촉진내구성시험에 의한 내화도료의 내화성능 평가에 관한 실험적 연구

Applying fire resistive coating to steel members is one of the general methods to secure fire resistance performance of steel members. And intumescent coating system is currently one of methods giving fire resistance to steel members. Intumescent coating system for fire resistance, however, has undesirable weaknesses that fire resistance performance of steel members is being deteriorated due to cracks and falling-offs of the coverings as time goes after completion of the coverings to the members. So it is necessary to understand changes of the durability and the fire resistance performance of intumescent coating system over a time elapse and to reflect such change properly into the building design and construction. This study is intended to establish the method of durability evaluation and maintenance for the domestic intumescent coating system which is approved as the 'fire resistance system' by national authorizations. The promoted durability tests were performed as the durability conditions assuming two-year period and fire resistance tests were performed on the same intumescent coating systems. The purpose of this study is to suggest the basic data required for the establishment of the method of durability applicable to the domestic intumescent coating systems as comparing the fire resistance results of the above with those of the intumescent coating systems which have been placed indoors and outdoors for two years really.

This study is designed to understand changes in durability and fire resistance performance of intumescent coating system through follow-up tests on bond strength and unexposed surface temperature for the domestic intumescent coating system during two years.
팽창펄라이트를 사용한 콘크리트의 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

Improve thermal insulated in structure of building and examination of development existing material of material that can improve performance of structure is required. There is expanded perlite that is having special quality suitable material to be used for composition material of building in various characteristic such as lightweight, incombustible, thermal insulation, sound absorption in this research. But, is used circumscriptively. Therefore, was going to apply to concrete and estimate the performance. Hereafter, I wished to recognize about practical use of expanded perlite as insulating lightweight concrete aggregate. Result that execute a concrete experiment that use in fine aggregate is as following. 1. According as the mixing rate increases 15% as result that average 2.25㎝ of slump value decreased. Air content was expose that 0.3∼0.4% increases. 2. Unit weight decreased by unit of average 23㎏/㎥ and 10㎏/㎥ according as increase by mixing rate 15% of expanded perlite. Improvement effect that is high more than wet condition that test piece gets into dry is expected. 3. Concrete compressive strength that use expanded perlite in fine aggregate expressed Compressive Strength of 248∼259kgf/㎠ in mixing design 210kgf/cm2. 240kgf/㎠'s mixing design expressed Compressive Strength of 290∼316kgf/㎠. Expressed higher value than 235kgf/㎠ and 279kgf/㎠ of standard mixing design. 4. Expanded perlite mixing rate rises, concrete compressive strength and tensile strength were fallen. Therefore, Choice of correct suitable mixing design to need in practical use usage. 5. Thermal conductivity is decrease average 0.059∼0.067㎉/mh℃ according as increase by mixing rate 15% of expanded perlite.

내화도료는 건축물이나 플랜트. 특수 선박 등의 철재 구조물에 피복되는 도료로 화재 시 도막이 팽창하여 내화 단열층을 형성함으로서 철재 구조물의 내력 저하를 방지하고 이오 인해서 철재 구조물을 보호하는 기능성 도료이다. 본 글에서는 내화도료의 기본 메커니즘 및 기술동향 그리고 최근의 시장 동향 등을 알아보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to establish an evaluation method of fracture of light-weight framed walls by human impact load. In this paper, part (I), we analyzed human impact load applied to framed walls. At first, we made original measuring equipment of impact load, and carried out the experiment on human impact load in various action. After the experiment, we extracted the essential characteristics. And grasped the property of human impact load systematically based on the relation between maximum load and load velocity.
