        건축공정 관리시스템의 전산적용 최적화를 위한 시스템 개발 요구 분석

        With the development of construction information, a computerization tool for architectural process control is a necessary tool. However, the reality is that the conditions and understanding of users are not sufficient to fully utilize such a tool. In particular, it was analyzed that the reason for the negative feedback from hands-on workers regarding the current process control information system is that there is a difficulty in accessing the system for users that are not process and planning experts, due to a lack of information and technical contents at the phase of control and planning prior to the process plan. Therefore, the demands of users and a direction for the improvement of a system in terms of optimizing process control computerization were investigated, with the aim of addressing the disadvantages of the existing system and developing a professional system that is specialized in the construction industry. Therefore,it is necessary to construct an integrated WBS (IWBS) that combines WBS with CBS, and subsequently, it is judged that the most important aspect is the integrated technology of compatibility and operation of data that is linked with OBS. The process information must then deal with the changing information; in other words, the amount of construction, construction cost, and the required construction period etc., by coding data into a 4-unit index, such as a project unit (WBS Level 1), a project facility unit (WBS Level 2), a management department unit (OBS Level 1), and a control manager unit (OBS Level 2). After that, it was found that it is necessary to develop a computer system to consistently integrate process information into a management department. 공정계획 전산 tool은 건설정보화의 발전에 따라 반드시필요한 도구이나 이를 활용하기 위한 여건과 사용자의 이해가 부족한 것이 현실이다. 특히 현행 공정관리 정보화 시스템에 대한 실무자의 의견조사 결과가 부정적인 이유가 공정계획 이전의 관리기획단계 정보의 내용과 기술사항이 부재함에 따라 공정기획 전문가 이외는 접근의 어려움이 있는것으로 분석되었으며 이에 공정관리 전산화의 최적화에 대한 사용자의 요구와 시스템의 개선방향을 고찰하였고 이를통한 기존시스템의 단점 개선과 건설업에 특화된 전문시스템의 개발을 도모하고자 하였다. 이에 WBS, CBS를 통합한 ‘통합 WBS(IWBS)’의 구축 및 OBS와의 상호 연계(Link)를 위해서는 데이터의 호환성과 운용 정보의 통합기술이 무엇보다도 중요하다고 판단되며, 프로젝트 단위(WBS level 1), 사업시설 단위(WBS level 2), 관리직능 단위(OBS level 1) 및 관리엔지니어 단위(OBS level 2)의 4단위 지수에 대한 데이터코딩을 통해변화하는 공사정보 즉 공사량, 공사원가, 소요공기 그리고관리부서로 정보의 일관성을 높이기 위한 전산시스템의 개발이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

        유동화제 첨가시기에 따른 콘크리트의 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        In order to analyze liquidity change according to increasing the charge of superplasticizer, we inputted charges by dividing into six steps, 0% through 1.25%; at the same time, to observe liquidity change according to the change of charge-time, we carried out the experiment applying 30-minute intervals, i.e. at beginning of mixing, 30, 60 and 90 minutes. The results are below. 1) According to increasing the charge of superplasticizer, the liquidity of concrete was enhanced, however, when inputted 1.25%, a little segregation was occurred, which allowed us to make a conclusion that concrete performance would be deteriorated due to this segregation. 2) When we inputted 1.25% of superplsticizer, steady liquidity features were shown regardless of the charge-time of concrete, which allowed us to make a conclusion that this input would be the best for liquidity performance considering only liquidity features. 3) After analyzing the dynamical features of liquid concrete, the result showed that there was not significant effect on revelation of compressive strength. We concluded form this result that there was no influence on the stripping-time of a mold form. 4) When we charge superplasticizer in concrete more than 1%, we, in advance, should clearly judge the concrete performance required during constructing in site, as it were, the compressive strength or liquidity etc.; furthermore, we had better decide a charge and input-time of superplasticizer to meet the required performance.

        공동주택 신축공사의 건설폐기물 저감을 위한 체크리스트 개발

        It is very important to manage construction waste, which takes up a large portion of overall wastes, for sustainable and environmentally friendly (or low carbon-dioxide) development. This study aims to propose a checklist to be considered in the process of building apartments in Korea, from the generation of construction waste to its recycling. In order to develop a checklist, literatures were searched which documented the major factors of apartment construction site management, and through interviewing a number of experts a total number of 26 major factors were identified. A survey was distributed to those who manage construction wastes at apartment construction sites. Reliability of the major factors for management was confirmed through a reliability analysis and four super-ordinate factors were identified through a factor analysis. In order to identify key factors that need attention, the degree of importance of each key factor was calculated by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The checklist separates the ‘category’, ‘importance level’ and the ‘rank’ of the factors for easy search if necessary, and it also consists of a ‘Yes/No tick box’ to make it possible to check the situation of construction waste management on site. In order to increase the adaptability and usefulness of the checklist, manuals for 26 items were also developed based on the analyses of relevant literature and regulations. The developed manuals are in the form of guidelines and consist of ‘Category’, ‘Legislation’ and ‘Guideline’. The reliability of the detailed guidelines was confirmed through interviewing the experts. A prototype is outlined for the further development of the current checklist and its manuals. The prototype is expected to increase the convenience for the users and the usefulness of the checklist and its manuals. It is hoped that the findings of this research will contribute towards preventing damage to the environment and wasting national resources from apartment construction and its generation of construction wastes, and towards encouraging more environmentally friendly construction sites.

        BIM(Building Information Modeling) based on three-dimensional data model is believed to be essential to achieve efficient project management in construction phase. Because BIM is adopted for clash detection and simple estimate in design phase, it has had small effect. The aim of this study is to propose a direction of development to increase utilization of BIM integrated model in construction phase. This study developed a process for development of construction management procedures base on BIM, and present methodology which can be applied in each steps. Once construction management procedures are developed on basis of this study, It is enable to perform the construction management service using BIM.

        The Regulations related Asbestos management were strengthened, while knowing harmful to the human. But it meet the legal requirement. This study extracted 29 asbestos management factors and used IPA Analysis for selecting the factors which need to improve preferentially. As a result, this study confirmed need for improving 13 management factors. This finding will be used as basic data for development of the asbestos management manual.
