        예비체육교사의 패럴림픽에 대한 이해도 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study is to find out the level of understanding for pre-service physical-education teachers about the Paralympics and the differences between physical education majors and adapted physical education majors. For the purpose of the survey, a distinct difference between the groups on a survey has been identified. The survey material used for this study with a modification is based on Yeon-Sook Ko, Kyung-Sook Kim``s modified survey(2005) that scale analysis of disability attitude factor, which DFS(Disability Factor Scale) invented by Siller(1983) and translated by Jong-Nam Lee(1994), was used as a reference. For this study, collected 380 papers of information was updated and SPSS 18.0 program was used for its analysis with significant level of 5 percent or below. The frequency analysis has been conducted to figure out the subject``s general features, and t-test which is mean difference analysis and One-Way ANOVA have been conducted to see the awareness of the Paralympics. These tests were also used to verify differences between the two groups differentiated by major. The result are as followed. First, male have better understanding toward Paralympics than female do. However, none of statistical significance-difference was found. Second, the level of understanding toward Paralympics for all graders shows no sign of statistical significance-difference. Third, overall, adapted physical education majors have decent level of understanding toward Paralympics and the gap created from the fact, that whether he/she took adapted physical education classes, was shown. Fourth, a group with experience of volunteering turned out to have high level of understanding toward Paralympics and statistical significance-difference was found. It is shown that the differences about understanding toward Paralympics between the groups exist and pre-service physical-education teachers have lower level of understanding toward Paralympics compared to adapted physical-education majors. Fifth, the understanding level of pre-service physical-education teachers indicates areal gap and classes taken. In this study, a survey has been developed to find out the understanding level of Paralympics, which is one of the major events, for pre-service physical-education teachers and the differences between the groups have been identified. In this study which is to develop a survey as base line data to vitalize , it is suggested as followed. First, due to the fact that pre-service physical-education teachers were the subject for this study, an additionalstudy for a group of teachers who are currently working in the field should be made. Second, this study is only for major events of disabled for Paralympics. Later on, hence, study including morefeatures is a mandatory, such as various games, domestic sports festival for the people with handicapped. Third, due to this study is focused on pre-service physical education teacher, later, research which is forspecial education teacher should be needed for their better physical education service.

        체육전공 대학생의 장애인에 대한 사회적 거리감 척도의 요인구조 탐색

        본 연구는 장애 유형에 따른 체육관련 전공 대학생의 사회적 거리감을 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 장애 유형에 따른 대학생의 장애 인식을 위한 연구대상은 서울, 충청 지역의 3개 대학에 재학하고 있는 대학생 198명이 응답한 각 영역별 설문을 장애 영역별 케이스화하여 분류하였다. 활용된 척도도구는 김미옥(2002)이 사용한 사회적 거리감 척도를 정혜영과 서보순(2012)이 수정·변형한 설문지를 사용하였다. 사회적 거리감은 ‘국가·제도’, ‘일반·생활’, ‘학교·동료’, ‘친구’, ‘가족’ 차원으로 구성되었으며, 분석 프로그램은 SPSS 18.0 과 Amos 20을 사용하였고, 통계적 유의수준은 α=.05 값으로 설정하였다. 본 연구를 위해서 사회적 거리감 척도가 5요인으로 구성되었다는 점을 근거로 예상되는 요인 ±2요인 수를 지정하여 실시하였다. 연구결과, 체육전공 대학생의 장애인에 대한 사회적 거리감 척도는 ‘국가·제도’, ‘일반·생활’, ‘학교·동료’, ‘친구’, ‘가족’의 5요인으로 분류되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 분류된 5요인은 동일한 모집단 자료에서 교차타당성을 보유한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was performed to investigate the social distance majoring in physical education university students. The study, regarding to Disability Awareness of university students according to the type of disability, has been proceeded and categorized by 198 university students in three university in the region of Seoul and Chungcheong. Social distance scale, utilized by Mi-Ok Kim (2002), was modified by Hae-Young Jung and Bo-SunSeo (2012) and used for the study. Social distance` questionnaire is composed of ``Countries and legislation``, ``normal life,`` and ``school and peers``, ``friends``, ``family``. SPSS 18.0 and Amos 20 were used for data analysis and α=.05 was set for statistical significance level. The expected factor (±2) based on the fact that social distance scale is composed of five factors was used for the study. As a result of this study, first, social distance scale of university students majoring in physical education regarding to the disabled is composed of five factors such as ``Countries and legislation``, ``normal life,`` and ``school and peers``, ``friends``, ``family``. Second, The five factors categorized have cross-validation in the same population.

        장애인 스포츠 참가자의 기본적 심리욕구, 스포츠 참여 동기, 운동지속의도 간의 관계

        본 연구는 장애인 스포츠 참가자들의 기본적 심리욕구와 스포츠 참여 동기, 그리고 운동지속의도 간의 인과 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 2010년 3월에서 7월까지 장애인 스포츠에 참여하고 있는 지체장애인 240명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료에 대해서 장애인 스포츠 참가자의 기본적 심리욕구, 스포츠참여 동기, 운동지속의도 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 측정 및 구조모델은 Amos 16.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 그 결과, 기본적인 심리적 요구가 스포츠 참여의 동기와 운동 지속의도(p<0.001)에 긍정적인 효과가 나타났다. 세 변인 모두 조정 효과가 통계적으로 의미있는 검사의 결과가 나타났다. 그에 따른 부분 중재 모델 (p<0.001)를 지원하는 것을 나타났다. 따라서 스포츠 참여의 동기도 기본적인 심리적 요구에 의해 영향을 미치며, 그것은 매우 기초적 심리적 요구의 필요에 의해 영향을 받는 운동 지속 의도뿐만 아니라 동시에 스포츠 참여 장애인의 운동 지속의도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 중요한 변수로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationships among basic psychological needs, sports participation motives, and exercise adherence intention in individuals with disabilities who were participating in sport activities. The survey was distributed to 240 participants with disabilities. Participating in sports and the measurement and structure models of collected data were analyzed using Amos 16.0 program. Basic psychological needs appeared to have a positively significant effect on the motive of sports participation and intention of exercise adherence(p<.001). The Sports Participation Motive appeared to exert a positively significant effect on Exercise Adherence Intention(p<.001). Since all of the three routes were significant as a result of examining whether mediation effects are statistically significant, it appeared that they support partial mediation model(p<.001). Therefore, it seemed Logical that the Sports Participation Motive may also be affected by basic psychological needs. And it may be an important variable to affect Exercise Adherence Intention, as well while Exercise Adherence Intention in sports participants with disabilities is greatly affected by basic psychological needs.

        장애인 여가 실태조사를 통한 생활체육 활성화 방안 연구

        The purpose of this study is to lay a scheme of the revitalization in sport for all for the disabled, through investigating the actual conditions of the disabled people`s leisure and referring to the literature. The results of this study as follows: First, people with disabilities prefer to participate in the sports, to take part in the activities like climbing, fishing, hiking, walking, and to go outside in that orders. Second, the leisure time of the people with disabilities on weekdays as follows; over an hour and less than 2 hours (28.6%), over 5 hours (17.6%), over 2 hours and less than 3 hours (16.5%), over 3 hours and less than 4 hours (14.3%), less than an hour (12.1%), over 4 hours and less than 5 hours (11.0%). Third, the leisure time of the people with disabilities on a holiday as follows; over 6 hours (30.8%), over 5 hours and less than 6 hours (16.5%), over 3 hours and less than 4 hours (14.3%), over 2 hours and less than 3 hours (12.1%), over 4 hours and less than 5 hours (11.0%), less than an hour (8.8%), over 1 hours and less than 2 hours (6.6%). Forth, the mean expenses of leisure per a month for the people with disabilities as follows; over 50,000 won and less than 100,000 won (30.8%), over 100,000 won and less than 150,000 won (17.6%), over 250,000 won (17.6%), less than 50,000 won (14.3%), over 150,000 won and less than 200,000 won (11.0%), over 200,000 won and less than 250,000 won (8.8%). Fifth, the restriction of leisure for the disabled people has an effect on the satisfaction of leisure. Sixth, in intrapersonal constraints various exercise programs should be serviced to the disabled by community, which are accordant to their bent and demand, in order to inspire with self-esteem. Seventh, in interpersonal constraints community should continue to educate family has the disabled in order to improve understanding of the disabled, and the government should provide the family with service of leisure. Eighth, in Structural Constraints the government should provide the disabled with welfare service which is able to economize the cost of spending free time, and education service which enable them to use free time effectively in order to take part positively in leisure activity.

        장애학생 부모의 경험적 소비에서 경험특성, 만족도, 재참여 의도와의 관계

        본 연구는 장애학생 부모의 경험적 소비 특성에 따른 만족도 및 재참여의 관계를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 장애학생 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 부모 162명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료에 대해서 경험적 소비의 경험특성 배경요인으로 유희성, 상징성, 공유성, 유익성과 만족도 및 재참여 의도와의 관계를 확인하였다. 이를 분석하기 위하여 각 요인 간의 상관관계 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 구조모형 검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 경험특성의 유희성은 재참여에만 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 상징성은 만족도와 재참여에 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경험적 소비의 경험특성에서 공유성과 유익성은 프로그램의 만족도와 재참여에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애학생 부모의 만족도는 재참여에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 모형 적합도는 χ2값은 66.533(p<.001), df값은 40로 나타났고, TLI지수는 .941 값을, CFI 지수는 .964 값을, RMSEA 지수는 .064 값으로 나타났다. The purpose of study was to insight into the complex experiential consumption of students with disabilities of parents for participant of adapted physical activity program. This study emphasize general perspective of experiential consumption for the students with disabilities of parents for participant of adapted physical activity program and focuses on developing a comprehensive model. We collected data involving various experience, and used 162 respondents to analyze these data. Based on the characteristics of the survey experienced a statistically significant effect re-participation, and it was shown that the symbolism of re-participant and satisfaction significant influence. However, experiential consumption share and benefit from the experience of characteristic of re-participation` suburban adapted physical activity program statistically significant in the program Satisfaction and was not affected. In addition, parent satisfaction with students with disabilities that affect re-participation` statistically significant was found.

        볼링 투구동작 시 스텝유형에 따른 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of the study was to achieve a 3D Motion capture analysis using Kwon3dX program. And Step 4 and Step 5 the kinematic differences between the mean and standard deviation were calculated using the SPSS 21.0 program. Through the independent t-test was the difference between the two types of verification. The conclusion of this study are as follows. First, bowling throwing motion during the total time showed a statistically significant difference (p<.05). Second, bowling throwing motion during the horizontal displacement showed a significant difference in E2, E3 and E5 (p<.05), vertical displacement showed a significant difference in E2 (p<.05). Third, the horizontal velocity of the pitching action at bowling CM (center of mass) showed a significant difference in the E2 and E5 (p<.05), the vertical speed of the CM was found no difference. Fourth, bowling throwing motion during the stride showed a significant difference in total distance (p<.05). Fifth, bowling throwing motion during the horizontal displacement of the ball showed to have moved the forward direction, depending on the throwing motion progresses. And vertical displacements showed to be the highest in the E4 lowest in E5. Sixth, bowling throwing motion upon release when the angle of tilt with lower body joints showed no significant differences in the velocity of the ball showed significant differences (p<.05). In conclusion bowling throwing motion step 4 showed a long distance in a push away phase 5 step differences were seen in a long distance down swing phase. Horizontal displacement in this case also was seen as affected. Step 4 S tep 5 and all appeared to throwing the ball showed a long s tride in the last step. These causes are to throwing the ball stable when released in the last step. And in order to make a fast, accurate and powerful throwing ball velocity when the forward swing.

        12주간 음악줄넘기 운동이 정신장애여성의 신체구성, 하지근력과 골밀도(T-score)에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 12주간의 음악줄넘기 운동이 신체구성, 하지근력과 골밀도(T-score)에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이었다. 교육가능한 정신장애 중년여성을 대상으로 18명을 선정하여 운동집단(n=9)과 통제집단(n=9)으로 분류하였다. 운동집단은 12주간 주3회 음악줄넘기 운동 프로그램을 실시하였고, 운동 전 · 후에 신체구성, 하지근력과 골밀도(T-score)와 관련된 종속변인을 측정하여 집단 간, 검사 간에 유의성을 알아보았다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체지방률(%)과 BMI(kg/m2)에서 유의한 변화가 없었고, 체지방량(kg)에서 유의한 감소를 나타냈다. 둘째, 하지근력의 변화에서 유의한 증가는 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 골밀도(T-score)에서 부분적으로 유의한 변화를 나타냈고, BQI(골질량지수)에서도 유의한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 음악줄넘기 운동은 신체구성과 골밀도 변화에 부분적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지근력에 변화가 없었던 것은 운동 프로그램의 적응기간, 실시기간과 실험측정을 위한 환경이 운동효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 사료된다. 추후 장애의 종류와 수준에 따라 운동프로그램을 다양화 한 후속연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of music rope-skipping exercise on body composition, lower muscle strength and bone density(T-score) to mental disorder women. 18 mental disorder women were assigned to either exercise group(EX: n=9) or control group(CON: n=9). The exercise group through the exercise program performed 12weeks(3times per week). Dependent variables(body composition, lower muscle strength, bone density) were measured and compared between two group as well as between pre test and post test. Main results were as follows: 1) In body composition, %fat and BMI did not changed significantly however fat mass decreased significantly. 2) In lower muscle strength, there was not change significantly. 3) In bone density, there were significantly changes in T-score and BQI(bone quality index). It was concluded that music rope-skipping exercise would have partly positive effects on body composition control and bone density(T-score).

        Voice production should be based on scientific principle. The science of voice production is a knowledge of certain phenomena of physical movements which are found under certain conditions to occur regularly and which produce certain definite effects. There is only one way to sing perfectly and that is the correct scientific way. All singing must of necessity be beautiful, first, last and always. Rather have it said that the voice is small and beautiful than loud and otherwise. The small beautifully placed voice is capable of portraying the full gamut of human emotions. Therefore, it is necessary to develop our own instrument, which is the vocal apparatus we rely upon to produce our own beautiful singing. When singing is most scientifically produced, and the voice soars out smothly, evenly and vibrantly with its resultant seeming effortless singing. The great fundamental objectives or principles in voice production are, proper posture, breath control, free tone, balanced, efficient ringing sonorous tone, and expressive and varied tone color. Proper posture is a fundamental for control and maximum success in any type of skill activity whether it be athletics or musical performance. Necessary physical development for singing begin with habituation of proper posture and continuss through breath development and strengthening of the vocal organs through singing and tonal exercises. Efficient daphragmatic-costal breath control is the great fundamental in singing. Breath control, or breath support, means to keep tone flowing evenly, freely and firmly. Freedom vitality, expressive tone color, variety, efficiency, sonority, and evenness in tonal production is also fundamental principle in singing. The first reguisite in tonal technic is freedom of production. It is vital that we learn to both hear and feel the difference between good and bad tone and, eventually, between the finest shades of discrimination.

        신체적 극복전략 프로그램 처치가 경쟁불안 및 볼링수행에 미치는 영향

        The present study was designed to examine the effect of psychological intervention strategy on competitive anxiety, bowling performance outcomes across male and female bowlers in athletic settings. According to previous research findings related to the theme of the study, it was hypothesized that the independent variables of somatic intervention strategy influence on the dependent variables of competitive anxiety and bowling performance, and during the treatment period, the relationships between the two kinds of variables were examined using 2-way ANOVA. The implications of the study are as follows. 1. The sex significantly affected their somatic anxiety, but treatment types not significantly affected their somatic anxiety in the first test. The psychological intervention types significantly affected their somatic anxiety in the second and third test. 2. The psychological intervention types not significantly affected their state confidence in the first test but did in the third test. The sex and psychological intervention types not significantly affected their state confidence in the second test. 3. The sex significantly affected their bowing performance outcomes, but psychological intervention types not significantly affected their bowling performance outcomes in the first test. The sex and psychological intervention types not significantly affected their bowling performance outcomes in the second test, but did in the third test.
