        주요 외국중재기관의 규칙 개정 현황에 대한 고찰

        Last year, Seoul International Dispute Resolution Center(SIDRC) was set up to facilitate and promote international arbitration in Korea. This study was focused on the revision of arbitration rules such as ICC, SIAC, HKIAC and JCAA. As a leading arbitration institution in the world, ICC has tried continuously to provide more efficient service to their client by adopting emergency arbitrator(EA) & multi party arbitration. Other three institutions also introduced almost same mechanism to compete each other. These two new system is very innovative in international arbitration. First of all, EA was designed to provide interim measure service to preserve or protect parties’ right before the constitution of arbitral tribunal. Arbitration institutions and arbitral tribunals should be careful to decide these requests are legitimate or not because too hasty approval on joinder or consolidation without full consideration such as parties’ intention or argument may issue another serious problem - setting aside an award rendered after joined or consolidated.

        저 투수성 지반의 동전기 주입 개량의 실험 연구

        본 연구에서는 점성토의 강도를 증진시키기 위해, 일련의 동전기 주입 안정화 실내 실험을 수행하였다. 이를 위해 규산나트륨을 주입제로 선정하고 농도를 변화(500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500mM)시켜 동전기 주입 안정화 기법의 적용성을 파악하였고, 처리기간과 전압경사에 따른 영향을 파악하기 위해 2일 간격(2, 4, 6, 8, 10일)으로 처리기간을 설정한 실험과 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0V/㎝로 전압경사를 변화시킨 실험을 실시하였다. 또한 염화칼슘과 수산화알루미늄을 2차 주입제로 사용하여 첨가농도에 따른 전단강도 개량 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 규산나트륨(1000mM)을 5일간 적용한 후 2차 주입제의 농도를 50, 250, 500, 750, 1000mM로 변화시켜 5일간 적용하였다. 규산나트륨의 농도 결정시험결과 1000mM 이상의 농도에서 일정한 값으로 수렴하는 양상을 띠었으며, 이 때 초기 강도보다 약 800% 크게 강도증진효과가 나타났다. 최적전기경사와 처리기간 결정시험결과 전압의 경우 1V/㎝, 처리기간의 경우 6일 이상에서 강도증가치가 수렴하는 양상이 나타났다. 염화칼슘과 수산화알루미늄을 2차 주입제로 사용한 경우, 두 경우 모두 250mM 이상의 농도에서 일정한 강도값으로 수렴하는 양상이 나타났으며, 규산나트륨만 사용한 경우보다 약 20~30%의 강도증진효과가 발생했다. In this study a series of bench scale test are conducted to increase the undrained shear strength of clayey soils using by Electro-kinetic injection stabilization method. The sodium silicate was injected in anode reservoir and its concentration was changed with 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500mM for configuration of applicability of Electro-kinetic injection stabilization method. Also, the treatment time and electric gradient was changed to acquire the optical influence factors. For increasing the shear strength to maximum values, the calcium chloride and aluminium hydroxide, which concentration was changed with 50, 250, 500, 750, 1000mM, were added at anode reservoir for 5 days after the treatment of sodium silicate in 5 days as the 2nd additives. The test of results in determination of sodium silicate concentration show that the undrained shear strength at each point had a tendency to converge into a constant value when the concentration of sodium silicate came to 1000mM and above. The maximum shear strength increasement was 800% compared with initial value. After a series of test, the electric gradient and treatment time for application of electric fielld were 1V/㎝ and 6 days. In case of 2nd additives test, the concentration for maximum shear strength is 250mM in all additives and the effects of shear strength improvement was developed approximately 20~30% in comparison to addition of single injection material.

      • 배수재 종류에 따른 석션보드드레인 공법의 효율 분석

        In this study, a series of column test as a way in order to make up for the weakness point of the conventional acceleration method were conducted to both propose the suction drain method and grapes the specific improvement character of this method as a result of a sort of plastic drain board and a phase of vacuum pressure conditions. On this occasion, the study focused on computing the effective factors of the fittest Suction board drain method affected by each condition through confirming the settlement generated during the test, the water content reduction and stress increase effect occurred arising from the test, and the ratio of consolidation related to the improvement period. In accordance with the shape of core and that whether the core is attached to the fllter(pocket or adhesion), the castle type of adhesion and the column type of pocket are more efficient than the others as a consequence of the test to find out the improvement effect depending on each drainage such as a castle type, coil type, harmonica type, column type, wing type, screw type of pocket and a castle of the adhesion.

        중국의 상사조정제도와 그 시사점에 관한 연구

        This thesis mainly studies the Commercial Mediation System in China and its Implications to Korea. Commercial mediation is an important dispute settlement method, however there are more studies on the issues of arbitration than the ones on mediation. Commercial mediation emerges From the tide of economic activity, needing an earnest research and to be developed. Business mediation law has been enacted in some nations like USA, but in Korea, there is no law in mediation field to follow. To set up business mediation law is necessary and urgent as well as feasible. This thesis first introduces the mediation of the general meaning including concept, makes a research concerning the sorts of the mediation, compares the effect of different kinds of mediation, and studies the current status of use of mediation in other countries. Than introduces current status of use of mediation in China, and examine mediation system in China. Through this studies, the writer no that there is almost equal problem in China comparing to Korea. So than examine how Chinese government make countermeasures to cover their problems, and give Korean government several implications that can learn from China.

      • 플로팅 슬래브궤도 방진장치의 성능평가

        Recently the construction of railway sections passing the central area of cities and stations under railway lines are increasing, and then it is urgently required to take the countermeasures against the railway vibration and the second-phase noise radiated from it. The most efficient countermeasure, out of technologies developed up to now, is the floating slab track which is the track system isolated from the sub-structure by vibration isolators. At present, the core technologies for anti-vibration design and vibration isolator - one of key components - are under development. As a part of the study, in this paper, the design requirements for the vibration isolator under development have been investigated and the evaluation of static and dynamic performance of both coil spring type and rubber mount type vibration isolators was carried out.

        단계석션압 조건에 따른 석션보드드레인 공법의 효율 분석

        본 연구에서는 전통적인 압밀촉진공법의 단점을 보완하기 위한 방법으로 석션보드드레인 공법을 제안하고, 본 공법의 개량 특성을 파악하기 위해, 배수재 종류 및 단계 진공압 조건에 따른 일련의 Column 실험을 실시하였다. 이때 실험 간 발생되는 침하량과 실험 종료 후 발생된 함수비 저감효과 및 강도증진효과를 파악하고, 개량 기간에 따른 압밀도를 파악하여 각 조건에 따른 최적의 석션보드드레인 공법 영향인자를 산정하고자 하였다. 각 배수재(포켓식 성곽형, 코일형, 하모니카 형, 원형 및 열융착식 성곽형배수재) 종류에 따른 개량 효과를 파악하기 위한 실험 결과, Core 형상(원형, 판형)과 필터의 Core 부착 여부(포켓식, 열융착식)에 의해 열융착식 성곽형 배수재와 포켓식 원형배수재의 배수효율이 다른 배수재의 경우 보다 좋게 나타났다. 단계석션압 조건 실험의 경우 최종 단계석션압인 -0.8㎏/㎠ 으로의 기간이 짧을수록 개량도가 크게 나타났다. 또한 각 석션압 단계 별 압밀도-적용기간 곡선 상의 변곡점을 이용하여 압밀효과를 극대화 시킬 수 있는 적용기간을 산정할 수 있었다. In case of the step suction pressure, the shorter the period of -0.8 ㎏/㎠' as a final step of the suction pressure is, the better the improvement is. In addition, the correlation between degree of consolidation per each suction pressure level and duration of application was drawn as a curve and the point of inflection on this curve was provided to determine the duration period to maximize the consolidation.
