가 이루어졌으며, 22명(실험군: 11명, 대조군: 11명)의 지적장애 아동들을 대상으로 운동치료 센터에서 슬링운동 프로그램을 주 3회1시간 운동을 수행하였다. 측정시기로는 실험 전, 4개월, 8개월, 12개월로 총 4회에 걸쳐 측정을 실시하였으며 통계적 분석은 그룹간 시기별 검증을 위해 two-way ANOVA repeated measure를 실시하고 차이가 있을 경우 사후검증을 실시하였으며, 고유수용성 기능과 체력의 상관성을 알아보기 위하여 Pearson`s 상관분석을 하였다. 또한 모든 유의수준은 p=.05로 하였다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째 고유수용성 기능 평가에서 Hopping test와 Side hope test에서 상호작용 효과를 나타내었으며, 사후검증 결과 두 변인 모두 슬링적용8개월과 12개월에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p=.05). 둘째 체력 검사에서 유연성, 근력(왼쪽), 근지구력, 순발력에서 상호작용 효과를 나타내었으며, 사후 검증 결과 유연성과 근지구력은 슬링적용 12개월에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었고, 근력과 순발력에서는 8개월과 12개월에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p=.05). 셋째 고유수용성기능과 체력의 상관성을 살펴본 결과 유연성, 근력, 근지구력, 순발력에서 높은 상관성이 있는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 미루어 볼 때 지적장애아동에게 슬링운동을 적용시키는 것이 고유수용성 기능의 향상을 가져 올 것으로 생각되며 또한 고유수용성 기능의 향상을 가져 오기 위해선 지적장애아동의 체력과 상호보완적 관계를 유지하는 것이 효과적일 것으로 생각된다. The present study, by applying a sling exercise program in 12 months, Proprioception and evaluation of the child`s, skill fitness level, the relevance of intellectual disability, and sling exercise in addition to the existing conservation interventions, as a safe and effective alternative that can mediate to confirm the possibility. 2010~2011 study period (approximately 12 months) until the study was conducted, 22 patients (experimental group: n= 11, control group: n=11) of the intellectual disabled children of the Research Ethics Committee for research Sling Exercise Therapy Center of exercise after the program was to perform a one-hour workout three times a week. Verified by measurement period before the experiment, 4 months, 8 months, 12 months, a total of four times throughout the statistical analysis was conducted to measure the inter-group time to conduct two-way ANOVA repeated measure and if there is a difference post-hoc were carried out. All significance levels, p=.05. This study, the following conclusions were obtained. In the functional evaluation Side hope Hopping test and test on the interaction effect first Proprioception was shown, results of post-hoc two variables sling apply 8 months and 12 months, no significant differences are shown (p=.05). Second health flexibility, muscular strength (left), physical examination was shown an interaction effect from muscular endurance, agility, flexibility and muscle endurance post-hoc results the sling apply from 12 months significant difference was shown, strength and quickness, 8 months and 12 months showed no significant difference (p=.05). Seen the third proprioceptive sensory function and relevance of stamina and health, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and wits in the high correlation in the results was confirmed. Sling Exercise for children with intellectual disabilities to apply when judging the results of this study to improve proprioception function is thought to bring intellectual disability proprioception to improve the functionality of the import of the child skill fitness and complementary is thought to be effective to maintain the relationship.

        사지마비 운동선수를 대상으로 수정된 CR-10 심박수 추정연구

        There were many researches in the physical education and the medicine field for evaluating one`s sense subjectively. Typically the RPE x10 is evaluated as the HR, and the CR-10 is used in measuring pain and is highly reliable in a fixed experiment. The subjects were 22 wheelchair rugby athletes (age: 33.4±4.24, height: 177±3.96, weight: 73.4±8.24 classification: 1.98±0.9), and gained their consent after carefully explaining about the experiment`s purpose and the method. The first experiment was done as follows for a cumulative exercise inspection of 12m shuttle run test, and HR, RPE, CR-10, modified CR-10 was measured every minute, furthermore for the modified CR-10, the realization of muscles of arm and cardio-re spiratory was respectively questioned to sum both measurement. After 30 days, a second experiment was done. The CR-10 was modified by using the sta -tistical method. Next, the reliability was evaluated by using the test-retest reliability method, and to analyze the validity of the HR, RPE, CR-10, modified CR-10 correlation was used. Besides, to find out the cause-and-effect relation between the modified CR-10 and the HR the linear regression analyzation was used. The reliability and the validity of the modified CR-10 was evaluated, then, the HR was predicted and the results were same as next. The results show that the modified CR-10 reliability was 1 test .975, 2 test .971, and these values were high. And then, the analysis panel for the validity of the modified CR-10 were HR(.979), RPE(.938), CR-10(.901), these values were also high. The linear regression analysis was done on the HR and the modified CR-10 was Adj R2.(95.6%), F=203.7(p<.001), the presumable mathematics is Y=11.556+9.314 for the modified CR-10.

        대학 구기종목 선수들의 하지형태요인과 무산소성 운동능력과의 관련성

        The aim of this research lies in provision of basic data for planning specific training method according to the features of sports by understanding the relevance between anaeorbic motor ability and body form targeting players of ball game schooling in the university. To analyze the relevance between anaerobic motor ability and form factor of pelvic limb of ball players, form factor of pelvic limb was conducted according the the guideline of International Society of the Advancement of Kinanthropometry(ISAK) and experts who completed the curriculum of somatometry of ISAK tried their best to reduce the measurement error upon measurement of form factor of pelvic limb. When measuring anaerobic motor ability, Wingate Anaeorobic Test(WAnT) was used and each different weight was applied for individuals by setting the weight given to the subject as weight × 0.075kp. For exercise tolerance method, warm-up exercise was done with the speed of 60rpm for 2 minutes and the measurement of anaerobic motor ability was conducted for 30 seconds. First, leg length among the form factor of pelvic limb of ball players showed significant difference statistically from anaerobic peak power, average peak power, peak power per weight and it was shown that the longer leg length is, the higher the anaerobic motor ability is. Second, leg length among the form factor of pelvic limb of ball players showed significant difference statistically from anaerobic peak power, average peak power, peak power per weight and it was shown that the longer leg length is, the higher the anaerobic motor ability is. Third, leg length among the form factor of pelvic limb of ball players showed significant difference statistically from anaerobic peak power, average peak power, peak power per weight and it was shown that the longer leg length is, the higher the anaerobic motor ability is. From this result, we can conclude that the form of pelvic limb of ball players affect the change in their an aerobic motor ability very much in overall items. Thus, it is thought that each different training program organization is needed depending on the sports in the future through the result of this research.

        수분과 전해질음료 섭취에 따른 중학교 검도선수의 여름철 훈련 중심박수, 글루코스 및 젖산농도의 변화

        This study suggests that, based on the thesis that analyzing heart rate, glucose and lactate concentration changes while training with intake of water and electrolyte drink before, middle of, after playing and during recovery time can have positive influences on body, more efficient training method for middle school kendo players. Physical characteristics of the subjects are age of 14.1±0.6, height of 169±7.6 cm, weight of 62.1±8.7 ㎏, total fat mass of 17.7±3.8%, played period of 6.2±1.2, VO₂max value of 47.9±2.8, HRmax value of 195.2±3.1 and temperature of 28±2.5℃. The result was classified according to intake method and, first of all, changes in glucose concentration showed statisticaaly significant differences between each intake method in duplicate (p<.05), and also interaction effects. Secondly, analysis on lactate concentration showed statistically significant changes according to each intake method (p<.05). The repeat period in each group showed interaction effects and showed statistically positive changes (p<.05). Thirdly, analysis on heart rate changes showed statistically significant difference according to each intake method (p<.05) and in addition, showed interaction effects of repeated period in each group (p<.05). Therefore, it can be determined that drinking electrolyte drink while training can have positive influences on kendo players.

        척수손상자의 점증부하 운동 중 운동자각도(RPE)의 심박수 예측을 위한 타당성 조사

        The purpose of this study is to provide the scientific basic data whether it is feasible to set the appropriate exercise-strength through RPE without using the restricted checking method such as the expensive equipment and place to set the exercise strength for the disabled using the wheel chair. Total 20 experimentees made the letter of agreement to participate into this experiment. The physical characteristics of participants were shown as; Age: 30.9±5.0, Stature: 172.4±3.3, Weight: 63.9±4.8, Blood pressure: contraction period: 131.7±12.8, relaxation period 78±13.5, Damaged part: T3-7 (N=7), T10-12 (N=10), L3 (N=3), Period of disability: 6.4±3.7, Cause of disability: Traffic accident (N=12), Hurt from a fall (N=6), Disease (N=2). The examination on heart rate and RPE was performed through the maximum exercise load examination using the wheelchair after pilot test. The stepwise analysis on RPE and heart rate showed the difference of ±10 beat in heart rate from step 1 to step 12 and RPE showed more than 20 beats than heart rate from 13 step to 16 step. The correlation between RPE and heart beat showed the significant correlate with step 1 to step 4. Medium level significant correlation was shown from step 5 to step 11 (p<.05). The case of the latter part of exercise did not show the significant correlation from step 12 to step 16. It could be considered that the application of RPE is feasible from low strength to middle strength using RPE to spinal cord injury as a subjective scale for exercise-strength from the summary of the above results. However, the correlation was very low when it goes to high strength and the difficulties in verifying the feasibility due to the reasons that the experiment was forced to be performed by few experimentees, and among them those who have not taken exercises would have gone through mental discomforts which might have affected the experiment results. Therefore, for the upcoming experiments, precise exercise test method for the SCI is needed at various environments to meet the needs to reverify the correlation between RPE and Heart rate.

        운동프로그램을 수행중인 중년비만 여성의 복분자 분말 단기투여가 신체조성, 최대산소섭취량 및 혈중지질성분, 젖산, 암모니아에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ingesting Rubus Coreanus Miguel flour on body composition, blood lipid, maximum oxygen intake and fatigue of overweight middle-aged women and present potential of Rubus Coreanus Miguel for health supplement. The targets of this study were 14 women who couldn't lose their weight, even if they kept exercising and we started this research after separating them to two groups that are control group 7 women (45.8±4.6 yrs, 154.3±3.7 ㎝, 62.4±5.1 ㎏, 32.1±1.4 body fat) and trained group 7 women (45.8±7.1 yrs, 152.4±3.9 ㎝, 56.2±4.3 ㎏, 31.1± 1.0 body fat). The result of the research was that weight, body fat, and 8MI of the group who ingested Rubus Coreanus Miguel for 20days showed significant decreasing in the statistics and maximum oxygen intake showed highly oxygen inhalation according to increasing training time. There was no significant difference of blood lipid between two groups. The result of research about change of fatigue lactate and ammonia showed that trained group showed decreasing of fatigue compared to control group and present significant difference between two groups. Rubus Coreanus Miguel is estimated that the material has positive influence to weight, maximum oxygen intake and fatigue of overweight middle-aged women according to this study. But blood lipid didn't show significant difference.
