瀉下療法이 흰쥐의 뇌허혈 손상과 뇌혈관환경에 미치는 영향
This study aimed to evaluate the effect of purgation therapy with caster oil, a therapy for stroke patients with constipation in the oriental medicine, on phisiological indexes and the brain edema of the rats. The brain edema was induced by the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO), caster oil was administered once after the MCAO. At 3, 6, 15, 24, 48 hours after Reperfusion, Physiological Indexes such as fecal weight, urine volume and water content in stool were assessed and at 48 hours after reperfusion the edema index was measured. The changes of iNOS, MMP-9 and VEGF immunoreactivities were also observed. The results were obtained as follows; 1. Purgation therapy did not attenuate the total infarct volume caused by ischemia insult. 2. Purgation therapy attenuated the brain edema caused by ischemia insult (P < 0.05). 3. Purgation therapy significantly improved the reduction of fecal weight caused by ischemic insult (P < 0.05). 4. Purgation therapy significantly improved the reduction of urine volume caused by ischemic insult (P < 0.05). 5. Purgation therapy significantly improved the reduction of water content in stool caused by ischemia insult (P < 0.05). 6. Purgation therapy did not improve the neurological symptom caused by ischemia insult. 7. Purgation therapy did not change the levels of Na+, K+, Cl- but increased osmolality in blood serum caused by ischemia insult. 8. The attenuation of brain edema index was highly related with the changes of physiological indexes and serum osmolality. 9. Purgation therapy attenuated the expression of iNOS by ischemia insult. 10. Purgation therapy attenuated the expression of MMP-9 by ischemia insult. 11. Purgation therapy attenuated the expression of VEGF by ischemia insult. 12. Purgation therapy significantly decreased the BBB leakage by ischemia insult (P < 0.05). This result suggests that purgation therapy improves the physiological symptoms and has a protective effect on the brain edema caused by ischemia insult.

중등 일본어 한자교육에 관한 一考 : 고등학교 일본어Ⅰ 교과서 한자의 획수를 중심으로

일본어를 학습하기 위해서는 필수불가결하게 배워야 하는 한자. 그러나 현행 교육제도에 있어 한자를 체계적으로 학습해 나가는 것, 그리고 적용해 나가는 것은 어려운 일이다. 선행연구에 따르면 6차 교육과정, 2007 교육과정 등에 입각한 고등학교 일본어Ⅰ교과서에 기재된 한자는 일본의 초등학교(小学校) 교육한자 1,006자와 밀접한 관계에 있다고 한다. 따라서 본고의 제3장에서는 일본의 초등학교 교육한자 1,006자와 2009 개정교육과정에 따른 일본어Ⅰ교과서에 실린 한자를 비교하여 저학년의 한자가 많이 수록되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고, 교육한자에 포함되지 않은 교과서의 한자에 대하여 고찰하여, 주로 인명․지명용 한자가 기재되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 고등학교 일본어Ⅰ 교과서에 실려 있는 한자를 각 1~23획의 획수별로 분석하여 어떠한 한자가 기재되어 있고, 어떠한 획수에 한자가 집중되어 있는가에 대한 경향을 일본의 초등학교(小学校) 교육한자 1,006자와 비교하여 알아보았다. 그에 더하여, 각 교과서별로 비교하여 과연 각 교과서는 어느 정도의 한자를 공유하고 있는가에 대한 조사도 병행했다. 다음으로 제4장에서는 현행 상용한자의 글자체와 확장신자체에 관하여 살펴보았다. 또한 육서에 의한 한자의 분류를 고찰하여 한․일 학자들에 있어 한자에 대한 관점에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 道, 里, 登 등 획순에 있어서도 미묘한 차이가 있음도 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 분석된 교과서의 한자와 2009 개정교육과정에 나타난 일본어과의 목표를 비교하여 일본의 고학년용 한자 역시 필요하며, 더 나아가 초등학교의 한자교육의 도입에 대하여 고찰하여 보았다. 日本語を学習するためには必ず勉強しなければいけない漢字がある。 しかし、現行の教育制度の内、漢字を体系的に学んでいくこと及び適用することは難しいことである。 先行研究によれば第6次教育課程、2007年教育課程などに基づいた高校教科書『日本語Ⅰ』教科書に記載された漢字は日本の小学校の教育漢字の1,006字と密接な関係があるということが分かった。 従って、本稿の第3章では日本の教育漢字1,006字と2009年改訂教育課程によって製作された高校教科書『日本語Ⅰ』に載せてある漢字を比較してみて、3年生以下の易しい漢字が多く記載されたのが分かった。そして、教育漢字に含まれていない教科書の漢字は主に人名․地名であることをも分かった。 また、高校教科書『日本語Ⅰ』に載せてある漢字をそれぞれ1から23画順に分析して如何なる漢字が記載されているかを確認し、その傾向を教育漢字1,006字と比較して考察した。 なお、各教科書の相関関係も分析して、如何なる漢字が共通しているのかという研究も並行した。 つづいて第4章では現行常用漢字の字体と拡張新字体に関して調べ、そして、六書による漢字の分類において韓•日の両国の学者の観点の差があることも分かった。また、道、里、登など漢字の書き順においても微妙な差があることも分かった。 最後にに高校教科書『日本語Ⅰ』に載せてある漢字と2009年改訂教育課程の学習目標との比較によって日本の教育漢字の中で4年生以上の漢字の導入も必要だし、韓国の小学校において漢字教育の導入の必要性に関しても考察した。
