        지역사회 도서관과 연계한 영어 문식성 발달 지원 방안

        이 연구의 목적은 국내외에서 지역사회 공공 도서관과 연계하여 학생의 영어 문식성 발달을 지원한 사례를 분석하고 이를 토대로 향후 효율적인 지원 프로그램 개발 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 국내외 공공도서관 및 영어도서관 등에서 학생의 영어 문식성 발달을 지원해주고 있는 다양한 관련 프로그램 및 사례 수집을 통해 그 효용성 및 중요성에 대해 인식할 수 있게 되었다. 특히 국내외 다양한 사례들을 통해 학생들이 공공도서관에서 이뤄지는 영어 프로그램들을 활용하면서 영어 문식성 발달에 큰 도움을 받게 된다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 그런 연유로 현행 지원 실태를 분석하여 학생들의 영어 문식성 교육의 기회를 지역 사회의 공공도서관과 연계하여 향후 보다 효율적인 지원이 이루어질 수 있도록 해야겠다는 시사점을 제안하고자 한다. This study aims to propose measures to support students English literacy development in collaboration with public libraries in the community. The literature review shows that students can improve their English literacy skills by not only reading authentic books, but also participating in English literacy programs at the public library. The analysis of the gathered data reveals that public libraries provide extensive programs customized to students needs. It is also shown that reading programs at the public libraries play an important role in improving students literacy skills. With the analysis of the literacy programs at various libraries nationwide or abroad, we can understand the importance of the English literacy programs. Especially English Literacy programs in public libraries can be more effective to improve students English literacy skills. It is suggested that we need to support childrens literacy development in collaboration with public libraries in the community.

        심의린의 「개구리 신선(神仙)」연구

        「The Frog God of Heaven」is included in 『The Great Collection of Chosun Fairy Tales』(1926) by Shim Euirin, which is the first Korean collection of fairy tales. Even though Shim`s 「The Frog God of Heaven」 and Grimm Brothers` 「The Frog Prince」 have quite different ending parts and an opposite message of moral lessons, the existing researchers have claimed that 「The Frog God of Heaven」 is just an adapted fairy tale of 「The Frog Prince」 from 『Grimms` Fairy Tales』 due to the fact that the two tales are sharing several similar story elements. I have quite strong questions over their claims, which led to this research. In this study, I compared 「The Frog God of Heaven」 with 「The Frog Prince」 and then with our folk tale, 「The Toad Bridegroom」 and analyzed the similarities and differences among them, which showed that the existing arguments that 「The Frog God of Heaven」 is just an adapted fairy tale of 「The Frog Prince」 is not well founded. Furthermore, I could find several similar story elements between 「The Frog God of Heaven」 and 「The Toad Bridegroom」. The two tales have both important elements of God`s transformation into `frog` or `toad` and their marriage between human and God, common in our folk tales. Among the similar elements of the two tales, we also need to note that both of the frog and toad are gods, not animals or humans, and the frog in 「The Frog God of Heaven」 turned into God for himself, not by the help of other people like the princess in 「The Frog Prince」, and also the frog and the toad ascended to heaven. Therefore, it would also be quite meaningful to research other similar tales from 『The Great Collection of Chosun Fairy Tales』by Shim, comparing them with ones from 『Grimms` Fairy Tales』and our other traditional fairy tales for the purpose of finding the proof to support the relativeness among them.

        COVID-19 두려움과 불안, 우울이 노인의 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 노인의 COVID-19 두려움, 불안, 우울 수준을 파악하고 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 구체적인 심리방역 대책을 마련하기 위한 근거를 제공하고자 시행되었다. 연구대상은 비대면 자료수집이 가능한 노인 180명으로, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 COVID-19에 대한 두려움은 불안, 우울은 정적 상관관계, 건강관련 삶의 질과 부적 상관관계를 보였고 우울은 건강관련 삶의 질과 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 불안과 우울정도에 따라 건강관련 삶의 질에 차이가 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 노인의 COVID-19로부터 기인한 심리-정서상태를 파악하고, 관련 영향요인 간의 관계를 규명하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구를 통해 노인들에게 부정적 영향을 미치는 다양한 변수가 규명되어야 할 것이다. This study was conducted to provide a basis for preparing specific psychological prevention measures by identifying the level of COVID-19 fear, anxiety, and depression in the elderly and their effect on health-related quality of life. The participants of the study were 180 elderly people who could collect non-face-to-face data, and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. As a result of this study, fear of COVID-19 showed positive correlations with anxiety and depression, and negative correlations with health-related quality of life, and depression showed negative correlation with health-related quality of life. There were also differences in health-related quality of life according to the degree of anxiety and depression. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it identified the psychological-emotional state resulting from COVID-19 in the elderly and identified the relationship between related influencing factors. In addition, through this study, various variables that negatively affect the elderly should be identified.

        보건진료 전담공무원의 근무 환경과 역량이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of work environment and competency on community health practitioners’ job satisfaction. Methods : This survey was performed with a structured questionnaire, and community health practitioners were 202. Factor analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchial regression analysis using SPSS 22.0 were performed to analyze. Results : As a result, job satisfaction were positively correlates with job competency(r=.38, p<.001), community competency(r=.38, p<.001), negatively correlates with stress of work environment(r=-.38, p<.001) and insignificantly correlates with improvement of work environment(r=-.05, p=.447). Job competency(β=.28, p<.001), stress of work environment(β=-.31, p<.001), and community competency(ß=.19, p=.004) explains 28%(Adj. R2=.28, F=27.34, p<.001) of the job satisfaction. Conclusion : In order to improve job satisfaction, we should be paid attention to improve job competency at the individual level and reduce stress of work environment at the organizational level. Also, we needed to develop community competency at the community level where it was located in the primary health care post.
