Bronchogenic carcinoma with subcutaneous metastasis is rare, and the incidence ranged from 1.0 to 3.0 %. Therefore metastatic nodules are incidental findings in some instances. The distribution in order of frequency Is as follows: chest wall, scapular region, abdominal wall, course of spine, upper extremities and scalp etc, and mos. of nodules are between 0.5-2.0 cm in diameter. In this report, we present one case of a 54 year old male having bronchogenic carcinoma (squamous cell type) with multiple subcutaneous metastases. The metastatic nodules were located in subcutaneous tissue of right posterior chest wall ($4{\times}5$ cm), frontal scalp area (two; $2{\times}3$ cm, $0.5{\times}0.5$ cm), left scapular region ($1{\times}1$ cm) and left iliac crest ara ($1{\times}11$ cm).

In order to reduce the risk of deaths from hypothermia at sea, this paper suggests the performance criteria of life rafts for small fishing vessels less than 20 m in length. In our country, the life rafts are not used and have no performance criteria. This research compared the performance criteria of the domestic, foreign, international standards, and the performance comparison between foreign life rafts and the user-friendly valise prototype(2 & 4 persons) which is developed by this study. As a result, it is considered to be appropriate that ISO 9650-1 can be applied to the life rafts for offshore fishing vessels while a milder criteria can be applied to the life rafts for coastal fishing vessels.

본 연구에서 잦은 선박사고와 지속적인 인명피해가 초래됨에 따라 선박안전교육의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 교통 및 산업안전분야에서는 온 오프라인교육이 이뤄지고 있다. 그러나 선박안전은 거의 오프라인교육이다. 본 연구는 효과적인 선박안전교육을 위해 스마트기기용 어플리케이션을 개발하는 것이다. 안전교육에 참여하지 못한 사람도 어플리케이션을 사용하여 선박안전교육 콘텐츠를 활용할 수 있다.

어선원 복지공간 확보를 위한 어선 선진화 방안 추진 연구

본 연구는 주력업종별 연 근해 어선원의 복지환경에 대한 실태조사 및 국내 외기준의 비교 분석하고 어선원 노동협약 및 일본 어선의 대형화취급방침을 고려하여 어선원 복지 공간 확보할 수 있는 시설기준(안)을 제시하고 시설기준(안) 적용을 통한 총톤수 증가량을 분석하여 "어업허가 및 신고 등에 관한 규칙" 등의 연근해 어업의 종류별 어업허가 상한톤수 개정(안)을 마련하였으며, 개정(안) 적용시 불법 건조를 방지할 수 있는 방안을 검토하여 제시하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the alternatives for the activation of electronic commerce transaction through the actual contingency. The practical sphere of Internet consists of the various fields, namely, it’s Internet Shopping Mall, Internet Banking, Internet Newspaper. This study is focusing on the fact that it establishes meaning and theoretical background, grasps argument of domestic-outside EC. The market of EC will grow rapidly $657.9 billion in 2000. According to the market mechanism including the dealings among enterprises and in consumer markets such as whole sale business, distribution and transportation will be fundamentally changed. The optimal role of government and enterprise to activate the electronic commercial transaction will be condensed to seven factors, i.e it law, institution, telecommunication, finance standardization, security, reliability.

영문 ; 정책결정의 환경문제와 국제적 성향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to examine whether strategic decision-making processes are related to decision effectiveness, using a longitudinal field study design. We studied 120 decisions to determine if procedural rationality and political behavior influence decision success, controlling for the goodwill of the environment and decision implementation. Our results indicate that decision-making processes are indeed related to decision success. Results are discussed in terms of the importance of strategic choice in environmental organizations. these studies often provided simple fragments of empirical tests without a well developed theoretical framework. This study attempts to fill this gap by examining policy adoption, specifically by investigating influences on policy decision making across 120 nations using multiple-regression analysis. The greater the number of international NGOs in which a national governmental participates, the more the nation is apt to adopt international environmental policies to see how real affect.

본 연구는 청소년인터넷 중독의 현황과 문제를 파악하고 그 개선방안을 살펴봄으로서 청소년인터넷 중독에 대한 대안제시와 정책수립에 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 인터넷이 일상생활과 밀접한 관련이 있고 더 편하게 만드는 것은 사실이지만, 그 자체로 사람의 생존을 대신할 수는 없는데 반해, 최근 언론이나 기타 매체에서 보여 지는 사이버 중독의 경우는 생존에 영향을 줄 만큼 막대한 경우도 있다. 인터넷을 이용하는 모든 청소년들은 중독의 위험에 노출되어 있지만, 중독여부를 사전에 알아내기란 상당히 어렵다. 인터넷 중독 청소년의 초기증상은 시간관리능력 및 자기조절능력 상실이다. 이것은 생활전반에 서서히 영향을 미치고, 생활 전체를 조금씩 무너뜨리는 결과를 초래하기 때문에 특별한 중독의 징후를 느낄 수 없어 결정적인 문제가 발생하기 전까지는 방치되는 것이 일반적이다. 또한, 이미 시간관리나 자기조절에 있어서 그 능력을 상실한 경우세도 자유롭게 인터넷을 할 수 있는 환경이 개방되어 있기 때문에 그 중독을 치료하는 것이 매우 어렵다. 하지만 중독에 대해 스스로 인식하고 인터넷 사용을 조절하는 개인적 노력과 함께 가정과 사회의 노력 또한 뒷받침된다면 인터넷 중독 예방과 치료면에서 수월할 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 인터넷 중독으로 인한 피해를 줄이기 위해서는 범정부 차원에서 인터넷 역기능해소에 나서야 한다. 왜냐하면 중독성 강한 게임개발이나 중독자 문제를 방치할 경우 심각한 사회문제로 부상할 수 있기 때문이다. 무엇보다 청소년들이 게임 중독에 빠지지 않도록 게임 인프라를 개선해 나가야 할 것이다.
