        초음파 영상 데이터를 활용한 내장기 추나요법 시술 부위 탐색 연구

        Objectives This study was conducted to confirm anatomical information near the treatment areas of visceral chuna manual therapy and to secure stability and effectiveness during the treatment. Methods For 50 healthy adult men and women, a total of 13 ultrasound images were taken of the 7 treatment areas which are the representative treatment areas of visceral Chuna manual therapy. Results The treatment area of the bottom of the liver can be palpated around the right side ST19 and CV14. The treatment area of the gallbladder and the common bile duct can be palpated around the right side SP16 and ST20. The treatment area of the cardia and the pylorus can be palpated around the left side KI21, right side ST20, ST21, KI19, KI20, CV12, and CV13. The origin point of the mesentery root can be moved to the left and lower left from CV12 and can be palpated. The treatment area of the ileocecal valve and the cecum can be palpated around the right side SP14. The treatment area for the colic flexure can be palpated around the both side LR13. The treatment support point for the kidneys can be palpated around both side BL51. Conclusions It is thought that if the ultrasound image data from the meridians around the treatment site is used as an auxiliary, it will be more effective in terms of safety and effectiveness during the treatment of visceral Chuna manual therapy.         복부지방면적과 비만지표, 대사증후군 구성요소와의 상관성 연구

        Objectives The waist circumference has been known as an obesity index reflecting the visceral fat. This study was conducted to investigate the obesity index of what can be predicted visceral fat obesity. Methods 121 test subjects who have BMI≥30 or BMI 27∼29.9 with having more than one high blood pressure, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia were gathered in the Gachon University Korean medical hospital. The relationship between obesity index, the abdominal fat area, and the metabolic syndrome component analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis. The obesity indices, that are largely used in clinics such as waist circumference (WC), HC (hip circumference), body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR) and waist-height ratio (WHtR). Total fat area (TFA), visceral fat area (VFA), subcutaneous area (SFA) and visceral fat/subcutaneous fat ratio (VSR) that was measured from CT. Results 1. Total fat area (TFA) was positively correlated WC, BMI, HC. 2. The subcutaneous fat area (SFA) was positively correlated HC, WC, BMI. 3. The visceral fat area (VFA) did not show a strong correlation with obesity indicators. Conclusions It was found indices of obesity and visceral fat area is a high correlation. BMI, WC was the obesity index showed a high correlation as the SFA, TFA. (J Korean Med Rehab 2016;26(1):103-111)

        전방머리자세의 정도와 심박변이도 및 기립자세 균형요소와의 상관관계

        ObjectivesTo investigate the relationship of forward head posture to heart rate variability and standing posture (pelvic tilt, knee flexion, calcaneal eversion).MethodsIn the present study, thirty two subjects were recruited by convenience sampling. The forward head posture was measured via the craniovertebral (CV) angle. The pelvic tilt angle, the knee flexion angle, the calcaneal eversion angle, and the heart rate vari-ability were measured. The correlations of forward head posture to heart rate variability and standing posture (pelvic tilt, knee flexion, calcaneal eversion) were analyzed.ResultsIn the present results, there was a significant negative correlation between X-ray CV angle and other regions except the headache. There was a weak positive correlation between Posture CV angle and SDNN. Significant positive correlation was found between KFA and difference between Lt. & Rt. CEA. Significant weak negative correlation was found between SDNN and difference between Lt. & Rt. CEA.ConclusionsBiomechanical associated with physical pain and heart rate variability, and it is related to the forward head posture changes and also suggest that clinical care is need-ed for this.         갈근탕이 고지방 식이 유발 백서 모델에 미치는 항비만 효과

        Objectives To investigate anti-obesity effects of Galgeun-tang, an herbal formula, in high fat diet induced obese mice model. Methods 24 Male C57Bl/6J mice were randomly assigned to normal group fed with normal research diet (NOR, n=6), high fat diet control group treated with water (HFD, n=6), high fat diet group treated with Orlistat (ORL, n=6, Orlistat 10 mg/kg), and high fat diet group treated with Galgeun-tang (GGT, n=6, Galgeun-tang 700 mg/kg). 12 weeks later, body weight, fat weight, liver weight, blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL, ALT, AST, obesity related neuropeptides and adipokines, ratio of gut microbiota, and histopathology of liver were evaluated. Results In the GGT group, 1. body weight gain, liver weight gain, and total fat weight gain were significantly less than those in the HFD group. 2. blood glucose level was significantly lower and insulin level was significantly higher than in the HFD group. 3. total cholesterol level and triglyceride (TG) level were significantly lower and high density lipoprotein (HDL) level was significantly higher than in the HFD group. 4. appetite-promoting ARC neuropeptides such as Agrp and Npy were significantly less and appetite-inhibiting ARC neuropeptide, Cart was significantly more than in the HFD group in qRT-PCR analysis. 5. adiponectin level and visfatin level were significantly higher, and resistin level and leptin level was significantly lower than in the HFD group. 6. the relative level of Bacteroidetes was significantly higher, and the relative level of Firmicutes was significantly lower than in the HFD group. 7. the increase of adipose tissue was significantly more inhibited than in the HFD group. Conclusions The present study showed that Glageun-tang exerts anti-obesity effects in that it. 1. inhibited the increase in body weight, liver weight, and total fat weight. 2. decreased the level of TG, and increased the level of HDL. 3. influenced neuropeptides and adipokines that are important in regulating food intake and changes of body weight. 4. modified the beneficial quantitative changes in gut microbiota suppressing the tendency toward obesity.         중풍 후 경직완화를 위한 추나요법 제언

        Objectives : This study aimed to the application of Chuna manual therapy in patients with stroke where much evidence is not available. Methods : Domestic databases (KOREANTK, OASIS, RISS, KISS, and KMBASE) were queried for literature showing application of Chuna manual therapy in stroke patients. Additionally, insufficient evidence was supplemented with expert consensus using the Delphi method. Based on the literature review and expert consensus, the aca- demic committee of the Korean Society of Chuna Manual Medicine reviewed and summarized the Chuna technique recommendations that can be applied to stroke patients. Results : There were six studies on Chuna manual therapy in stroke patients, and Chuna therapy was applied for pelvic, shoulder, and elbow joint spasticity. The expert Delphi survey did not agree with the application of the nine of the 69 standard Chuna techniques and deliberated on matters to be considered when applying Chuna man- ual therapy to stroke patients. Finally, based on clinical research literature and expert opinions, Chuna technique was recommended for patients with post-stroke spasticity. Conclusions : The application of Chuna therapy to non-muscular skeletal disorders, including stroke is recommended and should be applied while taking the necessary precautions.
