A step down chopper and PWM current source inverter is used for the connection between the PV array and the utility. This paper proposes chopper is controlled for the dc reactor decrease and PWM current source inverter is controlled to keep the output power at the maximum point for the PV. The PV current only is measured and employed for the power calculation combining the control parameter of the PWM current source inverter.<br/> <br/>

For high performance ac drives, the speed sensorless vector control and a speed control algorithm base on the Fuzzy PI controller have received increasing attention. A Fuzzy PI controller is used for robust and fast speed control and space vector modulation method is used for PWM wave generation In this proposed system. The computer simulation results show that the proposed controller are more excellent control characteristics than conventional PI controller in transient-state and steady-state response.
