Bronchogenic carcinoma with subcutaneous metastasis is rare, and the incidence ranged from 1.0 to 3.0 %. Therefore metastatic nodules are incidental findings in some instances. The distribution in order of frequency Is as follows: chest wall, scapular region, abdominal wall, course of spine, upper extremities and scalp etc, and mos. of nodules are between 0.5-2.0 cm in diameter. In this report, we present one case of a 54 year old male having bronchogenic carcinoma (squamous cell type) with multiple subcutaneous metastases. The metastatic nodules were located in subcutaneous tissue of right posterior chest wall ($4{\times}5$ cm), frontal scalp area (two; $2{\times}3$ cm, $0.5{\times}0.5$ cm), left scapular region ($1{\times}1$ cm) and left iliac crest ara ($1{\times}11$ cm).

소형어선용 팽창식 구명뗏목 성능기준 개발에 관한 연구

In order to reduce the risk of deaths from hypothermia at sea, this paper suggests the performance criteria of life rafts for small fishing vessels less than 20 m in length. In our country, the life rafts are not used and have no performance criteria. This research compared the performance criteria of the domestic, foreign, international standards, and the performance comparison between foreign life rafts and the user-friendly valise prototype(2 & 4 persons) which is developed by this study. As a result, it is considered to be appropriate that ISO 9650-1 can be applied to the life rafts for offshore fishing vessels while a milder criteria can be applied to the life rafts for coastal fishing vessels. 본 연구에서는 해상에서의 저체온증 사망위험을 감소시키기 위해, 배의 길이 20미터 미만의 우리나라 소형어선에 비치하기 적합한 구명뗏목의 성능기준을 제안했다. 우리나라에는 소형어선용 구명뗏목이 사용되고 있지 않으며 관련 성능기준도 없다. 국내외 및 국제표준의 성능기준을 비교하고, 외국산 구명뗏목 및 본 연구로 개발된 가방형 시제품(2 4인승)의 성능 평가결과를 분석했다. 그 결과, 근해어선의 구명뗏목에는 ISO 9650-1 기준을 적용하고, 연안어선의 구명뗏목에는 ISO 9650-2보다 기준을 낮추어 적용하는 것이 적절할 것으로 판단된다.

선박안전교육을 위한 어플리케이션 개발

본 연구에서 잦은 선박사고와 지속적인 인명피해가 초래됨에 따라 선박안전교육의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 교통 및 산업안전분야에서는 온 오프라인교육이 이뤄지고 있다. 그러나 선박안전은 거의 오프라인교육이다. 본 연구는 효과적인 선박안전교육을 위해 스마트기기용 어플리케이션을 개발하는 것이다. 안전교육에 참여하지 못한 사람도 어플리케이션을 사용하여 선박안전교육 콘텐츠를 활용할 수 있다.

어선원 복지공간 확보를 위한 어선 선진화 방안 추진 연구

본 연구는 주력업종별 연 근해 어선원의 복지환경에 대한 실태조사 및 국내 외기준의 비교 분석하고 어선원 노동협약 및 일본 어선의 대형화취급방침을 고려하여 어선원 복지 공간 확보할 수 있는 시설기준(안)을 제시하고 시설기준(안) 적용을 통한 총톤수 증가량을 분석하여 "어업허가 및 신고 등에 관한 규칙" 등의 연근해 어업의 종류별 어업허가 상한톤수 개정(안)을 마련하였으며, 개정(안) 적용시 불법 건조를 방지할 수 있는 방안을 검토하여 제시하고자 하였다.

SCM의 통합전략과 성공적 구축에 관한 연구

SCM은 제품생산을 위한 프로세스를 부품조달에서 생산계획, 납품, 재고관리 등을 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 관리 솔루션이다. SCM은 그 기본이 공급망 전체를 보고 최대의 효율을 목표로 프로세스를 꾸준히 혁신하는 활동이다. 여기에는 조직, 예산, 책임과 권한이 재조정되고 설정돼야 하기 때문에 어떤 접근방법으로 구축하는 냐에 따라 성패를 좌우한다. 이에 SCM통합전략과 추진방법으로 통합모형과 시스템의 구성요소, 정보기반기술, 응용기술, 추진모델에 의한 구축방안을 제안하였다. 이러한 방안에 접근하기 위해서는 무엇보다 기업의 공급망상의 보완점과 어떤 부분이 비효율성인가를 판별해야 하고 둘째, 공급사슬의 미래비젼과 목표를 설정하여 무엇이 성공적인 공급망을 좌우하는가를 고려한다. 셋째, 현재의 공급망과 미래공급망사이의 갭을 없애기 위한 조치를 도출한다. 넷째, 위의 결과로서 기업의 일치된 공급망전략의 통합모형 및 구축모델에 대한 대안이 도출되어야 할 것이다. The SCM is on the effective treatment solution that has process schedule, material supplying, inventory management for perfect product these days. The SCM is innovative process activity to attain effective whole. It depends on the structure of approach because supplying network is consist of organization, budgeting, responsibility and authority. The major objective of the thesis was to propose the integration model and structure method technique of the SCM. Thus, to implement strategy model. firstly, it is determined repairs and non-effectiveness of supplying network. secondly, to set up future vision and goal, it is considered success factor of supplying net. thirdly, no gaps introduce between present and future of supplying net fourthly as above-mentioned consequence. Alternative is to set up integration and implementing model according to enterprise administration strategy.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the alternatives for the activation of electronic commerce transaction through the actual contingency. The practical sphere of Internet consists of the various fields, namely, it’s Internet Shopping Mall, Internet Banking, Internet Newspaper. This study is focusing on the fact that it establishes meaning and theoretical background, grasps argument of domestic-outside EC. The market of EC will grow rapidly $657.9 billion in 2000. According to the market mechanism including the dealings among enterprises and in consumer markets such as whole sale business, distribution and transportation will be fundamentally changed. The optimal role of government and enterprise to activate the electronic commercial transaction will be condensed to seven factors, i.e it law, institution, telecommunication, finance standardization, security, reliability.

By the way the market scale of domestic electronic commerce in 2000 is prospected to attain lllpercent increased 2,868 hundred million than 1,272 hundred million last year. This year B to C markets increased 148.6billion, whereas B to B markets increased 180billion. It caused by B2B not B2C. This paper examines growth background, status and industrial examples. The purpose of work is to suppose the developmental prospect of B2B.

The Study on the Global Emission Reduction Commitments and Environment Change After Climate Agreement

지구 기후 변화 정책에 대한 논쟁의 대부분은 그들의 정치적 호소에 대한 초점을 맞추고 있지만, 이 논문은 계약의 약속이 보다 효율적임을 제기한다. 이 목표에 부합하는 기후 정책은 상당한 배출 감축을 목표로 한다. 이러한 시나리오가 지구 평균 기온의 증가를 제한한다. 21세기 중반까지 2010에 비해 40~70%에 의해 세계 온실 가스 배출량을 낮추겠다는 의미이며, 대기로부터 이산화탄소를 제거할 수 있다는 결론에 이른다. 이 논문은 환경과 개발(UNCED)에 관한 유엔 회의 자료를 분석하여 이러한 비교를 제공한다. 분석내용은 결론적으로 각 나라들이 협정에서 제시한대로 배출오염 물질을 줄이는데 이행하고 지구 온난화의 지속적인 발전방안이 요구되는 협력체계가 중요하다는 것을 확인하였다. Although most of the debate on global climate change policy has focused on quantity controls due to their political appeal, this paper argues that agreement commitment are more efficient. Scenarios show that to have a likely chance of limiting the increase in global mean temperature to two degrees Celsius, means lowering global greenhouse gas emissions by 40 to 70 percent compared with 2010 by mid-century, and to near-zero by the end of this century. Ambitious mitigation may even require removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. This paper emphasizes on global cooperation which is a key for preventing global warming and toward sustainable development, and fair emission reduction targets among countries are significant for achieving emission reductions.
