The clinical evaluation and statistical analysis on 181 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated at Dept. of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Inchun Christian Hospital, from Dec. 1979 to Dec. 1982 is report as well as brief of literatures. The following feature were the result of the study: 1. The incidence of ectopic pregnancy was 1:17 deliveries. 2. Ectopic gestation was found to occur most frequently in the age group, ranging from 25 to 39 years(78%). 3. Nulligravida was 3.3%, nullipara 25.4%, the cases who have experienced artificial abortion over one time was 76.3%. 4. A history of previous laparotomy was 19.3%, among them, repeat ectopic pregnancy was 8.3% pelvic inflammatory disease was noted in 27.1% and laparoscopic tubal ligation was detected in 14.4% IUD in 6.9%. 5. Symptoms were lower abdominal pain in 82.9%, vaginal spotting in 56.4%, shock state in 32.1%. 6. Culdocentesis was positive in 94.7%, and gravindex test was positive in 47%. 7. Ectopic gestation was implanted on tube in 89.5% (Interstitial; 3.9%, ampullar portion; 71.6%, fimbrial portion; 6.0%), on ovary in 5.5%, on uterine cornus in 4.9%, and on cervix in 1.1%. 8. Tubal pregnancies were terminated by rupture in 67%, by abortion in 33.1%, and intact type was 1%. 9. 60.2% of total cases was treated by salpingectomy, 28.7% by salpingooophorectomy and 8.3% by hysterectomy. 10. Of 181 total cases, no death occurred.

인천 기독병원 산부인과에서 복강경 불임시술 후에 발생한 흔적자궁임신 1례를 체험하였기에 간단한 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. A case of spontaneous rupture of rudimentary uterine horn wiht 5month gestation after laparoscopic sterilization which was diagnosed as a intra-abdominal pregnancy is presented ad some articles concerned to this subjent are reviewed briefly.
