The educational environment of university campus is very important, Because that the campus is creative environment and male emotional as place which make the intellectual and emotional humanbeing. The campus environment is decided by the functional and visual feautures. For example, there are street furniture, Sign board and university symbol tower etc. In order to accomplish effective campus environment, the University must plan with in the category of environmental design which fulfill the function and aesthetics. In this university case, 1.The establishment of facilities in out of campus based the student's opinions. 2.The place of establishment and facility things have to surveied when the university make the master plan about space, circulation, season and etc. 3.The environment and life mode of facilities are research by the environ mental design aspects. 4.Every facilities in the campus require the opinion and participation of professionalists. 5.The University Environmental Design Committee composed in the school organized system. According to above the results, this article proclaimed the University administrative staff and relative professionalists search to effective methods and to approach solving the problems.

Various abilities shown in all the human activitities can not be discriminated unless specific external reguirements are provided. So far, many estimating ratter·ns have been developted and examined to objectify ambiguous characters like human mental status and personality such as psychology 4est, personality test, adaptability test. Designers abilities have been valued at work or educational places by others just because they are experienced previously. But, the measurement or the valuations have been doubted in the aspect of reliability and objectibility. The main purpose of psychological educational standardization patterns taken until today, is to discover evidences of individual intelligency. Interest, personality and adaptability and 9et help from those result to understand themselves so that they can adopt to diverse societies. Therefore, the purpose of this research is one type of approach to estimate designer's quality and capabililty. I obtain a conclusion that it is a very cautious research that valuing and developing an estimating pattern in the view point of design instructor for valuating and developing pattern in the view point of design instructor and valuating and doveloping a new estimating pattern since design preformance is materialized by numerous and sythentic effect like sensorbility imaginability, ability of memory, analysis and so on. However, it is an approaching research with a thought that valuing designer's presentational ability and educational instruction are inventive way of better and efficient education. Therefore, main purpose of this research is to bring a matter of access to estimate designer's recognizing ability among all the diverse abilities. I feel the lack of verification for reliability and validity which are essencial to be a profitable and desirable estimating pattern. Hereafter, to raise reliability o# this research, persistant research needs to be continued for the standardization through the verifying test.

筋力測定 器具의 Re Design Concept 設定에 관한 硏究

A scientification of sports can be acheived through the Appropriate management of systematic and well-establish objective oriented components such as manpower, facility and training program, etc. Sports mrasuring data, purpose of which is to upgrade physical performance of individuals or a group, is one of the most important factors in planing and complement of a efficient program. In the point of view that scientification of sports can be launched with appropriate use of measuring strength and collected information data, the importance of measuring strength is getting bigger and bigger. Especially, precise data can be obtained precise measuring strength, and cannot rely on old- fashioned measurement of technology. Therefore, scientification of sports can-not go along without adaptation of modern and advance technologies. in Korea, the concept of scientification of sports and operation system, which have been introduced in 80’s, is still unfamiliar although there are relatively plenty of man-power in the field, the level of sports science is not so higher than of advanced countries mainly because of lack of advanced facilities and measurement. Major intention of this study is turning public mind about a undeveloped field such as sports science, and having a attention in sports science related product devel-opment field in spite of several economic diffculties. In case temporary foreign measuring products, there can be several unconveniency or distortion Because almost all products have been produced in function oriented or mechanical structure oriented concept. Therefore making a sports measuring strength mass produced contains something special and complicated matters. Anyway, general recognition of product design in view of enterprise and design, put-pose of which is to propose rational tentative based on the research for human factor,design needs, function, structure, form and material, etc, is strongly needed. The expected result of the study is as follows: 1) Establishment and verification of the long and the mid term plan for the scientification of sports. 2) Self motivated effort and technical, economical and organizational saupport for establishing practical environmental for sports-scientification 3) Concentrating attention of corporrations and designers in sports-related product development, manufacturing and distribution. Span of this study has been difined as making a sample case of re-designing “Grip strength gauge”, and the study will the directives for development of sports measuring product.

디자인 교육에서의 창의적 발상과 문제해결 방법 연구

As university design instructors, our problem was to find ways to help students learn to become creative designers and to see that creativity was generally applicable in all phases of life as well as learnable. Creative Problem-Solving is synonymous with design; it's an attitude; an intentional, purposive, process, Design involves knowing what is wanted and going for it. Before seeking to acquire new and unique tools(methods), it might be good set of tools doesn't ensure a creative solution. It merely improves the odds for a job well done. When we become involved with intention or design, it is assumed that we know what we're trying to achieve and that we are working on a plan for getting it. Without that, tools are meaningless. The excercise of Seven Steps of Design Process will offer the chances to explore various approaches which allow design students and designers to navigate design projects, and to solve complex options In design matter. As a study module, I hope the Seven Steps of Design Process will provide guide to my class and update other options and specific methods for each steps to the Process.

One of the purposes this study was to make Public Concern be changed about a undeveloped field such as sports science, and pay attention in sports science related product development field in spite of several economic difficulties. In case of temporay foreign measuring products, there can be several weaknesses. In view of enterprise and design, proposing of rational tentative bases on the research for human factor, Design needs, function, structure, form and material, etc, is strongly neede. The expected result of the study is as follows ; 1) The increase of exercise facilities designed to provide preventive and sports science in needed. 2) Techniques of muscle strength test in sports science are given for the corporate, community, and commercial settings, and then a model of the management process in a corporate setting is presented. 3) Internal facility program in an organization is needed by the Korean sports equipment manufactures effective sports science programs.
