한국형 기동헬기 개발을 위한 비행시험 계획 및 시험결과 개요

The objective of this paper is to give a general understanding for the development flight test of Korean Utility Helicopter(KUH). This paper contains the contents of detailed flight test plan, the type of flight test, an introduction to main flight test area, and the overview of flight test results. At the beginning, more than 8,500 test points were identified for airworthiness certification to show the compliance for the KUH development requirements. However, the number of flight test points were optimized to 7,800 at the end. To accomplish the test objectives, about 860 flight test sorties had been performed, and more than 1,000 test sorties were consumed for trouble shooting. This paper also describes some major issues faced during development flight test phase.

This study examines the current water management system in South Korea aiming at finding how to improve the existing river basin quality. Since heavy rain falls in a certain short period during summers in South Korea, flooding is common. The coefficient flux variation is monitored which is regarded as problematic by geographical factors and it is difficult to manage the river basin, even though the quantity of rain itself is affluent. There are five departments, which handle various water issues such as quantity, quality, and disaster management separately according to their purposes. In addition, 21 laws have been enacted to contend with these issues. While five different departments separately manage most of the water-related plans, challenging situations may arise due namely to a lack of coordination, a slower decision-making process, ineffective links between government departmental infrastructure, and diversification of supply and demand management. Since there are issues involving waterworks distribution management, delayed recovery after natural disasters, and redundant investment in infrastructure, it is recommended of the various waterworks departments be integrated under one powerful department.

본 논문에서는 한국형 기동헬기의 계기비행 인증절차 및 주요 비행시험 결과를 제시하였다. 한국형 기동헬기의 계기비행 인증을 위해 장착된 계기 및 장비의 적합성을 검토하였으며, 지상 및 비행시험을 통해 검증하였다. 아울러 항공기가 충분한 종축, 횡축 및 방향축에 대한 정안정성 및 동안정성을 보유하고 있는지를 확인하기 위해 FAR-29 Appendix B에 따라 시험을 실시하였다. 정안정성은 주로 조종입력에 대한 항공기의 속도 및 자세 변화를 통해 판단하였으며, 동안정성은 장주기 및 단주기 입력 후 항공기 거동이 얼마나 빨리 수렴하는지를 통해 평가하였다. 조종사의 임무부하 평가는 IMC 모사 비행시험을 통해 이뤄졌다. 본 논문에서는 항공기가 정상적인 상황뿐만 아니라 비행조종, 엔진 및 계기 등에 고장이 발생한 상황에 대한 임무부하 평가결과도 함께 제시하였다. IMC 모사 비행시험이 완료된 이후에는 실제 IMC 환경에서 항공관제에 맞춰 실제 계기비행시험을 실시하였다. In this paper, the instrument flight certification process and flight test results of Korean Utility Helicopter (KUH) are presented. For the instrument flight certification, the suitability of installed equipments and instruments have been reviewed and verified by ground and flight tests. Next, static and dynamic stability test are conducted in accordance with FAR-29 Appendix B. The static stability is determined by the change of speed and attitude according to control inputs. The dynamic stability is evaluated by how quickly the response of the helicopter due to long and short period control inputs are decreased. The pilot workload evaluation are also carried out by simulated IMC flight tests. This paper presents the workload assessment results when some failures are occurred at cockpit instruments, engine or flight control systems as well as the normal situation. After the simulated IMC flight test is completed, actual instrument flight test are conducted in a real IMC environment according to the air traffic controls.

병렬화된 오일러 코드를 이용한 3차원 날개의 천음속 플러터 해석

본 연구에서는 3차원 시간 정확도를 가진 오일러 공탄성 해석 기법을 개발하였다. 유체구조를 연계 시 발생할 수 있는 지연(lagging) 오차를 감소시키기 위해서 2차의 staggered 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 비정상 공력 해석과정에서 시간 정확도와 계산 시간을 줄이기 위해 사용된 병렬화된 다중격자기법(parallelized multi-grid method)과 DADI 기법을 기반으로 된 이중시간전진기법(dual-time stepping method)을 사용하였다. 오일러 공탄성 코드의 검증을 위해서 AGARD 445.6 날개 모델의 공탄성 해석을 수행하였다. 해석 결과는 실험값 및 다른 참고문헌의 해석 결과와 비교하였으며, 본 연구의 해석 결과가 다른 참고 문헌의 해석 결과들과 비교하여 상대적으로 실험값에 근접하였다. In this paper, a three-dimensional Euler aeroelastic analysis program is developed With a second-order staggered algorithm to reduce the lagging errors between the fluid and structural solvers. In the unsteady aerodynamic analysis, a dual-time stepping method based on the diagonalized-ADI algorithm is adopted to improve the time accuracy and a parallelized multi-grid method is used to save the computing time. The aeroelastic analyses of AGARD 445.6 wing model have been performed to verify the Euler aeroelastic analysis code. The analysis results are compared with the experimental data and other computational results. The results show comparatively good correlation when they are compared with other references.

雪崗 金泰午는 한국 동요의 발흥기와 성장기에 동요 작가이며, 평론가로 또 동요운동가로 활발하게 활동한 사람이다. 한국에서 두 번째로 순수 동요집인 雪崗童謠集을 출간하기도 한 그의 동요 작품에 대해 한국 아동문학 연구자들은 매우 소홀한 대접을 해 왔다. 김태오 동요의 대부분을 차지하는 주제는 農鄕의 아름다운 자연과 그 속에서 뛰노는 어린이들의 밝고 건전한 생활 모습이었다. 이는 그가 일관되게 주장해온 조선의 흙을 기조로 한 새로운 글, 농향의 어린이들을 밝고 건강하게 키우고자 하는 의도가 반영된 것이었다. 그리고, 그 한켠에 식민지의 암울한 농촌 현실과 고단한 삶을 대변하였으며, 압제에 대한 저항을 부르짖은 동요가 자리하고 있었다. 김태오 동요는 동요의 장르적 본질을 가장 정확하게 구현한 작품이라고 평가할 수 있다. 모든 동요가 歌唱을 전제로 창작되는 것이지만, 특히 김태오의 동요는 곡조를 붙여 노래하기에 알맞은 작품이 많기 때문이다. 우리 민족이 즐겨 부르는 동요 윤극영의 「반달」은 그 모티브나 분위기, 소재와 주제 등으로 볼 때 김태오의 「반달」에 크게 힘입은 것이었는데, 이로 보아도 김태오 동요의 가창적 특성을 인정할 수 있다. 또, 김태오의 동요는 예술성과 문학성을 추구하고 있어서 좋은 작품을 드물지 않게 산출하였다. 그의 대표작으로 거론되는 「봄맞이 노래」외에도 16세 때의 작품인 「입분달」, 농향의 자연과 농민들의 고단한 삶을 노래한 「여름밤」을 그 대표작으로 꼽을 수 있으며,「병아리」는 자음과 모음을 해체하여 나란히 늘어놓는 기법으로 병아리의 울음 소리를 회화적으로 표현하여 언어의 실험을 성공적으로 수행한 작품으로 김태오는 이 시대의 동요 시인 가운데서도 언어 예술의 가치를 한껏 드높인 작가로 평가할 수 있다. 동요의 독자인 어린이의 정서와 심리에 밀착된 작품도 산출하였는데, 「할미꽃」, 「나팔꽃」등은 어린이들의 명랑하고, 즐거운 마음을 노래한 동요이다. 전래동요에서 모티브를 얻어 다시 쓴 작품, 어린이들의 놀이하며 부르는 노래를 새롭게 변용한 작품도 의미 있는 작품이다. 이상 논의한 바와 같이 김태오는 동요의 이론가로서뿐 아니라, 한국 동요 형성기에 중요한 작품을 산출한 동요 작가로 자리매김 되어야 한다. 동요 연구에 대한 평론과 작품을 연결지어 탐구하면 김태오에 대해 좀더 상세하고 정확한 평가가 가능해질 것이라 생각한다. Kim, Tae-oh, who is a children’s song writer and also a literary critic, has made great accomplishments from the beginning of Korean children’s song. However, there are only a few researches about his songs. Kim, Tae-oh’s songs are mostly about the scenery of beautiful nature in rural area and the joyful life of kids playing in that scenery. Also, there are some pieces that resist to the grim actualities of farming village in colonial period and oppression from the capitalists. Since Kim’s many works most precisely represent the nature of children’s song genre, it is very appropriate to set music to his works and to sing a song. Moreover, his children’s songs have great artistic and literary value, and it portrays children’s emotion and mentality in very realist way. Some of the Kim’s works are adaptations and remake versions of traditional children’s song. Kim, Tae-oh should be appreciated as not only the theorist of children’s song, but also the great song writer who wrote important works in the formative period of Korea children’s song. It is desirable that people select fine songs among his works, set music, and give wider publicity. It would be possible to evaluate Kim, Tae-oh more precisely and intimately if we research his works in connection with his critiques.
