본 연구의 목적은 Rasch 평정척도모형을 적용하여 체육교사의 교수행동척도의 문항의 적합성을 검증하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 772명의 학생(중학교/고등학생)을 대상으로 10요인 48문항으로 구성된 TBS에 응답하도록 하였고 일차원성 가정은 PCAR 검증을 통해서, 문항의 적합성은 Winstep 3.74 프로그램을 통하여 검증하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 문항의 응답범주는 문제가 있는 것으로 나타나, 기존 5점 범주 대신 3점 범주로 수정이 필요하다. 둘째, 문항적합성을 분석한 결과 35문항은 적합한 것으로 나타났지만, 13문항은 부적합한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, PETBS의 문항 신뢰도는 수용이 가능했지만, 응답자 신뢰도는 낮게 나타나, 문항 곤란도를 고려한 문항 순서의 조정이 필요하였다. 넷째, 개인 속성점수와 곤란도를 Item-Person Map을 통해 비교한 결과, 모든 요인들에서 개인 속성점수 분포에 비해 문항 곤란도 분포가 편향되어 있는 것으로 나타내었다. 따라서 후속 연구에서 PETBS의 신뢰도를 높이기 위해서는 문항의 배열을 곤란도가 낮은 문항에서 높은 문항 순으로 조정하고, 응답범주는 3점 범주로 설정하는 한편 곤란도를 고려한 추가문항을 개발해야 한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate item goodness-of-fit of Scale, Rasch rating scale model was applied to 10 dimensions 48 items of the Teaching Behavior Scale(TBS) in a sample of student(n=772). An assumption to test Rasch Model, which is satisfaction of unidimensionality, is regarded through PCAR test, and WINSTEPS 3.74 program is used to test the goodness-of-fit of items. The results of this study were: First, 3-point rating category was appropriate for the PETBS instead of the existing 5-point rating category. Second, as a result of analyzing the goodness-of-fit of the items, 35 items of the PETBS were suitable, but 13 items were not. Third, the item reliability of person separation of the PETBS was acceptable, but the person reliability of item separation was not suitable and it was necessary to adjust the item order considering the difficulty level of the items. Fourth, as a result of comparing the individual attribute score and the difficulty level through the Item-Person Map, the distribution of the item difficulty distribution was shown to be biased in every factors compared to the personal attribute score distribution.
