본고는 신화콘텐츠를 원천소재로 설정하여 다양한 장르로의 전환이 보편화 된 시점에서 효과적인 장르전환 방안을 도출하고자 「백사전」을 원천소재로 하여 연구를 진행하였다. 장르 전환에서 원천소재로 많이 활용이 되고 있는 분야는 고전인데 이는 콘텐츠의 수명 주기를 확장함과 동시에 다양한 콘텐츠로 많은 수익을 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 「백사전」의 장르전환을 중심으로 「백사전」이 원천소재에서 원천콘텐츠로, 원천콘텐츠에서 거점콘텐츠로, 다양한 콘텐츠 사례분석을 통하여 고전의 가치와 장르 전환의 법칙을 유추해내고자 하였다. 「백사전」은 원천소재로 다양한 설화가 유전되고 있는데 이를 연구대상으로 하여 원천소재가 가지고 있는 가치에 대하여 논의하였다. 이어 원천콘텐츠, 거점콘텐츠, 다양한 콘텐츠의 작품들의 텍스트분석을 통하여 이들의 특성을 파악하였다.원천콘텐츠가 거점 콘텐츠로 전환되는 데 있어서 필요한 일반론적의 정의로는 원천콘텐츠는 장르전환을 활성화시킬 수 있는 요소를 콘텐츠 내부에 포함하고 있어야 하고 상대적으로 적은 비용으로 대중성 검증이 가능해야 하고, 원천콘텐츠는 그 자체만으로 콘텐츠로서의 완성도가 검증되어야 한다. 거점콘텐츠는 구현매체의 특성, 대중성의 검증, 텍스트가 구현매체에 적합한지에 대한 조건을 들 수 있다.원천콘텐츠「白娘子永鎮雷峰塔」의 특성과 전환조건을 비교·분석하여 원천콘텐츠의 장르전환전략을 도출하였으며 거점콘텐츠도 이와 같은 검증방법을 사용하였다. This article is for exploring a more effective genre adaptation by considering about the coexistence of various genre adaptations based on the original contents. Use the 「the legend of white snake」as the study material to illustrate the adaptation of the myth contents as original contents. Classic portion is the most useful part of original contents which expands period of exist. In this study, emphasis is on exploring skills of genre adaptation and value of Classic by focusing on genre adaptation of “The legend of White Snake”through original sources to contents, original contents to positioned contents and various analysis of contents. This article is talking about the value of the stories derived by the <The Legend of White Snake>. Then analysis the characteristics of these stories by the research of the original contents, Positioned Contents, varies contents. There are several necessary definitions of the transition from original contents to the positioned contents. First of all, the original contents need to have the elements that can transit to the positioned contents. Also, the cost needs to be low and acceptable by the general group. Finally, the original contents are highly identified by completion. As the same time the positioned contents need to satisfy the media characteristics, Recognized by the masses, On the appropriate media.Through the analysis and comparison of the characteristics and the transition conditions of the original contents <BAI NIANG ZI YONG ZHEN LEI FENG TA>, explore the strategy of the genre adaption and also use the same way to the positioned contents.

한중 양국은 1992년 수교 이래 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화, 교육 등 각 분야에서 긴밀한 교류· 협력 관계를 구축해왔다. 교육 분야의 교류를 살펴보면, 한중 모두 상대국에서 온 유학생 수가 절대적 우위를 점유했다. 신종 코로나바이러스 등으로 비록 전체적인 유학생 수는 줄었지만, 중국 학생들의 한국 유학 열정은 식지 않고 있다. 특히 박사학위 취득을 위한 중국 대학교수의 한국 유학 비율은 계속 증가하고 있다. 대학의 국제화는 대학 경쟁력 측정의 중요한 지표이다. 대학교수는 교육, 연구 및 봉사를 통해 대학의 경쟁력을 강화하고, 유학을 통한 선진 교육 체제의 학습을 통해 대학의 국제화에 직접적인 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구는 중국 대학교수의 한국 유학이 중국 대학의 국제화에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여, 한국에서 박사학위를 취득한 10명의 중국 대학교수들을 선정하여 심층 면담을 진행했다. 심층 면담의 핵심은 유학한 교수들의 교육, 연구, 봉사활동 영역에서의 성과와 국제화와의 관계를 밝히는 내용으로 구성했다. 결론적으로 중국 대학교수의 한국 유학이 대학의 교육과정과 인재양성, 연구 및 봉사의 영역에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 대학의 국제화를 촉진하게 된다는 것을 밝히게 되었다. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992, Korea and China have established close exchanges and cooperative relations in various fields such as politics, economy, society, culture, and education. Especially when speaking of education, the number of international students from each other countries occupied the absolute advantage in both Korea and China. Although the overall number of international students has decreased due to the COVID-19 , Chinese students' enthusiasm for studying in Korea has not cooled down. In particular, the proportion of Chinese university teachers studying in Korea to obtain a doctorate degree continues to increase. The internationalization of universities is an important indicator of university competitiveness. University teachers strengthen the competitiveness of universities through education, research, and service, and directly affect the internationalization of universities through learning of an advanced educational system abroad. In order to analyze the influence of Chinese university teachers studying in Korea on the internationalization of Chinese universities, this study selected 10 Chinese university teachers who obtained doctorate degrees in Korea and conducted in-depth interviews. The core of the in-depth interview consisted of revealing the relationship between the performance of teachers who studied abroad in the fields of education, research, and service and internationalization. In conclusion, it was revealed that Chinese university teachers' study in Korea has a positive influence on the university's curriculum, talent development, research and service, and promotes the internationalization of universities.

문화콘텐츠 시장의 성장과 함께 검증을 거친 콘텐츠를 원천콘텐츠로 선정하여 다양한 장르로 전환하는 사례가 많아지고 있다. 특히 소설처럼 서사를 구조적으로 분석하여 거점화하는 현상이 주목받고 있는데 본 연구에서는 선형적인 전환 과정을 가지고 있는 소설 〈never let me go〉를 연구 대상으로 선정했다. 소설<Never let me go>는 영국 작가 가즈오 이시구로가 2005년에 집필한 소설로 2010년에 영화로 2016년에는 드라마로 두 차례 전환된 바 있다. 사실주의와 공상과학이라는 대립되는 두 항을 전면에 내세운 해당 소설은 제한된 인생에서 교육을 받는 것이 행운인지 비운인지에 대한 딜레마적인 질문을 던졌고 언어학과 철학 등의 영역에서 철학적 답안을 제시한바 있지만 문화콘텐츠로서의 가치 연구는 미비하다. 본 연구에서는 소설을 원전으로 두 차례 진행된 전환 및 그 양상을 구체적으로 분석하면서 하나의 소설이 두 개의 다른 매체로 전환되는 과정에서 드러나는 서사확장의 차이를 살펴보았다. 특히 캐릭터, 시간, 공간, 플롯의 변화가 전환된 서사에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지에 집중했으며 해당 존재물(existents)과 사건(events)이 어떻게 변화되었고 그 양상이 다시 해당 콘텐츠에 어떤 변화를 일으켰는지를 비교 · 분석했다. With the growth of culture contents market, use the content already proven successful contents as the original contents has been increasingly used for adaptation. Use the 〈never let me go〉 as the study material to illustrate narrative structure in novel as original contents. 〈Never let me go〉 is the novel written by English writer, Kazuo Ishiguro in 2005. The novel in dilemma asked if the clones taught in the limited circumstances are happy or not, the academic world such as linguistics and philosophy proposed the answer. However the value as the cultural contents has been not studied yet enough. This study aims at researching the difference between two adaptations in different media. I focused on how the change of plot, character, time, and place influence the narrative, how the creatures and events are changed, and finally how they changed the contents.
