The effect of the moving mass makes the larger stress compared to the same moving load, and it makes vibration then evalutes the fatigue problem. and shortens the life of a bridge and too many vibration may give rise to the ride quality. Especially the highspeed railway bridge which support continuous and high moving mass effects much more than other bridges. Generally Dynamics of the railway consists of the vehicles and the bridge responds to them. The moving mass transmits the dynamic load and inertial force through the axles and wheels and the bridge vibrates. This moving enlarges the stress and strain of the bridge compared to the others. These factor evalute the dynamic state and make the displacement of the bridge makes more or less, but up to this time the bridges are designed by the static design concept, for example when we design bridge we use impact factor, which only times the static load makes dynamic load but because it simples, it can`t express all of these effect. And so, in this report we study the modeling method of the moving mass and the dynamic factor then propose the dynamic load factor of the bridge.
