工業高等學校 교육과정에 따른 實驗室 廢水 排出에 대한 硏究
鄭尙眞,金東憲 청주대학교 산업과학연구소 1984 産業科學硏究 Vol.2 No.2
This paper is studied to investigate the quantities of toxic chemicals especially CN, Cr, Cu, Cd, Hg, Pb, and Zn compounds and discharged water which used in technical chemistry practice curricula in Technical high school from April 1983 to December 1983. There are no schools treating discharged water used in technical chemistry practies in 23 technical chemistry schools among 97 technical high schools all over the country. One technical high school is choosed for this study in Chung Buk Do. The results are as follows. 1. Toxic compounds is used 92㎏s in weight during a year. 5.2 ㎏s in the foundamental pracices, 31.5 ㎏s in inorganic chemistry practices, 25.7 ㎏s in qualitative analysis practices, 2.4 ㎏s in quantitative analysis practices, 2.7 ㎏s in organic chmistry practices, 5 ㎏s in instrumental analysis practices, and 19.0 ㎏s in practices for the test of technical engineers. 2. CN compounds is used 70 ㎎/l for a day in average, Cr compounds 4.9 ㎎/l, Cu compounds 2.8 ㎎/l, Cd compounds 2.1 ㎎/l, Hg compounds 3.0 ㎎/l, Pb compounds 3.6 ㎎/l, and Zn compounds 6.5 ㎎/l. Most compounds is exceeded the limits of environmental standard, except Cu compounds. 3. The qualities of discharged water in practices is 8.4 ㎥ for a day in average. 4. When above chemical compounds in the discharged water is not treated, Kum-river will be heavily polluted.
