        유 · 무산소 복합운동이 비만주부들의 신체구성, 건강관련체력 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a 10-week combined exercise training program(Tae-Bo) on the body composition, physical fitness levels, and blood lipid of fat mothers. The surveyed people were 31 fat mothers(over 30% of fat percent) aged over 30s below 40s before menopause, who live in S city. And the exercise program was carried out 2 times a week(Tuesday, Thursday) for 60 minutes during 10 weeks. The Independent t-test, Mann-Whitney test and repeated ANOVA analysis of paired samples based on prior and post inspection results were executed. So the following conclusions could be obtained. It appeared that the 10 weeks combined exercise has positive effects on body composition, health related physical fitness and blood lipid of fat mothers, and there was satistically a significant different in partially factors. There was statistically a significant different between a combined exercise group and control group in partially factors in body composition, health related physical fitness and blood lipid. Accordingly, it is thought that execution of combined exercise including Tae-Bo will be desirable in order th obtain positive effect on body composition, health related physical fitness and blood lipid of fat mothers.

        고령여성의 대사증후군 위험요인과 체력수준의 관계

        In recent times, the prevalence of metabolic syndrome is increasing every year, intensifying the burdens borne by individuals and society. The purposes of this study were to classify elderly female physical fitness factors such as cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, power, agility, and balance. And compare elderly women both with and without metabolic syndrome to verify any differences between physical fitness and metabolic syndrome risk factors, using the results as baseline data for lowering metabolic syndrome prevalence. An investigation of 100 elderly women aged 65 years or older revealed that 58% of them had metabolic syndrome. The study investigated whether there was a significant difference based on age and the results indicated only a significant difference in systolic blood pressure(F=5.324, p<.01). In addition, as age increased, the percentage of participants with metabolic syndrome also increased. There was a significant positive correlation between metabolic syndrome and weight, waist circumference, neutral fat, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure. The physical fitness factors were analyzed to observe any significant differences according to whether the subject had metabolic syndrome. The results of running an independent t-test analysis revealed that while the overall physical fitness of the metabolic syndrome group fell across-the-board, there were no statistically significant levels found in most of the factors except for being able to bend forward while sitting in a chair, which was the only factor that influenced metabolic syndrome.

        서울시 거주 여중생의 발육량과 체력의 변화 추이

        The purpose of this study was from the first grade to third grade in middle school to be compared to the height and weight, the amount of annual growth, physical fitness and BMI(Body Mass Index). Local school students of city were enrolled in woman. Height, weight and physical fitness were collected through the PAPS(Physical Activity Promotion System). BMI and the amount of annual growth through new variables, height and weight were calculated. For learn the difference between the grade of height and weight, the amount of annual growth, physical fitness, performed Repeated Measure ANOVA and Least Significant Difference of Fisher were used. Learn to the difference between the grade in the distribution of obesity rates, Chi-square test was performed. As a result, the height of the first and third grade interval, the weight of the first and third grade interval showed the most amount of growth, showed significant(p<.001) differences between the other interval. Cardiovascular endurance was highest in the first grade, showed significant(p<.001) differences between grade. flexibility, muscular strength and muscular endurance was highest in the third grade, significant(p<.001) differences between grade. Power is the highest in the first grade, there was not significant differences between grade. Increased BMI goes up a grade, showed significant(p<.001) differences between grade. The distribution of the obesity rate increased by the higher grade.

        모바일 게임 Poke´mon GO를 통한 신체활동 변화와 전망

        This study investigated the changes observed in the physical activity of users of the augmented reality game Pokemon GO, which has recently become a prominent issue. The study subjects were 190 Korean male and female adults(normal adult: n=88, athlete group: n=102) aged 19 years or older, who all had experience using Pokemon GO. The Leisure Time Physical Activity Questionnaire by Godin and Shephard(1985) was modified and employed as a measurement tool. The following are the results of the study. The average number of days subjects used Pokemon GO was 24.65 days. First, the moderate activity time for both men and women in the normal adult group increased after using Pokemon GO compared to before using it, whereas the total time of moderate activity decreased for both men and women in the athlete group. Second, the total time of mild activity increased for both men and women in the normal adult and athlete groups after using Pokemon GO compared to before using it. In addition, Pokemon GO did not have any significant effect on the time spent on surfing the Internet, and watching TV. Furthermore, it was revealed that the time spent on surfing the Internet was longer when the subjects were younger in age. This study demonstrated that Pokemon GO significantly increased mild activity. In addition, the game is expected to contribute to preventing certain chronic diseases afflicting modern people who lack physical activity.

        여자 중학생의 건강관련 체력수준과 비만결정요인 분석

        The purpose of this study was to identify the health related physical fitness fitness levels of female middle school students according to their year in school, using data from the Physical Activity Promotion System(PAPS), and to analyze the determinants of obesity in relation to the students’ fitness levels. For this study, we selected 599 middle school students based in Seoul. We measured the student"s body composition, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscle strength/endurance and power. We also performed frequency analysis for studying the distribution of respondents, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Scheffe’s test for testing mean differences between the groups. In addition, logistic regression was conducted to identify the physical fitness variables that are associated with obesity and overweight status. In this regard, the results of this study can be summarized as follows: In general, cardiovascular endurance decreased with an increase in obesity, while the obese groups showed slightly greater flexibility than did the normal-weight group. None of the groups exhibited significant differences in muscle strength and endurance based on the degree of obesity, but the morbidly obese group exhibited relatively lower fitness scores than did the other groups. Meanwhile, there were no significant differences in power among the students. The results of our analysis on health related physical fitness according to degree of obesity confirmed that the morbidly obese group exhibits the lowest fitness score, and among the more normal-weight groups, cardiovascular endurance is the sole determinant of obesity among all the physical fitness related factor.

        자연과학 : 압박 의류 착용이 비만여성의 혈중지질, 신체구성, 체력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 압박의류 착용이 비만여성의 혈중지질, 신체구성, 체력에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이었다. 본 연구의 피검자는 20-40대의 건강한 비만(>30%fat) 여성 47명이었으며, 이들을 30mmHg 압박의류 착용 10명(집단 A), 30mmHg 압박의류 착용 및 운동 프로그램 10명(집단 B), 10mmHg 압박의류 착용 9명(집단 C), 30mmHg 압박의류 착용 및 운동 프로그램 8명(집단 D), 통제 10명(집단 E)으로 구분한 다음, 사전검사-12주 처치-사후검사의 순서로 실험을 진행하였다. 사전 및 사후검사는 간편한 운동복을 입은 상태에서 실시하였으며, 집단 B, D의 운동 프로그램 구성은 스트레칭, 유산소 운동, 중량운동을 1시간, 주3회을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 조건에서 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 압박의류는 혈중지질 변인에 대해서는 의미 있는 영향을 주지 못했으며, 30mmHg 압박의류는 10mmHg 압박의류 보다 체중, 체지방량, 체지방율, 내장지방을 더 효과적으로 개선시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 운동 프로그램을 병행했을 때에는 효과가 더 좋았다. 10mmHg와 30mmHg 압박의류 모두에서 고르게 윗몸일으키기, 악력, 유연성, 심폐지구력을 개선시키는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 의류에 의한 피부 압박은 신체조성 및 체력 관리에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 운동 프로그램과 병행한다면 더 큰 효과를 거둘 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of compression garments(CG) on body composition, blood lipid and physical fitness in 30-40`s obese women. Subjects were 47 women in Group A(30mmHg CG), Group B(30mmHg CG+exercise), Group C(10mmHg CG), Group D(10mmHg CG+exercise), Group E(control). After an overnight fast of at least 12 hours blood samples of 10ml were drawn from antecubital vein. Serum was then separated for determination of total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride, glucose. Body composition was measured by Inbody 4.0. Hand grip, sit up, sit-and-reach were measured using Nuritec THP2 system and VO2max was measured by Q4500. Isokinetic knee extension and flexion were measured using a Biodex System 3. Total abdominal fat area and Visceral fat area was measured by SYTEC-3000I for computerized tomography. Experimental data were analysed by two-way repeated measures ANOVA and paired t-test through SPSS 12.0. The experimental results from this study are as follows: there are no significant changes in blood lipid on both compression garments. 30mmHg CG was more efficient than 10mmHg CG in weight, fat mass, %fat, total abdominal fat, and intestinal fat. But in sit-up, grip strength, sit-and-reach, right and left flexion force, and VO2max CG itself was effected positively. We concluded that compression garments have positive effects on weight and fitness component, when combined with exercise, the effects will be larger.

        2011년 서울지역 스포츠영재의 척추건강 실태조사

        본 연구의 목적은 스포츠영재(sports talent)로 선발된 초등학생을 대상으로 체력과 3차원 척추분석검사를 통해 체육영재의 척추건강 실태를 이해하고 유소년 층의 척추건강이 왜 중요한지 설명한 후 건강한 척추를 유지하기 위한 권장사항과 운동요법에 대하여 논의하는 데 있었다. 연구대상자는 2011년도 K대학 체육영재센터에서 체육인재육성재단의 스포츠영재 발굴절차를 통해 선발된 스포츠영재(서울지역 초등학교 2~6학년, 만 8~11세)들로 구성되었다. 첫 번째 단계는 골연령, 체격, 기초체력수준을 이해하기 위해서 스포츠영재성검사를 실시하여 Korea Sports Talent Search System(KOSTASS)에 입력하여 KOSTASS 총점을 얻었다. 두 번째는 전문가에 의한 전문체력검사와 육상, 수영, 체조 종목별잠재력 검사를 실시하여 전문체력검사와 특정종목에 대한 잠재력을 평가하였으며, 최종적으로 학부모 심층 면접을 통해스포츠영재 부모의 관심과 이해에 대한 점수를 심층 분석하여 최종적으로 영재 50명을 선발하였다. 이와 같은 절차로 선발된 스포츠영재들의 척추건강은 3차원 척추영상분석기(Formetric III, DIERS, Germany)를 이용하여 척추부정렬, 골반기울임, 척추후만증, 척추전만증을 측정 평가하였다. 또한 동 연령대에 비하여 스포츠 잠재력이 관찰된 스포츠영재아동의 복근지구력과 심폐지구력 검사결과를 반영하여 체력수준과의 관련성을 논의하였다. 스포츠영재의 척추부정렬 평가 결과, 정상인 영재는 42%였으며 58%의 스포츠영재는 부정렬을 보였고, S-자형 10%, C-자형이 48%였다. 그리고 47%의 스포츠영재는 척추후만증(흉추)를 보였고, 경증인 영재 39%와 중증인 영재가 4%를 나타냈다. 일반 초등학생의 척추건강분석 실태조사와는 달리 그 대상이 스포츠영재로 선발된 대상이라는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있으며, 초등학생전반의 척추건강에 대해 정부차원에서 지속적인 관심이 요구된다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 향후 바른자세의 중요성과 척추교정을 위한 정기교육의 필요성을 강조하고 만성 근골격계 질환으로 이어지는 전이를 방지하여 건강한 유소년 층의 성장을 도울 수 있는 기초자료로서 유용할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to suggest a health postural behavior exercise intervention that would promote healthier behaviors related to spinal posture. The study examined the postures of sports-talented children using Formetrics III. The intent was to better understand the importance of healthy postural behavior during the early stage of life. The selected sport talented sample consisted of children from 2nd to 6th grade of elementary school, who had passed the three stages of examination processing used in this study. In the first of the three stages, each child was tested for basic strength capability and other physical characteristics, in order to evaluate their overall fitness. In the second stage, this study conducted professional exercise tests that assessed body composition, cardiovascular fitness, and isometric knee strength. This stage also assessed the child`s sports-related abilities in gymnastics, swimming, and track and field events. This sports related ability assessment was used to predict their potential talent for exercise performance. In the third stage, this study assessed the parent`s understanding of the sports-talented program. The total score from the fitness assessments and the child`s bone age were entered into the Korea Sports Talent Search System (KOSTASS) to produce KOSTASS scores, which then indicated each child`s potential for sports-talent. The final selection of sports-talented children was based on the KOSTASS scores and on the overall opinions of sport professionals, such as their coaches and teachers of physical education. To assess the child`s spinal health, each child received a Formetric 3D-analysis test that measured their back and spine conditions, including spinal misalignment, spinal rotation, kyphosis, and scoliosis. The selected sports-talented children completed cardiovascular endurance tests and abdominal muscular strength tests to indicate their physical fitness levels. This study provided a baseline evaluation as to the spinal health of these sports-talented children, which was then used as the basis for determining the appropriate intervention programs for corrective posture-related behaviors. These corrective interventions help ensure improved posture health, prevent subsequent spinal diseases, and promote healthy growth for children and adolescents.

        발육발달 관점에서 고찰한 양궁종목의 탤런트 발굴과 육성

        우리나라 양궁은 올림픽 정식종목으로 채택된 후 2012년 런던올림픽대회에 이르기까지 대한민국 국가브랜드 강화에 크게 기여한 효자종목으로 자리매김 해왔다. 특히 세계 정상급 선수와 지도자들을 다수 배출하면서 경기력뿐만 아니라 세계적인 지도력도 인정 받아왔다. 대부분의 선행연구에 의하면 심각한 저출산 문제로 엘리트 선수의 자원이 점차적으로 감소되어 왔으며 그로인한 잠재력 있는 아동의 조기발굴과 선발, 효율적 육성환경, 엘리트 선수 연계방안 등 향후 해결해야 할 과제가 많은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 발육발달 관점에서 문헌연구를 중심으로 우리나라 양궁종목의 스포츠탤런트 발굴과 육성을 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 향후 양궁경기의 국제 경기력 유지를 위한 기반으로서 양궁 탤런트의 조기 발굴은 발육발달 관점을 고려하여 현장지도자와 스포츠과학자 등 각 분야 전문가의 논의를 거쳐 수행하는 것이 바람직할 것이다. 더 나아가서는 양궁인구의 저변확대를 위하여 잠재력 있는 아동을 과학적 방법을 접목한 발굴 육성방안이 체계적으로 구축되어야 할 것이다. Korea archery has contributed greatly to the strengthening of the national brand, adopted as an Olympic sport since the Olympic games in London. Especially, performances as well as the leadership has been recognized while discharging the world a better player and leader. According to most of the previous studies, serious problem of low birth rate with the support of elite athletes han reduced. There are many challenges that need to be addressed for potential children. For example potential in the child``s early discovery and selection. Effectively foster environmental linkages of the elite players. In this study, Korea archery talent identification and development in growth viewpoint provides basic data. Future, early excavations of korea archery talent identification as the basis for the maintenance of international performances archery will be discussions with experts in their respective fields, such as leader, sports scientists. In the future, archery for the expansion of the population should be established potential in children to the scientific method.
