        친환경유기농자재 안전성 확보를 위한 농업인의 인식도 조사

        본 연구에서는 친환경유기농자재를 사용하는 농업인을 대상으로 친환경유기농자재 구입실태 및 친환경유기농자재 안전관리방안에 대한 인식도 등을 조사하였다. 친환경 유기농자재를 구입하는 가장 큰 경로는 친환경농업단체였으며, 자재의 구입을 결정하는 가장 큰 근거는 '생산되는 농산물이 안전할 것 같아서'로 나타났다. 현재 친환경유기농자재에 대한 정보를 가장 많이 입수하는 경로는 '농업기술센터가 주최하는 교육'이었으며, 향후에도 국가 및 관련기관의 교육이나 홈페이지를 통해 정보를 제공받기를 희망하는 비율이 69.0%에 달하였다. 반면 '농자재판매상'을 통한 정보제공의 희망 비율이 매우 낮아 제도적으로 농자재 판매상 교육을 지원함으로써 농업인에게 정확한 농자재의 정보가 제공될 수 있도록 할 필요가 있다. 또한 국가기관에서 농업인들에게 제공하는 교육을 통한 안전성 관련 정보 제공의 필요성을 높게 인식하고 있었으며, 특히 농자재의 안전교육을 안전한 제품개발 다음으로 중요하게 여기는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 조사대상 농업인은 친환경유기농자재의 유통기한 설정, 사용자 취급지침 설정과 독성구분 표기가 모두 필요하다고 응답하였다. 설문문항간 신뢰성을 검증하기 위하여 실시한 크론바하 알파계수는 0.699로 본 연구에서 설문한 문항에 대해 조사대상자들이 신뢰 있게 응답하였음을 알 수 있다. This study was performed to investigate the recognition of Korean farmers for the safety of environment-friendly organic materials (EFOMs). The main purchase line of environment-friendly organic materials was the sustainable agriculture organizations, and decisive basis for the materials purchase was because they thought that agricultural produce cultivated with EFOMs were safe. Currently farmers obtained the most information about EFOMs through farmer's education operated by agricultural technology center. Sixty nine percent of respondents hoped that they would get the information on the website and through official education opened by of the government or relative institutions. Whereas, only a few respondents hoped that they would get the information from the sellers. Therefore we thought that government and related institutions should operate the education program to give the sellers the scientific and accurate information about EFOMs. In addition, farmers are highly recognized the necessity of safety-related information provided by government and related institutions. Most Farmers thought that safety education for farmers using EFOMs was very important. Also, it was confirmed that farmer respondents thought to need to establish the shelf-life and user guideline and to label about toxic category of EFOMs. The Cronbach' alpha coefficient calculated in order to verify the reliability of survey questions was 0.699. That value indicates that responses of the respondents in this study might be reliable.

        GC/ECD와 GC/MS를 이용한 농산물 중 Picoxystrobin의 분석법 개발

        BACKGROUND: This study was conducted to develop analytical method for picoxystrobin in agricultural commodities using GC/ECD and GC/MS. METHODS AND RESULTS: Each steps of analytical method were optimized for determining picoxystrobin residues in various agricultural commodities. The developed methods include acetone extraction, n-hexane/saline water partition and florisil column chromatography for analysis of all samples (apple, potato, green pepper, hulled rice and soybean), and in addition to these steps, solid phase extraction (SPE) was used for analysis of green pepper and n-hexane/acetonitrile partition was used for analysis of hulled rice and soybean, The instrumental conditions were tested for quantitation in GC/ECD and for confirmation in GC/MS. Recovery was in the range of 86∼109% with RSD ≤10.2% and the quantitation limits (LOQ) of method were 0.025 mg/kg in all agricultural commodities. CONCLUSION: The result showed that the developed method can be used to determine picoxystrobin residue in agricultural commodities.

        부산지역 전복 종자방류사업의 경제적 효과 분석

        This study is aimed to analyze the economic effectiveness of Abalone fry releasing program in Busan, Republic of Korea. It has been promoting fishery resource enhancing projects such as the creation of marine afforestation project and marine ranching, and the fry releasing program since the early 1970s. The fry releasing program is being implemented as one of the efforts to enhance the stock biomass but analyze the economic effectiveness of program have been limited in the study area. The economic effectiveness of Abalone fry releasing program using a benefit/cost ratio method was based on the results of fishing investigation and genetic analysis. The analysis for the fry releasing program was ranged from 2020 to 2022. The economic feasibility of the program with the benefit/cost ratio was estimated to be 2.1 in 2021 and 3.4 in 2022 except 2020. These results were indicated that the fry releasing program was evaluated to be economically feasible.
